A well organized idustrial park with several manufacturing industries and companies operating within one complex. Some of the companies produce stationary and assorted items for office and home use as well. The place was clean with a major road inside well marked for safety purposes as heavy tracks operate on this inner road while loading and off loading goods. Pendestrians too have their side of walking a good way to minimize accidents. Personally, I was not impressed by their entrance from the main road (the busy Mombasa road). It is very risky both entering and exiting from the gate. A proper side drive to the entrance gate and exit side would help- I had to wave to the speeding vehicles to stop so that I could enter the main road from Ramco's main gate. It seems dangerous.
