It was a great three day experience at the Sheraton Fiji resort. It was quite relaxing and peaceful around. The atmosphere at this resort was of a welcoming one. There was an excellent customer service and room service. I was have excited with the amazing quality of food served here in Sheraton. The beverages are available from local beers to imported one and they are all at an affordable price. Afternoons are so breathtaking with burning sunsets. Well this resort deserves a 5 star rating with everything available up to your expectations.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Fiji. Where to start? There is lots of food options available all around the resort, the main buffet restaurant has terrific breakfast and I'd recommend heading there. There is a huge open style buffet with every type of food you'll want. The other restaurants are great, they had some nice vegetarian options which was nice. One thing to remember, especially if you are ordering from the pool or at your spot around the pool, is that sometimes you get your order and it's not exactly what you ordered. This is due to the language barrier, sometimes the lovely staff miss hear slightly. We enjoyed everything we ate however, so really enjoyed the food. The pools are absolutely amazing, we spent basically all day in and around the many pools, and it's so relaxing it's just great. There are other resorts within a short walk that have amazing pools too, so you'll be able to change up the scenery daily. The cocktails were incredible, order where ever whenever and lots of options. We spent a lot of time sipping in the pool, so much fun with the kids. Our room was also very nice, clean, cool to get away from the heat and quiet. The staff are just the most incredible, fun, lovely people you'll ever hang out with. They'll give you lifts around the place to so ask at the bell desk for a ride if you need. If you are with Fiji Air, when leaving they allow you to check in your luggage at the resort, then sort it for you, meaning less waiting at the airport which we thought was so good. All in all we had such an excellent time, we can't wait to come back! Thanks to all the amazing staff at the Sheraton, you were amazing!

The resort options are great. With the recent downturn in visitors over the last 2 years, the staff and services are still trying to get back on their feet. Room was updated minus the toilet which has a leak fitting (fixed first morning). The restaurants are hard to book during the busy holiday seasons. We had options but also thought they lacked flare and tasty options. The food arrived spread out over 45 minutes and the kids meals never arrived until the 2nd time we prompted them. It was a similar situation throughout the week. Dairy allergies / intolerance beware…. Not many options for alternatives. The sunset after the storm was amazing and the kids loved the kids club even though the kids “events” never went as planned or at all. First dancers every night were pretty entertaining for the kids and the lighting of the torches by the shore by the “warrior” was great as well.

We had amazing time at Sheraton Fiji resort. Fiji is the friendliest destination I’ve ever been. Fijians are super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and super relaxed. And that made our stay absolutely amazing. The resorts itself is beautiful. Nice design. Rooms are spacious with little terrace. Adult quiet pool, big pool for kids. Great location. We are vegans and the resorts are normally not vegan friendly but we got spoilt here. We just asked the chef and kitchen crew and they were all super helpful and prepared some delish vegan food for us. Proper 5* services with extra portion of friendliness.

The staff are so friendly here! Made us feel like we were part of the family. Always greeting us when they passed us. Nothing was ever an issue! We had a small problem with our room that was no issue to us at all but Fiona arranged for us to have dinner covered by them. The food at all the restaurants was amazing. Room was clean & kept clean everyday. Whole resort was always clean. Saw them regularly pressure washing the outside of buildings. The guys at the front that greeted us when we arrived were more than happy to drive us around the resort in their golf carts. I can’t not say enough good things about staying here! Already planning for our next trip! Fiji is such a beautiful place & the people even more so!

The resort is stunning and you think wow when you walk in. But then you soon realise it definitely isn't a 5 star resort. The service is extremely slow or doesn't exist at times. The wait time for your food and drink is sometimes 60-90 minutes. Food items aren't available on the menu on a regular basis. The quality of the food is not 5 star and pretty basic at times. The staff are friendly but you can tell they don't really want to work as they don't put in much effort to make things better and just say sorry. The rooms are clean and comfortable but there is hardly any space to store away clothes. I also recommend you regularly check your room bill as they charge you for items which you shouldn't be charged for so you have to stay on top of it. Also we requested a cot for our baby and when we got to the room there was no cot and I had to phone several times to get them to bring a cot and by that time I ended up having to put my baby to sleep in the pram. The water aerobic classes are fun and they run daily but there is really not much else to do for the adults. No gym or day spa on site. The pool is freezing, definitely not heated. The restaurants have no air con so it can get very warm when sitting down for a meal.

Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Buffet food was great, even if the dinners were fairly similar with the different themes. Lots of families, but still plenty space for couples without it being overrun with kids. Pool area was large and plenty of seating by ocean or pool. Service was great, lots of friendly and unique staff, moderate pace for Fiji service. Not much too close to the resort, but other resorts nearby you can go to dinner at and explore. Rooms were great, couple creatures in there with us but still quite clean, fresh sheets, great view. Didnt try the activities much, but golf course across the road was very nice (not cheap)

I did some research prior to coming back to Fiji and would recommend this resort as a preference. Especially if you have Family. The rooms were beautiful and it was a great location. Staff was super friendly and were quick to help. They also checked in to make sure we Were comfortable. All facilities were kept in great condition. my only reason for marking down a star was due to the cost of food. It was very expensive. I found a workaround by getting a bula bus five day pass, and my Family and I travelled to the port for dinner each night, which saved us a lot of money. we did try the buffet dinner one night which was $129 per person, but I didn’t feel it was worth that cost and blew out our budget early in the trip.

Awesome experience!!!!! Stay in this resort made our holiday memorable! Beautiful rooms, great service and super friendly staff made us feel like part of their family, there is never a dull moment here. I would like to visit Fiji again and stay in Sheraton resort only! Loved it and highly recommended!!! BULA!!!

At the time I was there it was way to many kids for me. An adult side and a family side would have been great. The part of the beach you could actually walk on there was on lounge chairs or umbrellas. It's not a place I would stay at again. The plus is my housekeeper and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

The villa we stayed in was mostly very comfortable. Housecleaning and staff were top notch. However, the guests in the unit above us (963) were from hell and we could hear them walking around the unit and dragging the chairs along. There is not much the resort can do but perhaps soundproofing can be improved. Also the resort does not accept cash. Either credit card or charge to the room. Breakfast was substantial and had a good variety. Most foods were good quality. However the Danish pastries and croissants were very dry and almost biscuit-like texture. I don't know if these were consumed eventually. If not these were a huge waste of food and yet nothing changed to the way they made these pastries everyday. By comparison the croissants at 28g were fabulous and moist.

Absolutely wonderful resort. ALL the staff we had the pleasure of meeting were very very friendly and helpful. The resort is huge with daily activities ranging from water sports to basket weaving. The hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious. The resort is next to many restaurants, we recommend the ones on the Denarau Port. If you wanna go Jet skiing or on a boat cruise then visit the shop directly outside the resort entrance, they've got good cheap options. If you just want to escape life then this is the place to go.

A truly remarkable place for a holiday or a quick trip. The service was slow but professional. The staff ensured that identities were checked and cross checked thoroughly. Additionally, for Christmas festivities, the decor was minimal but classic. Truly setting the mood for the Christmas holiday season. Perhaps a manger would be a great addition- reason for the season. But I digress. Finally, you will be provided a print out document with details about activities and processes at the hotel. So, no surprises. Overall, what you see is what you get. And this place is worth your while when you get to it. No regrets.

