I arrive on time but I am told that I am 20 minutes late. Well, I'll wait. It doesn't suit my schedule for the day but I don't say anything. Finally the treatment begins 40 minutes after my arrival. I am told that the application of semi-permanent varnish was not noted in the diary. I'm surprised but anyway, I don't really have time anymore. I am greeted with a smile by a young girl who, I learn during our discussions, is still a student. I have nothing against it, training must be done. If I may make a constructive comment, I would have found it interesting if she had a little support during the performance or at least if her work was checked at the end... Because at the end of the treatment, I was expecting a drop of oil on the cuticles, a "classic" varnish application (because I had at least asked for that on the phone) but no... When I put my sandals back on , I who thought I had pretty feet for the summer, it's a disappointment... Too bad! I think there was poor communication when making the appointment, and for my part I should have mentioned my distress at the end of the appointment, before leaving the salon. Experiences, whatever they may be, as well as comments are used to understand errors and evolve. So good luck to the young girl in her training!

Second pass for me, semi-permanent hands + sheathing (have not tested other services). I have tested many salons in Namur and I have not found better anywhere else so far, whether in terms of results or outfit! The welcome is charming and very professional, the cancellation conditions do not pose a problem to me because they are clearly indicated.. and being independent I understand the need to take measures in the face of cancellations. I plan to go back and will soon try other treatments!

My microblading absolutely did not hold up and I had to pay for touch-ups, no commercial gesture. The boss is unfriendly. I do not recommend at all. I came in November 2021. I have no problem paying for alterations. But since there was no trace of the first performance left, I don't call it "retouches". No, it's not me you're talking about, I didn't leave angry since I wrote to you after the scabs fell off, so I deduce that I'm not the only one to be disappointed.

If you don't want emotional damage for you and your children better avoid this salon, the landlady so unfriendly and trying to argue to you even if she knows she is wrong. I even don't want to explain situation because she will try to answer as if she is right. She even harassed my husband by calling him 3 times trying to prove that she's is right. Believe me living in 5 different countries and knowing how this business works I've never seen something like this. The worst experience in my life. No boundaries 🤮and knowledge how to work with clients. 😡

Disappointed by the lack of humanity in this establishment. I have just canceled an appointment for a varnish application because my 6 week old daughter has been hospitalized (me with) since last night. I was told that everyone had emergencies and that payment would be taken from my card... when you look at their calendar, I wonder if the number of availabilities in reflects their lack of empathy. A customer for years, I have followed you in your moves and yet, I am canceling an appointment for the first time this morning because I unfortunately had a car accident and am unable to travel for 3:15 p.m. and I am charged €32.50 for cancellation fees. What a desappointment. I have never found you particularly friendly but the work done by your employees has almost always been good. 3 years ago, I traveled for nothing when I made an appointment for an eyebrow tattoo with you. You hadn't allowed enough time in your schedule and asked me to postpone the appointment. Without flinching, I returned home even though I had made the trip for nothing and I came back a week later without complaining. I see that this only goes one way. Know that you have lost a client.
