Barbie & I rushed over to this CMD arriving at 9:10am. Front desk greeted us upon entrance. The staff is very diverse & seemed friendly. I was the 3rd person in but by the time I left (10am) there were about 10-12 ppl in the waiting area. They do not accept all insurance so please call & ask before you troop it over. COVID-19 tests are now $225 without insurance. Disrespectful. I have Cigna so I paid a $25 co pay. The nurse gave me a discharge note for my employer which was nice. It’s Thursday April 7th 2022- we are still basically still battling this pandemic. Some days this place will be a hot mess when numbers are high. Other days, it’ll have the best service probably when numbers are low. Grateful nonetheless to have this facility in my community. We need more! Overall- Barbie was pleased with this location. @melissasktheartist (IG)

Very fast and efficient for the most part. Was feeling some chest pains so went for a check up, they did the check, were very friendly throughout the visit. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes, they were very clear with the instructions and it was very very clean. Super smooth sign in process, and if you’re insured it costs around $75 per visit. This is about to be my main go to every time i need medical assistance, before i hit the ER

I’m impressed. Attentive and courteous front desk. Was seen by a nurse within the first 5-10 min of being there. She was confident and friendly - which instantly made me feel at ease. The doctor was smart and personable. I’m feeling 100% better because of him. Thank You!!!

I've been here quite a few times. The last time being August 2nd and it was great. I went in for what I thought was a Strep throat but the rapid tests came back negative. Either way the staff were so kind and friendly and the service was as expeditious as can be. I left feeling much better than when I entered. The doctor and the attendees were so patient and thorough and kept me informed about every step along the way. When I got home I got emails about everything including the culture results that took a little longer than the rapid testing. I also got the Doctor's notes and access to everything in the patient portal which is convenient for the simple fact that I can share it with my primary care physician to complete or document my care. 5 stars!

Went for a COVID test. Signing in was easy. Everyone was friendly at the front desk. Had maybe a 10 min wait. The technicians were all friendly and quickly entered my info. A doc came in to check in answered all my questions and I left fully informed. I got the results of my test in an hour, like they said, and the whole experience was great.

The worst place. Unprofessional and doctors aren’t prepared. The one I saw was googling my symptoms even thou what I had was something so simple to diagnose. I even told him what it was. I just needed a prescription and he just said “I don’t know what you have I can’t tell, and if I give you the medication you are asking for it won’t work”. Which was a lie, I saw a better doctor the next day who confirmed my suspicions and prescribed the medication I needed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

The staff and Doctor at this location were very kind and accommodating. I needed some forms filled out for an educational trip and they worked with me, (unlike the City MD near 14 St. Union Square who said "we don't do this", and sent me to some Midtown location which was closed.) Wait time was reasonable. I arrived in the evening. The area in general over there can be rough after dark, but I recommend this location for a pleasant experience.

This is the worst urgent care I've ever been too. The staff did not triage patients by their symptoms and urgency. The Dr assistant put the sphygo so tight I lost feeling in my arms and fingers. Then the quack of a doctor who has no bedside manner denied me the covid medication that is supposed to be available to patients who have it. He was rude, callous and thoughtless. I never had such an awful nasty doctor before and I'm highly upset on top of getting no empathy or real help from that fat quack who's name is Peter Benedith. You could tell no one wanted to do their job to the best of their ability, smh....

CityMD on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn is the worst CityMD I have ever been to. I went to take a Covid test and had to wait over an hour outside on a line before I could even get to check in. Once I finally checked in they made me wait two more hours before I was able to see the Dr. This CityMD does not care about the patients and how long they are kept waiting. There needs to be some change here. This happened to me on multiple occasions so it wasn’t just a busy day. Hire more Doctors at this location if you know your super busy. Crown Heights is a very busy neighborhood already. Do better CityMD!