A travel agent made the arrangements and I had a king bed with ocean view for a week. I have already told all my friends and family to come. Not only is Fiji incredible but this resort was perfect. I got the breakfast included and it is a massive buffet with something for everyone. The room was spacious and clearly updated. There is a pool more for kids and the infinity pool with swim up bar. You are on the water and the property is very well maintained. Finally, I hope you don’t have to work in paradise but the Wi-Fi was fast and what you would expect at a Marriott property. I am starting to plan return trip.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton last week after our flight had been delayed 5 times due to the cyclone, we arrived at 5:00am exhausted and the staff did everything they could to get us to our room asap to allow us to rest. I have not one bad thing to say about the staff who took great care of us during the whole of our stay, they are happy to go the extra mile for the guests. They were absolutely amazing, friendly, extremely helpful with any questions we had about places to visit etc. and lots of fun, always smiling. They are top notch group of people and I would like to express my thanks to all of them for making the trip so memorable. If that could be passed on to them I would really appreciate it. Hotel is lovely, rooms are clean, bathrooms are lovely, food is exceptional. I have been to Fiji before and love it and the people but this would be my number one pick for a stay. I will definitely be back.

Great place to stay with family. The resort is clean and well presented, the staff are lovely and the amenities are very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable, they are serviced daily by awesome housekeeping staff, big shout out to them! The only negative, and this is Fiji in general, it's becoming expensive to stay and especially eat in Fiji! Buffet dinner was $129 per person per night! 😯 We went to Port Denarau every night, because doing the math with a family of 5 the dinners were ridiculously expensive. Having said that, breakfast was amazing and worth checking out! Overall a great stay but because of the rising cost $$$$$ probably our last Fijian holidays.... Thailand here we come!

Staff is very helpful and humble. Rooms are average. Food is very expensive.same menu for breakfast everyday,Need to be different every day. Need a kids' play area like a game zone, pool table, air hockey, and table tennis. As free for kids.

Amazing, everything you'd expect and more from the Sheraton brand. Service from every single staff member is 5 star+. Food is wonderful from the restaurants we have visited. Beds comfortable, bathroom and amenities are great. Can not fault a thing, we will be back!! Garden view room, 2 doubles. 2 adults, 2 children 6/10

The resort is beautiful, warm and very luxurious. Every little detail has been taken care of. But the staff were what made our stay truly blissful! They made my family feel like their own relatives. I cannot speak highly enough of generosity and kindness shown on each and every day of our stay. We are already planning our return. Thank you so much❤️

A very welcoming resort from the moment you got there to the moment you left, the staff were exceptional. All so lovely no fault there at all. Accomodation however, we had a few hiccups, we were a group of 7 staying in a 3 bedroom villa, which wasn’t cheap so for the price we paid, we didn’t expect to have a rat in our room. For the first two nights, you could hear it in one of the bathrooms getting in to the bin, staff had covered a hole where it was likely coming from. The second night, we found that food on the kitchen counter had been nibbled at. Informed staff, later that day as we returned from a long day on an island hop, we found a note in our room saying pack up, we’re moving you. As annoying as it was to pack up and move it was required. Our flight home got cancelled due to the cyclone, so we had to book another night. This is what was shameful, they moved us to a two bed villa that house 4, knowing we were a group of 7. We got charged more for the 2 bedroom villa, then what we had paid per a night for the 3 bedroom villa. There words we’re, this is the only villa available. Come to see our last villa hadn’t been touched or cleaned the next day even after we checked out. So clearly no one had been staying in it nor had they even bothered to service it, we had even asked if we could stay we were at that time. Service, even though staff were absolutely lovely. The service was not great, no one actually communicates with each other around the resort. Trying to sort out arrangements for an extra night to organising transfers, you talk to those at reception, they say to return to you’re room we will call with an update, only to receive a knock at the door wonder why we hadn’t checked out. A lot of miss communication. Personally the resort was lovely, however I wouldn’t go back.

Stayed 1 week with husband, daughter, son in law and two granddaughters. We all had a wonderful time and nothing was too hard for the staff. Everyone was very welcoming of us. That was our third stay at Sheraton Fiji. We will be back!!!

The resort is amazing and the kind people that work here are fabulous. Customer Service is above and beyond! We received such kind and compassionate care from Housekeeping, Managers and the Hygienist, Sadhana, when I had food poisoning from an outside vendor’s cruise. Also there was fabulous entertainment: the dancers are very athletic and the sunsets are phenomenal!

