Don’t use this place for mold removal, they can’t get even simple jobs done and are dishonest when following up. They sent a technician who scrubbed a chemical onto our wooden cabinet. When he left, he said the smell of the chemical would fade after a couple of hours - when it did, mold was still present and its smell as strong as it was before the “treatment”. Live mold has continued to grow throughout. The company is refusing to come back and do the job properly despite advertising a 60-day warranty. They insist the photos shared only show “dead mold cells”, but the fact that the smell is the same as previously and live mold has continued to grow clearly contradicts this. I’ve effectively paid money to have someone come and rub a chemical onto our cabinet, ruining the paint and having no impact on the mold. As a bonus, the technician also used pen to permanently mark our kitchen drawers to remember how to put them back. Overall, a deeply unprofessional and unserious company.

I have paid my order and never received the goods. This company is not fair at all and They have to proceed to the reimbursement (18 028,00 KES) because they never sent the products. Absolutely not reliable and lying. Such a shame; Damien Deslandes

Professional service. I phoned to ask them to deal with Bedbugs this morning and by 9am a charming gentleman was at my property sorting out my problem. (It may be that they already had someone in the area but, even so, excellent service). I was advised that if the bedbugs will be seen before 60 days, they would repeat the procedure at no extra cost, but it wasn't necessary as the treatment worked first time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use them again myself should the need arise.

Dont buy from them. I ordered fludora fusion of 250g, i paid for it and they force you to take 100g. They are conmen. Dont loose your money

Ineffective snail control solution. I bought the solution from this guys and it was ineffective, despite mixing as per the sticker on the container, and spraying multiple times on my garden, the snails still keep moving around. They delete negative and honest reviews from their website to portray a fake impression that it works. The least you could do Imagine_care, is own up and improve on the products you sale, instead of ignoring and deleting feedback from disappointed customers.

I want to warn everyone about this company. Don’t use it. Our matress had mold. They soaked it with water which was pouring out (and still is) and they destroyed the surface of the matress by excessive rubbing. They did not offer a solution for the soaked and damaged matress and hung up on the phone. Worst company I have ever been in touch with.
