This Naivas is always well stocked and had a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a good place to shop if you are on Kiambu Road.I have compared some prices with the Quickmatt at Thindigwa and Naivas is better

The ridgeways branch has everything under one roof. Not to mention that parking is plenty. I loved it. What really frustrates me is the kitchen side. It hasn't happened to me once, when I go to buy food and there's like 10 people ordering different foods yet only two people are taking the orders. So i have to wait until all the orders are done. Naivas ridgeways, add more staff who serve food hapo kitchen, especially lunch time. Total waste of time!

Loved it!! Try the pizza, coffee or drinks at the food section, you won't regret it. The guy selling flowers does a really good job by the way, and they're affordable.

A big grocery, meat and other foods store. Ample paid parking (currently 30 minutes free parking). A liquor store, a Cafe, and milk dispensing available. Household electronics but no cloths section.

Conveniently located for ease of parking and outskirts as you exit the busy Nairobi town...freshy greens available and plenty of bread and fresh bakes...great variety

Great shop, management can improve in flexibility when labelled prices are changed at the till...

Sometimes I go to this supermarket for therapeutic relaxation - and just walk around. I feel better by time am done shopping.

As always, a well-stocked store Friendly staff. I have always wondered though, why does the management neglect the washrooms? And seeing as they (washrooms) are right next to the eating area?

Quite a nice supermarket offering a lot of variety.. Great parking space though always gets full. Offering great convenience to those who stay in Runda, Ridgeway and Thindigua..

The supermarket is very spacious and clean. Has an mpesa shop, which makes work easier for some of us. And their attendants are helpful. Also makes it easier for people in a wheelchair to access the supermarket easily.

A medium sized Naivas Supermarket located at Ciata Mall. Extremely convenient if you are shopping for groceries. However, it is very limited when it comes to household appliances. They have a friendly staff who are very helpful.

Excellent service and fair prices. Does not offer much in terms of variety. Ample secure parking available.
