Very disappointed.... I came on a Sunday morning for a Covid test and they are extremely disorganised, there are only 30 people but there is no queuing service, everybody goes randomly.... and yes, as for today 28.02.2021, the test costs 8000 kes.

Went for PCR test at 7pm on a Saturday. They were very efficient and friendly. Total time was 15 mins. Impressive admin systems. They are in fact open 24hrsx7days a week and accept credit cards. Thank you so much for this very valuable and helpful service! Update: They emailed me the results report by 5am the next day - 10 hr turnaround. Wow! Thank you. Report also had lots of helpful information as well.

Poor communication, staff lie about time frames for test results for Covid travel tests. Even on the website its advertised as results within 12 hours. That is simply not true. Lots of other choices that is far less stressful to use

We went there for a PCR test and we got our results in time as promised, when all other laboratories were closed or could not guarantee that the results are available on the same day! And it was very fast! Excellent!

The services were not so good, especially from the reception. they are either too slow or they don't care at all. I've visited many other facilities but sorry to say Meditest services were the worst, the only positive response I can give is about the Doctor His Name is Dr.Bill he was courteous and even made follow-ups to ensure that Claire was getting well. He even shared the lab test results after the lab failed to send the results on time. Even in the pharmacy, some prescription drugs were packed not as prescribed i.e. only 3 tabs( for 1 day only) were packed instead of the prescribed (3 tabs per day for 7 days ). Kindly improve on your services and train your reception staff on good customer service. also Kuddos to Dr. Bill.

This Hospital was recommended to me and the first impression was not bad. Looked like a clean place with a friendly receptionist. I came to make some tests which came at a very affordable price. After an hour the results were out and i expected to see a doctor that gives me my diagnosis, like it usually happens. I was told that they dont have doctors in, but that i can phone the doctor for 3000 ksh. Thats when i knew this place is a scam. I took my results to MP Shah and got the help that i needed

Excellent PCR testing costs 7000 KSH The result came in the same day via Email and you can get a hard copy also. It just took 4 minutes for applying and testing.

From the reception to the doctor, I had a terrible experience. I was overcharged and though they promised to refund me within 24 hrs, four days later they have not. They are just interested in making money through irrelevant a thousand and one tests. When you ask the doctor why he ordered the tests and what were the results, he is very rude. I could write a book on this "doctor"!

Review is in regard to a PCR COVID test for travelling. Not recommended. My test result came as a simple Email (no attachment). I had to go back to the clinic and ask for a proper lab report with QR code Return Email and info address provided bounced. Didn't even bother trying to ring. 7k KSH cost for a normal speed PCR test (less than 12 hours).

Poor communication. Result of Rapid antigen test for covid19 should be less than an hour (as promised) but it took more than 8 hours (after phone calls, sms, whatsapp). Disappointing!!!

I did a Covid test with Meditest on 14/12/2021, it costed Ksh 7000 and the results were out in the promised 10 hours. Friendly and professional Staff

The first time I visited the facility everything went well just fine. My next visit I was there at 7:00am only to be told there are no doctors so I should go to Mp. Shah. I made another visit recently I was there at around 4:30am and got the same response. If there are no doctors around maybe you should change your working hours from 24hrs since clearly that's a lie. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Worst experience. Went in with an emergency and the guy at the reception told me he can't help me because all doctors were not available. Complained and all of a sudden there was a doctor. Doctor went ahead to give me a prescription without actually running tests!!!! I'm not a doctor but who gives a patient medication based on assumptions and not actual test results. Wouldn't recommend.

Its been 4days and I haven't received my covid test results,i was told it will only take 10hrs to 12hrs,visited on 16th Dec 2021.

Bad service extremely slow liars! Why have contact numbers when you don't even pick the phone. Antigen results are supposed to be given within an hour? But hours later still nothing and no communication from them. I do not recommend this place at all!

Worst experience ever. Very disorganised and poor communication.Customer service is non existent.My results were delayed so almost missed my flight.They also dont pick calls. The test area is congested and they force you all to wait in the same tent. Just pure frustration 😤
