This is one of its kind cafe with an unique theme. If u like mystery, detective stories, good food then this is the cafe you must visit. It also has something different, you can have a candlelight cafe experience here. The type of food served is continental and the bacon wrapped chicken and honey glazed chicken is some of my favourites. Don't forget to try the pastries, brownies from their bakery. The cafe has opened recently and holds a lot of promise.

This is latest of the theme restaurants in kolkata and the pioneer in this part of the city. The ambience is exquisite , very well thought out n detailed. The food tried in this first visit with fish n chips was made to perfection and Chicken triology was great. The irish coffee was really competitive with many cafés here ! Would look forward to coming here again !!

This is the fifth time I visited there. Food is always good. Tried the coffee, pizza and non veg starters. The ambience too nostalgic for all detective fans. The live music is awesome. Only it takes bit longer to get the food served.

It was really a superb experience in 221B Baker Street.... The interior decoration really unique.... The ambience with the live music was just mesmerizing.... A perfect place for hangout with friends.... Their food items were just delicious in taste.... Their food quality and quantity was also good.... Apple Pie With Ice Cream was so delicious.... Their service was also good.... Overall experience was really good....

Amazing food and ambience. Tried the chicken pizza, fish and chips, grilled chicken, sweet lime soda and mocha mud pie. All the items were delicious, and staff behaviour is also very good. Great experience.

This cafe is one of the best cafe i visited, it's cozy with a great ambience. It have a detective theme all over the place. Staff is very polite and courteous always there to help and serve you. I have been there more than five times and every time their food and service was up to the mark. On weekends they have live music too which is a great thing. All of it and it's not that way expensive as other cafe. Finally is a must visit cafe

Very nice experience at this cozy, well set-up cafe with plenty of books, good food, awesome place to hang out with friends! The proprietor Ashok Halder is very warm and amiable, excellent hospitality, he himself overlooks the service and dining.

They have a wide range of coffee as well as tea options for the go with a great choice of side dishes Had their vanilla cappuccino and chicken overloaded pizza. Overall a nice place for an evening hangout with friends and family. Nonetheless if you are a thriller freak and have a knack of detective novels then it is a great place to visit.

Explored 221B Baker's Sreet Cafe at Teghoria Raghunathpur Kolkata. It is on VIP road beside Spandan Hospital. There is ample parking space. Food quality, detective theme interior, live music (after 7 pm onwards) really made our day special. 100% recommended for all Cafe lovers in kolkata. Fish & chips and chicken straps are really good 👍

Beautiful dark interiors. Detective themed with a wall of books that you can sit and read. Amazing seafood options. Menu is so fire that the only thing more fire is the food. Definitely coming back to taste rest of the menu another day.

It was a great experience at 221B baker's Street cafe.. had visited as it was a friend's birthday and I had also requested for a little birthday setup which was nicely executed. Big thanks to Sourabh and team for wonderful coordination and effort. The ambience here is great and food was good too! Definitely worth visiting!

Excellent theme cafe I have ever visited. Ambience was very good. Service was good but it would have been better at least they can serve drinking water. Cappuccino was really good. They served it with complementary cookies. Latte art was excellent. It would be great if croissant was included in the menu.

Decor was superb and the live music perked up the mood. Hospitality was warm and the dishes quite delicious. Just the chicken skin on the grilled chicken was a bit of a spoiler; and the lychee pastry was definitely not fresh. It lacked softness, and the feeling was more of nibbling on a piece of brick.

I personally don’t like place, i know it is themed cafe but too dark inside even if you visit in daylight. Secondly I have visited this three times we ordered coffee every-time. 1st n second day we order coffee then starter n main course that they gave cookies with coffee. On third day we ordered only coffee no starter and main course so they didn’t gave any cookies with it. Not only that they they told me to shift in other table as there was owners relatives to come. As per your order they will treat if u give small order they won’t give important to u n if give big order then they will pay attention to u. I have visited many cafés but this was something new to me. Even the owner was presented there. Now coming to food which is not good as per the price. Fish and chip is 350₹ which is too much as per the quantity and quality of fish they providing. Then Prawn Fajitas was also not as per the expectations. They are serving small size of prawn. I will never visit this place again as I didn’t like they way they treat to there customers. You can’t treat your customers on the size of bill this is very cheap and unprofessional. When you make a customer happy that customers will recommend other people this how ur cafe grow and if u treat like this i doubt your cafe will ever grow.

Had a wonderful time at 221B Baker's Street..we ordered Prawn and Crab cake, Chicken strips, Chicken Triology, cafe frappe and caramel frappe. Every food taste was good, service was also very good and main attraction of the cafe was live music, the guys made ambience of the cafe amazing with their beautiful songs with soulfull voice. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Food was great, staff were good and attentive too but we were served in paper glasses whereas others were served in normal glasses. Not sure of this discrimination. The price could be cheaper considering the area (this area is not south Kolkata, nor is it so posh) that a basic cafeteria like this should charge like this. However the food quantity and taste was very good. The atmosphere could have been better had it been a bit more spacious, the live music was good, the guy sang well but it got a bit noisy only coz the space is a bit small.

Very tasty food and a great atmosphere. Would love to visit again. The service can be faster though.

Best food. The best cheesecake. The ambiance and the service is excellent. The place is filled with books and cool posters. I was over the moon. The servers were so polite and sweet. We had starters, lunch, and desert there. The plating was very attractive. It was just amazing. I tried their Mexican food (not everyone can make Mexican food properly) and it was really good. The chef personally came up to check on how we liked the food. We had a very friendly chat. The blueberry cheesecake was just mind blowing. I would surely recommend that place for any Sherlock, bomkesh, or Feluda fans. Even if you just want to have a nice time, just visit the place and see it for yourself. Very affordable, comfortable, and honestly the best experience I have had in months!! My bows to the chef and the staff.
