Great place if you want an office space for a short amount of time. It is suited for a small team of employees. Choices include a desk and a room for hire. The place is clean and quiet. The boardroom is available of you need a meeting place with your clients and other stakeholders. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the disabled. The one downside of this office block is the slow internet connection. Mostly because they are using a shared connection that supports all the tenants.

Easily accessible location, remarkable facilities within but the most prevailing problem being the lack thereof of parking spaces for visitors. Last time I was there, I had to look elsewhere for parking as the parking spaces at the premises were either occupied or reserved. My advice is to either make arrangements for parking before visiting for those of us who are self driving, or use means of Taxi or Cab.

A very peaceful place for work 😊

Security are useless and have no clue what they are doing. On our floor the lifts haven't been working for over a month despite informing them on a daily basis. If you're looking for office space look else where, you will get far better value for money pretty much anywhere else these days.

The Aga Khan University Hospital dental section is housed on the third floor of this amazing state of the art building situated along Limuru Road,it is on the second Parklands avenue,its view of the famous city park is remarkable. The reception down from the security at the entrance to the ultimate clinic is just on another level of professionalism and great customer service

Visited lancet parklands that is housed in the building for the KENAS surveillance audits... The lab was recommended for continuous KENAS accreditation subject to clearing only 3 findings that were raised in the 2 assessment days

The security guards are very warm and welcoming. Same goes for the receptionist. I really enjoyed visiting this place. Covid19 protocols are followed.

Easily accessible with ample parking

The place is chic and a great working place. Loved the view from windows. Friendly reception from the guards at the gate to the guards in the premises. Clearly they take security seriously. The front office manager was very pleasant and helpful. The architecture is modern glass, steel and concrete. An interesting mix. Interior decor was lovely. Easily accessible by public transport n not too far from the CBD.

The left wing of the center has a great view of the city park recreational grounds, makes it ideal for great office space. It's location is good with ease access from limuru road or second parklands road , also lots of parking spaces. The finishing is amazing with top notch security personell.

Nice, serene place with ample security. It has limited parking spaces though but the neighbouring gas station has parking that you can use.
