Lovely place. Spacious room with fantastic view of Lake Naivasha. Staff told us not to go outside at night cos hippo will be coming onshore to feed on the grass - thought it's just a note of caution but actually true, and a lot of them! Then in the morning a waterbuck walked by our window. What else can you ask for?

Good

Sopa Naivasha is very disappointing in terms of buffet they offer especially dinner and lunch. No variety, not enough food. The waiters are measuring how there serving. It's literally the worst buffet I have ever seen in my life.. The waiters some are slow some are well trained but overall the service, food, check out and check in its very poor. The rooms need better cleaning also. With a hotel with such beautiful ambience you would expect more. But not Sopa Naivasha. Please up your game immediately. We would never come back to Sopa lodges.

Amazing hotel

Wow i had the best time while at Amboseli Sopa. The rooms are very nice and the staff there are the best, understanding and professional. The meals are very delicious too and there's variety of dishes during buffet. Plus you can get a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. I'm planning to go there soon again. Big up Sopa thank you.

We have been staying at 4 Sopa lodges in 7 days, . Rooms, food and service were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful with smiling faces

Nice and quite

Naivasha Sopa-The food was not okay. My mum and I both got food poisoning on the second day. We both had to go to the doctor on coming back home. Rooms could be cleaner and need better ventilation.
