I had an absolutely lovely stay. The staff is mostly made of women, so if you are staying alone at the hotel as a girl, you feel very safe & secure. The room was clean & the bed was large and comfy. The night was quiet + peaceful. I am definitely coming back.

We stayed one night in Raha Suites as we were in the city for business. Everything was clean. I appreciated the art and flowers all around. We met the owner and her son, who are both lovely people. The food was good and the price was great. We will stay there anytime we are in the city.

Their food, rooms, service and decor is good.

I stayed their for three days the staffs are very welcoming eager to help,the rooms are clean they have good food very close from the city and shopping area..... I would recomend it for anyone coming to Nairobi.

Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Kathryn, the front desk associate was so friendly and welcoming it felt like I’d stayed there 100 times. The restaurant staff was equally as friendly, and the rooms were so nice! I would absolutely stay here again if I ever visit Nairobi again.

Nothing to complain about. Reception is 24/7. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast had everything you need to start good into the day. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We locked our money and passport in the room safe during the day without any problems. Any time again. Greetings to Abdul.

Raha Suites is cozy super clean place, I have stayed for a MONTH with no intention to look other options because it is a convenient location, good food, proffessional and friendly staff, management and owners. they even helped me alot navigating through Nairobi. now I came back to Nairobi August 2023, and I'm staying at the same Raha Suites :). rooms look exactly as clean and organized as in the photos.

I enjoyed my stay at Raha,loved the serenity of the hotel,the customer care,room service,smooth accessibility to various service centers/malls and not to forget the comfortable bed.I slept peacefully like a baby😊...I applaud the management of the hotel.

Perfect stay! Ideal location and in close proximity to the airport. Rooms were big, clean, comfortable and the staff were always happy to help. Left the hotel feeling as if I had left friends behind. My sister and I visited on two separate occasions as we knew we could rely on this place. I will most certainly visit again which I'm sure is no surprise at this point 🤣 Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful country 💫

Excellent stay - Jeremy the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Spacious room, they clean and tidy room everyday and restock water etc. 15 minutes walk to the city centre, easy to get a taxi, lots of good restaurants nearby, highly recommended!

The rooms are as shown in the pics, spacious and pretty. Location is not the greatest though. Service from the ladies could be friendlier. Hot water pressure goes lower as you increase the heat, sink has no hot water

I do not understand the bad reviews at all. I forgot 350€ on my bed but no one touched it. When I came back it was at the same spot. The room was cleaned and my bed was made. But the money was untouched! We had booked the hotel for our whole stay in Kenya. So we left most of our stuff in our room when we left for a 3-day safari trip and 2-day trip to Mombasa. Nothing was stolen. Also the hotel staff was very kind and helped us with everything! Was a very pleasant stay.

What an amazing place… the rooms look exactly as advertised which was already a plus for me…friendly and welcoming people… It being my first time in Nairobi i can safely say they made the stay memorable and pleasant and i definitely recommend staying there.

Enjoyed every bit of it from check in to check out. With excellent location accessible to the best bars, restaurants and parks that Nairobi can offer Amazing. My stay was truly Amazing. Thanks to the entire team restaurant, cleaning team and Reception team for a lovely stay and quick response to my requests. The pictures don't seem do the place justice...it's much better in real life. Will definitely be back

RAHA Suites Hotels is beautiful, clean with a cheerful and very available staff. Never come to Nairobi without staying there. They are good tour guides.

This very good budget hotel, well and conveniently located along Waiyaki way in Westland, Nairobi. The rooms are very clean, looks exactly as shown in the website/advertised and above all very spacious. Staff are very helpful and available when needed. It is also very close to Sarit centre and other business places/services. Their breakfast is good, though needs to pay separately. *Home away from Home!
