A
very
welcoming
resort
from
the
moment
you
got
there
to
the
moment
you
left,
the
staff
were
exceptional.
All
so
lovely
no
fault
there
at
all.
Accomodation
however,
we
had
a
few
hiccups,
we
were
a
group
of
7
staying
in
a
3
bedroom
villa,
which
wasn’t
cheap
so
for
the
price
we
paid,
we
didn’t
expect
to
have
a
rat
in
our
room.
For
the
first
two
nights,
you
could
hear
it
in
one
of
the
bathrooms
getting
in
to
the
bin,
staff
had
covered
a
hole
where
it
was
likely
coming
from.
The
second
night,
we
found
that
food
on
the
kitchen
counter
had
been
nibbled
at.
Informed
staff,
later
that
day
as
we
returned
from
a
long
day
on
an
island
hop,
we
found
a
note
in
our
room
saying
pack
up,
we’re
moving
you.
As
annoying
as
it
was
to
pack
up
and
move
it
was
required.
Our
flight
home
got
cancelled
due
to
the
cyclone,
so
we
had
to
book
another
night.
This
is
what
was
shameful,
they
moved
us
to
a
two
bed
villa
that
house
4,
knowing
we
were
a
group
of
7.
We
got
charged
more
for
the
2
bedroom
villa,
then
what
we
had
paid
per
a
night
for
the
3
bedroom
villa.
There
words
we’re,
this
is
the
only
villa
available.
Come
to
see
our
last
villa
hadn’t
been
touched
or
cleaned
the
next
day
even
after
we
checked
out.
So
clearly
no
one
had
been
staying
in
it
nor
had
they
even
bothered
to
service
it,
we
had
even
asked
if
we
could
stay
we
were
at
that
time.
Service,
even
though
staff
were
absolutely
lovely.
The
service
was
not
great,
no
one
actually
communicates
with
each
other
around
the
resort.
Trying
to
sort
out
arrangements
for
an
extra
night
to
organising
transfers,
you
talk
to
those
at
reception,
they
say
to
return
to
you’re
room
we
will
call
with
an
update,
only
to
receive
a
knock
at
the
door
wonder
why
we
hadn’t
checked
out.
A
lot
of
miss
communication.
Personally
the
resort
was
lovely,
however
I
wouldn’t
go
back.
