This place is the worst to do any family function, even apni mistakes ko accept krne k liye ready hi nhi the .. They threaten ki all s gud arrangements apko ku kami lagri hai !!! Our according menu hi gayab kardia 7-8 dishes jo finalise ki thi wo thi hi nahi wha jo ki Hume check karne k baad pata laga !!! Sale chor hai hmara function ekdm khrab kar dia !!! Led is not working Jiske paise advance humne le liye or at the time Bola ki ye to nhi chal paegi khrab hai !!! Overall is very bad experience staff is very very unprofessional service is not proper provide keh keh ke sare kaam krwaye pure function mei overall hum ititate hue !!! Phero khatam hone wale the tab tak bhi coffee nahi ready thi pata chla ki machine khrab hai dusri mngai hai time lgega not proper arrangements is very bad experience food is not good quality is very poor .... These people have no experience of hosting a marriage function. Please save your money and spend it at a better venue.. I requested to the Hotel Owner kindly take this activities very seariously and improve your hotel staff management... Went there to attend a birthday party. The roof top resto-bar with pool has a great ambiance. The music played was ok. The service was the best part of the experience. 1 star less for general maintenance. But made up by service.

From where to begin...I was going to Big Bite for family dinner but stopped in between to try this hotel... Ordered kashmiri mutton in their roof top restaurant ..and what I got was oil and bones... No flesh no curry...literally "bones and oil"...I asked for cheff and the cheff said that "humein aise hi pieces milte h mutton k banaane ko"...he replaced the curry and alas..new curry was half salt and half curry... We left the whole mutton and ate our dinner with pickles... Literally I got salt,oil and bones by paying 1000 rupee(mutton was of 680 rupee)... Horrible food...I would not suggest anyone to go there...prefer BIG BITE or Yellow chilli for non-veg...

Staff was highly unprofessional and they don't know how to take care of the guest. It was my wedding and they asked our guest to pay despite making advance payment. They were very rude and no person should book them if they want their guest to be treated well. We paid for room service and everything but they denied that they can't serve in the room. It was a pathetic experience and we would never advise anyone to book this property. Me being as groom I was concerned with hotel staff behavior. My entire family was there and they treated us like we didn't matter. IF you want a hassle free wedding then please don't book. I was pitying myself. Moreover, rooms were stinking and they didn't even bother to check the rooms before handing over the keys and when we complained they said we are not bothered. After abusing them a bit, they somehow changed the room. It was very bad service and won't advise anyone if you want good wedding memory.

Okay to begin with, if you love mosquitos, please do visit the hotel Bar. It feels like you are sitting in a Government canteen wherein you can hear the clash of the beer bottles, people keep shouting like anything. It didn't seemed one bit that you're sitting in a BAR! The staff was courteous but the pricing of the liquor was absurd, they have mentioned in the menu that a strong beer (650 ml) costs INR 395 and they have the audacity to charge INR 375 for a canned beer of 500 ml. Wow, I could not understand the math. Ambience was pathetic too, the service time was way too much. By the time you get your snacks that you ordered, you'll be done drinking and by that time you'd be ready to leave, great place to burn some money without any fruitful result/customer satisfaction.

Room was not clean Properly. Electricity was not good. Food quality was not too good as per their cost.

First They Told Me their Is No Booking With your Name After That I'll Shown Them By Myself In Their Frontdesk Desktop After This The Night Manager Replied Me Very Rudely (ok Jao ) I Requested To The Hotel Owner Kindly Take This Activites Very Seriously And Improve Your Hotel Staff Management

No taste in food. No service at all. U have to ask for one thing again and again. Non veg. Is not fresh, it's like u r eating chewingum. They have bar in hotel but don't have bottles of whisky only they have 5-6 brands in all. Including vodka. In beers they have only kingfisher and that too not cold. They provide ICE for that.

Went there to attend a birthday party last 19 Aug. The roof top resto-bar with pool has a great ambiance. The Food was the best part of the experience. Mr. Lalit Saini (Chef) are also good person & excellent Food chef.

Overall ok parking space isn't enough, food is tasty Little bit costlier ambient is good , nice place to have dinner date, family gathering, enjoy with friends.

They have worst service possible. We booked this venue for the stay of our guests fir our wedding. The staff was utterly rude. They denied to bring bags of guests inside, Gt o serve tea inside the room and they didn’t even bother to keep rooms open before arrival of guest for sone ventilation, the rooms were stinking and we got really embarrassed about the whole situation during wedding

It's a decent enough hotel however they charge way too much therefore making it far more expensive when compared to the offerings and the room is neither clean nor good looking nor it supports a decent balcony. Food is extremely expensive and not at all delicious or tasty enough.

Preety ambiance. Food quality was also better then expectations.

Went for dinner at the roof top restaurant. I must say the place is well maintained with a great environment and facilities. The place is soothing to eye and the orchestra was really great. The quality and quantity was food was also good. I really loved the place and the staff was also supportive and helpful. It is a must visit place with family and friends..

I booked this hotel for my sister marriage, marriage is very special occasion for everyone and they make that occasion worst for everyone , staff is very careless, serving is very poor, staff is not stayed on there statements ,worst food taste. It’s my request to all of them who are looking to book this hotel for marriage , please don’t do that same mistake that i did.i hoped that this review will be helpful for you .

It's good place to stay and have parties. They are also good in conducting pool parties...I would rate 4 star property in Meerut. They have Bar in house as well.

Food is fine...how ever service is very poor. You keep on waiting for your food.. Do improve your service, much needed. Along with that, there was a mistake in bill these guys added food beverage which is not even consumed by us. Make sure you cross verify everything.
