52 years it took me to finally get to a White Castle. I drove a two hour round trip today and visited for the first time. It was great, the staff was friendly and I couldn't be happier with my suitcase full of delicious burgers. I have no complaints, the place was everything I imagined.

They did an amazing job with the remodeling of this White Castle! It’s amazing they have the ghost pepper cheese now. It’s really good and the crave case you can’t go wrong with that option! The service here is unmatched very good people here. It’s good energy and I would recommend this place to everyone!

It's been approximately 12 years since I got to have one of these delicious burgers in my mouth. I ordered 10 of them and I only wish I had more. I only ate 9 and 3/4 of them because I let my wife have a tiny bite. I wish I lived closer.

Best WC I have been to besides the original. Always comes out right here each time I visit. And man does white castle bring me back. Used to drive out w/my friends as a kid and now I get to bring my kid here to experience these heavenly sliders....with they itty bitty lil gem onions that just explode in your mouth like flavor crystals haha. This chain is a legend for a reason and the menu has even more options than back in the day....smoked cheddar sliders... Chicken ring sammiches. This place always hits. Happy 100yrs! (I dont really mess w/fast food so don't at me)

The staff here is really Pleasant, professional and courteous. The facility is clean and it smells fresh. They adhere to all the covid-19 regulations and the place appears to be sanitized. The food comes out in a timely manner and it is always hot and

The new transformation was nice.,not sure if it was really necessary but pleasing to the eyes. I was extremely annoyed they didn't have clam strips on the menu anymore at this location. I was told they don't think it's coming back. Not happy

If all my trips to this White Castle were like this today I’d be a regular customer instead of once or twice annually. Today my fries and shrimp were blazing hot, crispy and fresh. My hamburgers were perfect too. The Dr Pepper was iffy but it wasn’t needed. Maybe things have changed since last year and I’ll luck out again next time I go….

I haven't had White Castle in sooo long, so I had to get it when I was near. I wish they had more locations near me. The burgers were great, the staff was friendly. The cheesecake sticks are small, but delicious.

Just renovated White Castle. Plenty of parking. Drive thru. Very clean. Fully exposed kitchen where you can watch them cook food. Everything was well prepared and hot! The help was pleasant and quick.

Have visited White Castle a couple times with friends and family. When we stopped in at various locations we bought the suitcases of burgers and sliders. They are so good also extremely addictive once you ate one of them before you realize it you wanted more or perhaps wind up eating a dozen of them in a blink of an eye! Too bad there’s no White Castle establishments in Orange County section of New York State. At times visited a couple of there New Jersey locations for their delicious burgers! Yummy! Whoo!😊

We we’re having crave sliders. Wood was delicious than mc Donald’s. It’s fast food but it’s is what it is you have options to go another place.

Food is amazing! Recently renovated. Staff knows what they’re doing, foods always cooked to perfection. Doesn’t get any better as far as fast food goes. I drive 20 min out of the way just to get those chicken rings and mini burgers.

The place got renovated it looks great But I definitely miss some of the old employees...

It wasn't the BEST White Castle I've had, I usually go to the one on Bruckner but was in the area and wanted to try this one. It was cool for what it was. I believe I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo. The bacon could've been cooked better. It was alright, though White Castle isn't a 5 star restaurant so I got what I paid for. I do believe other locations are better, though I can only speak from the one time I have been there. The staff was courteous though and there's even a shake shack in the same area.

When you’re an old school castle you know what you know. This place is clean. It just got remodeled so like the old-school one but yup I travel two hours to get here in two hours back home got to have my castles.

Only issue is they take forever to make crave case. But to be fair it's not McDonald's. They really cook the food fresh every time so I can't complain

Haven't been close to a white castle in a while. Loved it food good as I remember. Friendly's service and clean store. Recommend this location.

A modern, mostly-clean White Castle with a merch display near the counter. Open kitchen layout which was interesting to watch. The staff was friendly. All of the food was good and there were no issues with the order.

First time at the renovated restaurant. It is a beautiful spot. Clean, bright and airy. Love the sightlines into the kitchen area.

This is the grand reopening of White Castle her in Nanuet. They staff is friendly and efficient getting your out quickly and the was hot and delicious. Overall they are making a great start.. starting salary should be a little more because good help needs to be paid well and it will reduce retention staffing. Welcome back guys!!😁

It’s a great day that White Castles is back. The drive thru was great. I think the staff is still new as I think they need to add more onions and ketchup to the sliders; then the sandwiches will taste like the ole ones. They also did not include ketchup for fries and napkins in the food bag.

Just reopened. Looks nice. Vanilla shake and fries were OK. My 5 white castle were the worst I ever had. Dry and breaking apart into small pieces. Looked like they were sitting around for a time. The place was busy, doesn't make sense

Very underwhelming experience not worth the hype. Food not very good maybe it's the location or its a restaurant that it's time has past

Everytime I go, I eat my nostalgia. Also, where else can you get a real chocolate shake for under $5? This place is why I can't drink shakes at any other fast food place.

Disgustingly dirty!! Feet were sticking 2 the floor(i almost tripped 3 times), all tables/walls were filthy, no napkins, soda machine was broken, didn't even attempt the bathroom!! We should have walked out but we had the crave(it's been at least 3yrs since we had those delicious little burgers)but we didnt & we were rewarded w/ hair in 2 of the burgers out of crave case🤮🤢 Is noone managing this location?? The owners not checking in?? Ive been to this location many times and other locations in NYC & this is by far the dirtiest, most disgusting experience ever!!

We were hungry and it was late. Lol 😊 Not a place we go to regularly but this night it was convenient and pretty good. Every other year White Castle can be fun!

So good. SO WORTH THE DRIVE!!! I live a state away, however I occasionally get to work in the vicinity of this White Castle and let me tell you what... TOTALLY worth every penny. Mein Gott. Its always delicious every single time. I look forward to stimulating their economy any chance I get.

Its iconic. I took the family. Sunday about 5 pm. We got a 20 pack that came with 4 french fries. The 20 pack came in a cool box. My son liked it. We got chocolate and vanilla shakes. Food was good. Shakes were unbelievably good! We dined in. There's a window where you could see the burgers being made - that was neat to watch. Service was sufficient, but not great. (Covid related labor shortage?) . The place was clean although tables were a little messy as reported by other users. Napkin dispenser didn't have any napkins. We couldn't find ketchup. However upon our request we were given napkins and ketchup packets. Drive thru was pretty busy and walk in to go orders as well. Not too many dine in customers. Would I go back? Of course! I'll take my parents next time.

It was late and the line was long, but our food was fresh and order correct. I’d rather wait for my steamed burgers …. But not at these gas prices🥹 … I spent 17 minutes in that line and wasted EXACTLY$ 1.598 in gas. Y’all do Oder ahead and pickup ?!🤨

I really liked White Castle. It was my first time. If I go back Id probably just get a bunch of the regular cheeseburger sliders, but today I tried a bunch of types. The double was also really good, a meatier ratio and a lot more filling. I'd say the bacon one and chicken ones are also good. We tried the veggie burger too, if that's your thing it's pretty good, but again I would stick to the classic next time and get the 10 slider deal. Sides were good. I liked the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The fries needed salt but were good. This location was clean though the building looked old on the outside and service was kind and fast!
