Let me tell you guys what this hotel does in detail. Literally, they are committing scams. You book this property via MMT or Oyo, and at the time of check-in, the hotel denies your request. The reason they give is that hotel booking apps charge a lower amount for this property. So you call on apps to handle this kind of situation, but they will not do anything and in the end will give you your refund. This hotel charges extra money because they know that guests are definitely going to pay extra, so they take advantage and ask for more than double the usual amount. But if someone pays this much, why will they stay here? They will definitely book another hotel whose staff, rooms, and cleanliness are in better condition. So my advice to everyone is: don't go there. It would be better to book another hotel for this amount of money.

The room service is really very very bad. Rooms are stinky and dirty. The blankets provided were uncleaned. No towel or bath kit was provided until the morning 9 am. If you call the room service helpline, no one is there to receive your call and on floor help desk, no one is there to serve you. The way of talking of the staff is very rude like , you are living in the lodge of ₹100 per night. Literally not recommended hotel. Please avoid its services.

Recently attended wife's best friend marriage party. Having a nice experience space is huge and the lawn area section was wide spread. Well decorated and we'll furnished with furniture. Really enjoyed visiting the place, food quality was awesome try halua paratha and malai pudi in dessert. You will definitely had a wonderful experience. Book the villa and I am sure you will never regret to book that farmhouse.

Oyo makes people foolish and earn money. It is not a hotel booking app it is foolish making aap. The verst app I have everd used in my life.

Rooms were very dirty, cockroaches were all over the room. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. Noone picked up our call when we called for room service. Never stay here

I have visited this plase 4 times but last visit was my last visit to this hotal here is my experience check-in experience 1/10( Horrible ask extra money for check-in ) hotel rating 2/10 manager behave 1/10 other staff behavious 7/10 room 3/10 hygiene 1/10 (bed shert, pillow cover, towels, flore was not cleen and have so many spots) washroom 1/10

Day staff of the hotel are good. Night time staff are not good ask extra money for room . Service during day time i feel good and evening time also. Basically fooding section of the the hotel works seperately. Food is really good i admit it and pricing of food also . But night staff are not at all good.

Good area but not good staff and not clean property

Definitely not recommended at all,the hotel lacks even basic cleanliness. The AC and Telephone were not functioning and bathroom was dirty with condoms lying on the surface. Needs lot of improvement.

NEVER VISIT THIS PROPERTY, they are asking extra money if you booked vie OYO and if you call OYO and complain about this they just disconnect the call…it means OYO and this property management are fraud and harass the guest while check in the room….!!

One of the worst i have seen in my life. Hotels with charges like 500-600 per day have better staff and service than this hotel. • Dirty rooms • Bad service (no water, soap, shampoo, towels) • Charges extra even when you have online booking. (Scam) I would suggest not to visit. Only meant for couples not for travel and relaxation.

Worst experience If you are thinking to book room in this hotel via OYO they will charge you extra even if you book deluxe room.. firstly they offer you classic room instead of deluxe. Still they charge you extra. Food is pathetic in taste.

Rooms are value for money. Kitchen is awesome. Staff is professional. However, only the reception staff.

Mirror was dirty having blood on it. Western seat was like someone spit something red in it and also the the blanket was dirty in blood and the main thing house keeping staff was much rude as we are not paying guest we are staying there for free too much rude behaviour but the food was amazing.

I don't know where to begin describing how many issues i had faced during my stay. The morning staff is totally unprofessional and don't know how they are still in hospitality business! They provided room without water tubs in bathroom, no water jugs in room or any bottle, no door-mats outside washroom due to which I slipped my leg and injured myself. The electricity gets cut-off every 30-45 minutes and AC and lights go out and then after 5mins the generator kicks back in and this cycle repeats all day. In the evening the water got cut off and they wouldn't even provide any alternative. For 2 days I had to stay without water. The restaurant orders are highly over-priced and they are not even made in-house kitchen. They order it from the Zomato from somewhere else and adds service charge on top of the price listed in the menu. The cleaning staff were too rude and insulting when told them to do their job. This is not my first time staying in any OYO, but it had been the worst experience!

Booking was done at low price but after going at hotel they don't give the room on that price asks for more money

Dusty rooms, spider webs in bathroom, uncleaned glasses, poor attitude , no hot water totally worth wasting ur mood n money.

The hotel can be a nice wedding venue. It has a good open space at the front. However, I would advise against choosing for lodging purposes. The condition of the rooms is not commendable. The rooms and the washrooms aren't well-maintained. The beds and headstands have holes in them. The pillows are in miserable condition.

Everything is fine but the maintenance is too low here. Its big, large rooms, and amazing open place for any parties, but the rooms aren’t clean, and this makes people feel little unhygienic to stay for longer times. If you improve cleanliness, yes! That will be commendable.

Very nice and clean banquet hall for marriage and we'll maintained room's for accommodation

Its a good place for marriage functions though food wise it will all depend on your caterer choice
