Location: Not good, not bad either. felt little secluded from rest of the town. Room: Decent space with large bathroom and good numbers of lights. But no balcony. Electric kettle available. One problem is that bathroom is little elevated so might be difficult to be accessed by elderly Service: Quite quick. Staff was polite and supportive. One disappointing thing was reception asked me to get all luggage from my car.. in other hotels hotel staff does that. Food: Tried variety of options like pizza, Chinese and desserts and all were superb. They have one indoor and one pool side restaurant which is having good ambience. Ameneties: Couldn't find anything for kids or any other recreational activities. Hotel seems to be a business hotel.

They confuse you with their room types. They have provided third class blankets without covers...and they are so arrogant to provide any solution. Don't go with the pictures to regret later.

I have booked an Executive Twin Room AC with free breakfast for 2 nights in October 2023. I reached at hotel around 4 pm but due to mass booking for marriage, the room was not vacant. I had to wait for 1 hr which was complimented by free sandwiches & Tea. The room was not having TV but with electrical kettle (without tea/coffee fillings), when asked, it was told that I will get my entitled room next day by 9am. Next day I got a same sized room at 12 pm with TV but without kettle. Electricity cut was frequent during day time. Overall management is poor, cleanliness & restaurant is very good.

Waiter speaking language arogant.Service is very poor and they judge customer by their drees up.They don't care of customers if they left also.The hotel head person don't look at waiter what they are doing.

Good place, ample secured parking, clean rooms n wash rooms, live music n decent food. What could be better is a kettle in the rooms for tea or coffee, room slippers n some toiletries.

Very Bad experience. We goes for 🥂 . Hotel timing is 11am to 11pm But no snacks, no kitchen items, no service. 😏😔😡 Actually hotel is posh, airy and the hotel owner has spent a lot.

I was surprised to see such a nice management and staff at Dhule.. especially i liked the service , spa , food. Definitely recommended hotel .. The staff is well trained and treat customers so well especially thanks to Mukesh, he had been very helpful, cheerful and very attentive , really kudos to Mukesh and staff too..thanks.

Ambience is very good ❤️ Pool side huts are awsome and relaxing for date / dinner 💓 Veg / Non Veg sections are separate which is good for veg people ... Bar is also nice 🍸🍹🍷🍺🍻 Variety of drinks available .. only con is quality of food depends on how busy is restaurant .. quality and service goes bad on busy time

Being in an all india expedition team, called them and one Mr Siddharth or Siddhant answered. Not at all flexible or showing any manners answering. I told them that we are coming from Rajasthan drive. Never ever select this hotel and beware of their pics

I have attended an anniversary function of my relative. The food quality was nice, the rooms were neat, clean and hygienic, and the location is very accessible as it is on Surat highway. Overall a good experience in the city like dhule where star hotels are very few.

We had retirement ceremony program here. 1. excellent service by Pavan- captain, helping crew. 2. excellent service by waiters 3. good quality food 4. Manager- hardworking fellow, good co-operation whom with we were dealing and who was handling arrangements Coming to the point where faced concern, power cut for 7-8 times during the ceremony. because of that out guests were irritated, it was hot because, fuse was tripping and AC and power was not used fully, presenters couldn’t read the script and express properly due to frequent power cut. and it was getting dark . ceremony was a life time memory for my mother and she had to face to a fiasco. video shooting were interrupted and ruined . same with pictures . Answered we got from manager- young fellow with specs. ( i will not take specific name because we follow some modesty) -that it’s not my fault just a”technical glitch “ ( no apologies offered) - i charged you for per plate food not for banquet. that was complimentary ( next time please specify customers that banquet service is not hotels responsibility) we never asked you to give us free banquet and poor service. we would have paid for banquet and and full lights and AC. One request to manager, let me be clear that handling hotel’s technical glitch is your responsibility . kindly understand it might be just “function “ for you , retirement ceremony is “lifetime memory “ and a big achievement for people. Infront of my mother, elderly lady, managers approach was not very respectful when she raised this concern after a program he took it very personal. i agree he was very helpful during the whole event. but end of the event when we gave (negative feedback) problem we faced and we had to be embarrassed in front of 125 guest even after paying full money, he was little rude. at least understand, you are in a service industry. and follow some modesty specially if you have a “glitch “ in your service. We were just trying to share genuine issues we faced and WE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT even after lack of “basic facilities” lights and AC service. Be little courteous please! :) carry a little mature attitude “ BRO” !

