I can't say much about the gas station itself since when I visited here, my objective was not to fuel but have a cup of coffee at the Bonjour shop. The shop is well stocked and the attendants were very helpful. A cup of coffee set me back KES150 ($1.5) and the convenience store had seats inside where you can take your coffee. There is also an outdoor seating space for a small number of people, typically 10 at maximum. Since it sits right next to the busy Thika highway, there is the inevitable noise from passing cars. As such, it is not a good place to sit back and have a conversation on a date or something similar.

Good customer service, I have noticed when I fuel here the car goes more mileage than when i fuel at other stations.

Service at the pump station is okay. Their toilets need major update or revocation. Sight for sore eyes. No running water, thus have to personally fetch from a drum. There's a bad odour as well. Would recommend having non contact taps plus soap dispensers in a bid to prevent spread of covid 19 or any other contact diseases.

I love the shop, good coffee on the go and very fresh pies and hot dogs! You will also do simple shopping for basics like bread, milk soft drinks and toiletries.

I don't know why but I feel like the fuel from this station gives me more kilometres per litre. The pump attendants were punctual. This time the attendant even helped me take the tire pressure. But I don't like the way the management makes the pump attendants stand the whole day.

A strategic Petrol Station with a good access, good security features and a strategic exit. It has a mini hypermarket, a pharmacy and all other basic features a Petrol Station is supposed to have.

It took me almost 20 min to fuel my car. Attendants were not bothered. I even told him the services are very poor and slow. Am lucky I the car was fueled with petrol not air. Will never fuel there again. Never.

This specific service station is a favorite. The staff are kind and very efficient. Never had any delays here and I love that I can shop for other things here and grab a bite at Pepinos. It helps that there's a pharmacy and a wines and spirits shop too. It is also never crowded so you don't have to worry about wasting time I'm long queues. Also very clean and covid 19 measures are in place and oh, feel free to use their washrooms. This is basically a one-stop-shop for variety. You're welcome!

Total stations have the best service in Nairobi. Attendants are always polite and helpful.

Worst experience ever, I left without being served after waiting for over 20 mins. They are so disorganised, take ages to attend to you. Poor customer service, never going back. Just drive to the next Shell petrol station, much better services.

Good but slow in serving the pumps

A form of theft is when the fuel pump attendant withdrew the pump while fuel is still flowing into the tank of my motorvehicle. Rushing to serve the next customers and leaving the pump hanging on my tank is damaging the tank opening and costing me money. Shame on you careless pump attendant. So your money is more important than carefully handling my vehicle?

Beware! Attendants are defrauding customers! I paid for fuel worth ksh 1,500 and I realized later that they didn't fuel the car🙆🏾‍♂️... Shock on me, the car stalled on thika road a few minutes later. Some brown attendant with a kamini afro.