Walked up the block to have dinner at the Sheraton. I made our reservation online for 7:30. We arrived at 7:15 so were escorted to the bar to have drinks while waiting for our table. After several long minutes the waiter brought 1 drink menu for 4 people. He took our order and then we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for bottles of beer. It was not busy. Our drinks arrived with part of each bottle poured into glasses we didn't ask for. Our table was finally ready at 7:45. They certainly didn't want our business. We went to another restaurant that was focused on customer satisfaction and excellent service.

All inclusive package includes all the calls we made to guest services to get both mat, hand towels, drinking water, changing the sheets as well as for the employees to check what is included in the package. Location is amazing and they tried veg food when their buffet had none, so two stars on that.

I’ve been to this Resort back in 2015. First of all, the beach left a lot to desire, as you could just see murky waters all around. Second, my parents, my ex and me were enjoying the garden in front of the see and staff followed suit when a rude tourist started passing a rugby ball all over us to them, finding this perfectly ok. My mum (in her 60s) decided to leave which we all seconded. You just cannot blame the pushy tourist when it’s the staff’s duty to look after the passengers well-being. Were they willing to compensate me with a free state, I would never accept it though.

I just got back from a week at the Sheraton in Fiji and it was such a great week! The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming and the restaurant options and dining were first class. The bed was like a cloud and the showers were hot and good pressure. I have stayed at other resorts in Fiji before and the Sheraton is now my favourite. Special shout out to our waiter Sikeli. He was incredible and looked after my group of friends so well. He is an absolute asset to the Sheraton chain.

Brilliant resort with great dining options and facilities. We booked very late so it was expensive but looking at the same time next year it’s under half what we paid. The resort charges for things like food and beverage are western prices but reasonable by comparison to other establishments we stayed and dined at during this visit. The villas are very spacious and well laid out for families, prioritising space and privacy for all. Highly recommended.

Beautiful people and holiday. Breakfast restaurant was TOO hot every day. Food was great but a large pizza oven in the centre and not enough air-conditioning made it uncomfortable. This was my only issue of an otherwise fantastic week.

We came here for a few nights as a family and our daughter (2) loved the kids club they have a nanny system for the kids club for her age and it’s so affordable and allowed us to get some time to ourselves they took her swimming. The pools were amazing. The buffet was top notch with great food. The only thing was our room felt a bit outdated with the big chunky dark wood furniture etc but still beautiful

The resort is great - convenient located in Denarau. Rooms and services at the hotel are excellent. Pools are small but the ocean is just 2 steps away. Many families with small children also come here , something to consider if you come here.

Awesome place to stay. Definitely the best breakfast buffet we had in our trip to Fiji. Staff were wonderful, good sized gym across the road and walking distance to port or you can catch the bula bus. Activities were stacked and done with passion. Also helpful stores in the resort where you could buy snacks, drinks etc. Definitely would go back for another stay. Best vibe vs the other resorts in Denarau.

One of the best five star resorts in Denarau Island. It’s recently renovated and looks fresh. We totally loved our stay and the buffet breakfast at Island 619 was amazing. Kids spent a lot of time in the kids club and around the pool area. The staffs were super friendly, and made our stay at Sheraton special. Don’t miss the evening 6:30PM Fijian fire dance if you stay there.

Simply amazing water front property. The staff are just so friendly and gracious. We booked an oceanfront room for our family of three adults. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The view from the room was breathtaking! We highly recommend this property.

Clean room and grounds and really friendly staff. Went with two young children and the pool options were fantastic. The menus at the restaurants aren’t extensive but all the food was of a high standard. A special mention to Paulini who my children (and us) adored!

This resort is definitely the place to stay when visiting Fiji. Beautiful pools overlooking the ocean. Great restaurants and beautiful grounds. Such a relaxing place. Can't wait to visit again.

Hotel & rooms really nice. They laid on cakes & champagne for our anniversary in the room which was great. Staff very helpful. Hotel is not busy at the moment so no issues with finding sun beds or room in the restaurants. Golf course is better than I remembered from 6 or 7 years ago. We came as a party of eight with young kids and all really happy.