If there was an option to give negative reviews I would have given that. Yesterday we went for friends birthday party and their service was pathetic. Worst experience . We booked the table and pre ordered all food items so that dinner would be served quickly. Not only they served late but cancelled food items which were available during pre booking but were given to other customers who came after us. Plus they also spoiled the cake completely about which they informed us at 11:30 pm after all the customers left so that there would be no one to see their pathetic service and behaviour . The waiters were super rude to us. And when we said we have to leave to resume our duty as we're doctors they argued that doctors don't have 24hr duty and what not. 1 of our friends left without eating as she had to resume her duty . This was the reason of pre booking so that no one would be late or go without dinning but it all went to waste.Would not even recommend my enemy this restaurant ever. Also spoiled everyone's mood

We went for dinner it took almost 45-50 minutes of waiting time as the restaurant was already full. The reception staff asked us to wait...but after some time one couple came and they directly entered in the restaurant. We thought we would be served first as we came first but management failed to do the same. After 50-60 minutes the staff arranged one table for us and even after entering the restaurant no one came immediately to clean the table and to take order. Have highlighted the same twice to Management but no luck. Less staff in the restaurant, and no proper Management.

Excellent locations if you want to bypass Dhule. Clean self sufficient rooms and great SPA as well....

Ideal for a night stop if u are traveling . Food is good .

We had a pleasant surprise. , Got stealing price thru Agoda. Nice upkeep, room size,the hotel size and openness. I think one of the best valued options in dhule.Location a bit off the main city. But highly recommended

We took a room with breakfast for a night here while on our way from Bhopal to Mumbai on 10th april . The hotel is new and good from the outside. It's located very near to the Mumbai Agra highway. As the hotel is new the rooms looked good and clean! BUT we had 2 problems 1) The entrance to the bathroom had a big step to climb which may not be a big problem for many but as my mother uses walker because of her arthritis it was an issue as all the rooms have it. The biggest problem was the AC which was not at all doing its job in our room! We waited for almost 2 hrs for it to cool but it didn't cool at all. They sent someone to check it out and it still didn't cool. Finally they changed the room for us and we crawled over to another room at around midnight as we were very tired from our journey. The second rooms AC was also not cooling as it should have been doing but it was a lot better than the stuffy room we left. And we were too tired to bother about it anymore. Finally I think after few hours the cooling was ok. Please check the rooms AC specially in the Hot temperatures of Dhulia! About the food- the dinner we ordered at night was good palak khichdi and veg biryani. But the buffet breakfast was ok.. they had limited choices. The staff is good, courteous and helpful.

Hotel is good,we stay there for one night with family for our onward journey ..stay was good, hassle-free check in and check out. Rooms 4/5 spacious Cleanliness 3.5/5 side tables were not cleaned Food 4/5 , quality is good but quantity is less Staff is courteous Breakfast limited but tasty.. Suggestions: keep ur in house branded toiletries Please maintain a reasonable quantity of food. Add 1-2 swings for kids if possible.

Situated at Surat bypass..hotel ambience is very good..rooms are very good..both veg and non vegetarian food available with drinks...food quality is good ...pool side sitting arrangement is also available ....which is good in rainy and winter season...I had tandur lollypop and corn Tikki...

Very bad experience over this hotel For dinner First I got a room with MAP at 3800. Room at 2800 then after ordering Veg and non veg They roam around for 30 min That you can't order this or that no no non veg no knowledge Then they ask we can change to alarcate menu and pay accordingly and we paid for what we ordered Worst service

Great family place. I was driving from Pune to Indore with my family and was looking for a decent night stay place as I have a 8 months old daughter. I booked this place after checking few reviews and I was not surprised at all. Beautiful property, courteous staff, delicious and economical food. Staff was even kind enough to prepare customized baby food for us. Room was also neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Everytime I am traveling between Indore- Pune I am going to plan my stay here.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very clean. it has very good space for parking. They have their own car washing services as well. Food and services are very amazing.

While taking dinner service is too good but need to improve food taste quality. In the night time very deem lights are there it's feels negativity in itself need to do some freshness extra light in the lawn and many more thing.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! We have gone to this restraunt as there service was nice but last night they were terrible. They have no idea how to manage their mistakes. They don't even accept their mistakes, apologizing is not even expected at this point....they blame it on their customers..... Went there last night with friends..... What I got was late service , even on preorder at 5pm, and prebooking from morning.... they didn't even serve till 10:45 pm which was pretty late....and we mentioned many time that we are on tight schedule as we are doctors so please serve the food....and we were waiting from 9 pm.....I had to leave for my duty without dinner..... And in the end they ruined our cake and blamed it on us..... my friends returned at 12 midnight with lots of insults for our profession by waiters ....they literally said 'what duty do doctors have at night'..... Literally ruined out night. I am never going back there.
