Very good accommodation, staff help full,restaurant service excellent.

Nice ambience, good rooms, nice food.

Apart from slow service everything else was excellent

Needs to replace the towels. They are negleting linen and towels

Very impressive looking hotel I have only been for conferences and the rooms are nice and airy but the lanche is only cakes and sandwich and fried foods. Not healthy. Not very vegetarian friendly.

Very good place to stay in Nampula. Located in a strategic point to get to any place in Nampula. Breakfast is good. Indian meals for main meals are top.

Very reasonably priced hotel close to the center. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Like many hotels here there is no bar though

The New Hotel is new, only a few months old. Nice large rooms, clean. Good place to stay. The cafe downstairs has good coffee and nice pastries. Breakfast was quite ok. Would stay here again.

Lack of dinner past 10000 and lack of information service makes the place unfavourable

The place I good .Got an upgrade on arrival,however the Burger that I ate tasted so bad

There are lots of noise from the nearby street at some times in the night.

Good customer service

Poor service. Very slow to serve breakfast. Has potential to improve.

My email has been hacked so I’m using my daughters . This hotel was in my opinion a shocker. All bling and no service. Waited an hour to get toilet paper. No coffee in the room. Breakfast was yuk. No one speaks English at reception. Never got an invoice after asking for one 3 times . Nope no chance I’d go there again. The coffee was good tho. If you are looking for a drink ( much needed alcoholic beverage) after a looong day of driving.. drive past! No alcohol allowed !!! Kim Rundle

The fact that they do not advertise that it is a Halaal Hotel must be rectified. Rooms and food was good.
