The White Elephant hotel in Nantucket - it's amazing. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The rooms are gorgeous and decorated to perfection, with all the amenities you could need and comfy beds with high-quality linens for a great night's sleep. The location is right on the water with gorgeous harbor views from the sun deck or your own balcony. Brant Point Grill, the on-site restaurant, is top-notch, with amazing food and service that make it perfect for a special occasion. Seriously, you won't regret staying at The White Elephant - it's an unforgettable spot.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at the white elephant. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who congratulated us. When we got to our room, they upgraded it and had champagne and chocolate strawberries with a note. Was SO surprised by this king gesture. Our stay was nothing but fantastic. So happy we stayed here!

Wonderful atmosphere and great customer service. We came here for the Fourth of July week. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We got one room that sleeps 2 and has French doors to the view of the water and surrounding neighbors. The other room was very spacious with a king bed and pull out couch. They have shuttle services to take you around town and/or to their pool. However, you need a taxi or Uber to get from the airport to hotel. They have delicious meals too at Brant Point Grill. I do recommend the White Elephant.

Hands down, the best hotel on the Island! Location is perfect and close to downtown, without being in the busiest area. The rooms are beautiful, large, well attended, and pristine clean. Service at the White Elephant is second to none. Very well trained staff, rides to wherever we want to go, polite and friendly. We've stayed at other high end hotels, but will now only stay at the White Elephant. Easily earns 5 stars!

This is one of the classiest hotels my husband has stayed in thus far. The customer service is exceptional. Guests are escorted to restaurants nearby in a luxury SUV. The rooms are cozy and whimsical. I personally loved all the elephant themed decor. The views from the room are serene. This is a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Boston or nearby areas. Keep up the great work White Elephant!

We stayed at the White Elephant Inn at the end of May, and it was perfect. The room was beautiful and luxurious. The service was top notch and staff is so friendly and helpful. Ronaldo picked us up from the ferry. It is a perfect location, an easy 5 min walk from town. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place with a fabulous restaurant. Beautiful views. The menu choices are delicious and the service is impeccable.

We stayed in the “INN” at The White Elephant”. Front desk staff is not warm and friendly. A bit snippy. Concierge is wonderful. Dirty carpet in the elevator and the stairs, and hallways, Our suite seemed “tired”, outdated furnishings. Not a 5 star property at the “INN”.
