Good food, nice staff, but found multiple hairs in the meal. Would suggest making the kitchen staff tie their hair up or wear hair nets. They have good donuts here. This place has a local diner vibe to it and seems to be loved by everyone by how crowded it gets for breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but the multiple hairs in the meal kinda ruined it.

Order was put together perfectly including the gluten free bread substitution requested. Delivery was faster than scheduled and Norma connected with me to locate me as I didn’t realize my delivery address ( a rental) had no street number posted. Superior food and service!!

The perfect place to start a beautiful day on the island with the family. The menu offers a variety of breakfast items with a house specialty Blueberry Pancakes with Blueberry syrup available. In addition to a plentiful breakfast menu are the traditional donuts made in house. Parking can be more difficult during peak season as much of the island experiences. Make sure you bring cash.. Cash Only! 💸

Really great place for breakfast. For me this is as good as breakfast can get. Good old fashioned breakfast staples like pnacakes and eggs, etc. I have been to a ton of great stick to youyr bones breakfast places but I think what impressed me most about this place was it gluten free options. They had all their big items in gluten free versions too and they were great! I had the gluten free flapjacks, omelet and gluten free toast. They were all great! I assume the regular pancakes are better but I cant attest to that. My son and daughter loved the fresh baked donuts!

Best doughnuts I've ever had! Cash only. Other foods were good as well. Can be a wait during peak times, but worth it.

Cant come out to the island without a Downy stop. Donuts are incredible, service is quick (though the wait to get a table can be a little bit in the busy season), prices are right and that fresh squeezed OJ is a kiss of life. Dont miss this spot.

Great traditional diner experience! Donuts were fantastic. Coffee was great. Good service. Food was as expected. Just note that this place is cash only. As everything else on Nantucket, somewhat overpriced.

Best breakfast on island for the price after Fog Cafe closed! As well as really nice home made donuts. It's not in town, but relatively central to the rest of the island.
