Food a bit pricey , but it’s very good and well served. However the Huevos Rancheros have nothing Mexican in them the salsa needs help. You don’t add celery 🥲. It’s needs a little spice .Goggle is your friend for recipes. Or feel free to reach out to me for a recipe. Pls let me know if you improved the salsa so I can return ❣️

Delicious breakfast with fun servers. Fresh squeezed OJ and house made salsa and jam were over the top. Sit at the counter and watch the organized chaos turn out magical culinary delights!

If you are looking for some good food this is definitely the place. The breakfast is always yummy. But I will say everything we have had there has been delicious. Definitely recommend just know you will wait to sit.

The food here is very tasty, but I will say that the portions are not as large as we thought they would be. Their service is great and the food is prepared very well. We will definitely come here again. Outdoor seating is very nice, but to be aware of the flies in the summer months. Their homemade orange juice is a must try.

Fun spot for breakfast! Inside was pretty full on a Saturday morning but they had ample space outside. The patio is shaded really well and we enjoyed it as there was much more elbow room between the tables outside vs inside. The servers and hostesses were all very friendly. Waters came out quick when we sat down and they are quick to get your order and be out with food. I highly recommend get the carafe of mimosa if more than just one of you are drinking mimosas. It is about 4 glasses for just $17. Food was great, I had the Caribbean French toast which essentially was just normal French toast but with a coating of coconut. The quiche was also very good, but a monster. Easily the largest quiche I have ever seen. We would recommend visiting if you are in the area looking for a breakfast spot.

The food was absolutely incredible! Definitely some of the best breakfast food we've ever had. We got the eggs benedict and the peach crepes and were quite impressed with the presentation and execution. The only thing that impacted the experience was the numerous flies buzzing around inside the building. If they could take care of that pest problem, it would have been an A+ experience. Still, we didn't feel it impacted our experience enough to give less than 5 stars.

The Griddle is a cute brunch spot in Nampa with good food and friendly servers. You will possibly have to wait 10-30 minutes for your table but the experience will be worth it. This is my second time eating here. I got Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. The portion is huge! Last time I tried the California Egg Benedicts and I prefer it much more. Highly recommend trying their Egg Benedicts. My friend got Meat Lovers Omelette. We haven’t tried the drinks here but I see a lot of options in the menu: juice, coffee, and mimosa. The price is pretty decent, considering the fact the the portions are big and the quality of the food is great!

The pros: good atmosphere, and staff was attentive and friendly. The green seats feel vintage, and that’s not bad. The cons: probably the most disappointing biscuits and gravy experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Literally, I have had better biscuits and gravy from a gas station. It was like it was microwaved and it was hard in one spot and the gravy was just sad and the portions were underwhelming. My wife got this coconut French toast, and it tasted like some French toast had a baby with a really good doughnut. Unbelievably good. Eggs over easy work cooked to perfection and the ham was great too. They just REALLY need to fix their biscuits and gravy because they are just lousy. Avoid ordering that if at all possible.

Everyone was on their phones. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere, however we were stopped from sitting in a table in the back. All the waitresses were on their phones. Drinking soda infant and eating at front counter. Our food was sent out in different times. The eggs were so watery that they had to be eaten with a spoon. Very disappointed for a birthday lunch. However, the crepes were good. Was served water with a filthy cup and floating. When asked for a different cup, the waitresses acted put off. Sad that this was like this. Must have been no manager on duty. We did however enjoy being sung to by the dishwasher in the back.

Im visiting Idaho and stop off for breakfast And it was delicious! Everything from my water to my house made sausage was soo good. I had the best pancakes I've eaten at a restaurant in a very long time. The only thing I can say I didn't like and its not even a big deal just my preference, was the fresh squeeze orange juice is served from room temperature oranges. I just like my beverages cold so I used the ice from my water to cool it down. But my eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. And all the staff looked happy helpful and joking and talking with customers. It was a great experience

All of the food, service, and atmosphere are amazing. Special shoutout to the crepes with pecans and caramel bacon sauce!!! The mimosas do have a tad too much OJ, but this is still our breakfast go to in Nampa.

Such a good place for breakfast. It's a little on the pricy side, but the quality of the food makes up for it. It's always inviting, a little loud, but other than that, it's an amazing place. Good food, decent prices, good location, and a friendly staff.

We did not realize The Griddle closes at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:52 pm and were greeted warmly and served very promptly. The food was amazing and the ambiance was awesome. So much retro in this place! They have fresh squeezed orange juice. My hubby had the red flannel hash. I tried a bite and it was wonderful! I had the Savory Crepe and it was very satisfying. The coffee was very delicious. I also went here one time before and had the California Benedict. It was so yummy, but big enough I had to take half home. I highly recommend you try The Griddle on your next breakfast outing. 🥰
