Amazing place, needs a bit more clean

The residence is located in westlands, a few kilometres from nairobi CBD. The environment is very quiet with lots of tree cover which crestes a very cool microclimate within the residence. The staff are polite and very kind, always ready to give assistance and direction whenever called upon.

For purposes of clarity i would like to say that i am not a tenant, my views are based entirely on what i saw and experienced. My visit there was during renovation processes being done in one of the wings and had gone there to buy some of the items they were replacing with new ones. The apartments are spacious and very secure. The security guys dont joke around and they will confirm anything and everything provided you are not a tenant there. the area is very serene and well maintained and is located next to St Mary school. Lots ot trees and its very silent. very green area and the roads leading to there are smooth no potholes.

A decent overall experience. Good location, with nice facility and simple but modern touches decoration wise. Had some issues with my apartment in the beginning but managed to resolve them quite fast.
