This space was perfectly located near great shops, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for a places to go….clearly they love their neighborhood. The room was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it! Top-notch Homestay experience, polite and accurate communication combined with well located apartment actual in Nature's Lap.

Good family experience.nice view, local tasty food provide by neighbouring home people. Local people cooperation in site visit. If you want to have calm ,natual and simple home stay experience away from your hectic and busy schedule then it is the place with budget home stay. Don't expect luxury and star rated hospitality provided by other Hotels.

Its a fantastic, simple and sober property. No fancy villa vibes here! Just a super neat and clean 2 BHK space with decently spaced rooms and a large hall. Surprisingly you get a balcony in each room which is a great place to chill in the evenings! We loved the stay here and we get all basic amenities (extra bedding, drinking water, geysers in all bathrooms, clean toilets/bathrooms with all time running water etc.) It's a quiet place and you will love spending time with your loved ones here. Not too far from the highway so you can easily have access to nice restaurants within a drive time of 10/15 mins. And I think it's perfectly distanced from the highway to not get the traffic noise at all at the location. That's the best!

Rooms are ok, however is far inside from Highway, None of the Hall doors latches were working because of which we had to leave the room door open at night, Care taker was well aware about the same but she didn't inform us, Caretaker was very casual and stated that you may lock the bedroom door and leave the Hall door open, We were having lot of luggage which we had to shift to our bedroom Infact even Geyser was not working,Next morning when we called the owner she was not willing to listen. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR, THIS HOMESTAY NOT RECOMMENDED ATALL....

Good & most importantly budget friendly place to stay with family and friends. Near to highway and all famous igatpuri monsoon spots.

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and bedroom were excellent. You could tell that Sagar made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the railway station after I checked out. For 2500, I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

We had an excellent stay at the natures lap homestay. The rooms and the bathroom were neat, clean and well maintained. It was literally located at the natures lap with a stunning view of the lush green hills from the terrace and the balcony. We had the previlage to stay there during the monsoons and the whole place was green and earthy. We woke up to the misty mornings and took long walks to the nearby hills. The host was really helpful catering to each and every need of ours. The food cooked by the neighbours were lip smacking. We get both veg and non veg food cooked by the locals there.

4 adults, we stayed the 24th & 25th June nights in a comfortable, clean, well maintained 2nd floor 2 BHK apartment, with cross ventilation and a good view of the hills. The caretaker was very helpful & co-operative. 24hrs hot water, and a hot water kettle for making coffee. No gas, induction plate, fridge, utensils, crockery or cutlery, which would have been beneficial. Washrooms were clean, English style & well kept. The cleaning lady left our apartment spic & span after the cleaning. The access road was thru the village but manageable by car. A km off the highway, it was quiet & serene. A neighbouring villager prepares meals at a cost, but we got ours ordered from a nearby cost-effective 'Apna Hotel' dhaba where we usually eat when in Igatpuri. There also are 2 studio apts with a double bed, washroom, and kitchenette, apart from two 2BHKs in this 2 storeyed place. The caretaker lives in the ground floor studio apt. We liked our stay.

This place is budget friendly and a very peaceful place. The rooms are clean. There is ample of parking space. You would get a mountain view from most of the rooms. This place also has a terrace to have a quality time between nature. You would be provided with a home-cooked food on basis of order given in advance and will be charged extra. You can visit talegaon dam nearby and enjoy the peace.

This the Perfect home stay for all my budget travelers. its near to the stations as well the bus stop, amazing views from the room great caretaker and no hassle in booking.