This City MD was an assist to the neighborhood. Fast reliable service, friendly staff, extremely clean waiting room and over all environment. I used to frequent the mill basin location. I think I found my new go to for fast and accurate care moving forward. Keep up the good work.

dr made me feel uncomfortable. came in for a uti - did NOT prescribe me medicine. their tests claimed i didn’t have one. went to a different doctor only a few days later and was prescribed medicine for a UTI. the doctor for some reason needed to touch my body to determine if i had a UTI. never had that happen before. also their billing department refused to update my insurance to medicaid after calling for literally months. it’s as if they wanted me to pay $300 for a useless visit and being felt up. go somewhere else

Took my girlfriend here because she was having some bad neck pain. Dr.Lezeau was very dismissive of any questions she had and generally made her feel dumb for any question she had. It felt very unprofessional. The sheer lack of attentiveness leaves me very alarmed for any patient that comes in with anything that may be serious.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Dr. Lezeau was very dismissive and kept interrupting me when I proceeded to explain why I was there (don’t ask me to explain why I’m here if you’re just going to keep interrupting me sir 🙄). The lack of attentiveness and bedside manner was disgusting. I’m going to another doctor to get a second opinion because I don’t trust anyone who is in and out in less than 5 minutes about something as serious as a neck injury. Clearly you don’t want to be here sir but don’t spread your misery on the rest of us.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Waiting room is comfortable and bright. Wait time was fairly short. Medical team was professional, kind and thorough, and made sure I knew what I needed to do with clear written instructions. The doctor treating me actually CALLED ME two days later to see how I was doing, which was not expected. Thanks to the CityMD team.

So I came here at 8:50am and it was a long line around the corner. Line started moving fast tho. I got in around 9:10am and registered. I did covid testing (nasal) it wasn't jammed up in my nasal cavity like some experienced. The nurses I got were very respectful and friendly. I also did std and hiv testing. I finished everything by 10:04am. So about 1hr. If I was yall come here by at least 8:20a to be one of the first people's on the line!

One of the best CityMD locations in the city. The service is timely and efficient, the staff is helpful, and the doctors take their time in assessing the patient, never rushing through the consultations. They're also very quick in sending prescriptions out to the pharmacy when needed, and thorough in their follow-up. A much-needed resource that's greatly appreciated.

I called about a follow up appointment that was supposed to get scheduled. Sydney did not understand what I was saying upon repeating myself, she put me on hold saying she would look up my information. She never asked my name then comes back to the phone saying “now what were you saying again?” Way to handle patient care. Then proceeded to be snippy once I got annoyed because she couldn’t understand why I called.

I came here at 4pm with only about 3 or 4 people waiting to see doctors. About 2 or 3 people left the clinic after their appointment while I was in the waiting room. It took them over an hour to call my name. It made no sense why it took so long when they werent even full. I dont think I'm coming back.

They were as fast as they could be with the amount of people looking to get covid tests. The security guard was efficient in directing people where to go and keeping order. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Nurse/doctor were quick, efficient, and helpful. They helped me with the rapid and pcr.

IT'S CROWDED WITH PEOPLE STANDING AROUND THE CORNER TO WAIT FOR TWO PATIENTS TO LEAVE, THEN TWO MAY ENTER OR 3 LEAVES AND SO ON. IT'S THE 1ST TIME I'VE BEEN IN SINCE COVID.I'M HERE FOR SOMETHING IMPORTANT. I HOPED THEY DOUBLED STAFFED FOR THIS.MY VISIT WASN'T LONG.DR RACINE SAID THAT THEY DON'T TAKE REFERRALS FOR XRAYS.I DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE DR RACINE NOR HER ME.I'M GLAD I DEAL WITH THE PARK SLOAP AREA. I haven't even been seen yet and am leaving 5 stars Tykwon and Jessica. Went above and beyond as I didn't have my insurance card. I didn't ask them for help they did it on their own while I was trying to log into nys of health. They without telling me looked in the computer and figured it out for me. I truly appreciate their effort.

This particular CityMD on Utica lost my Specimen when I went to do my Covid-19 test for the first time. They said between the time they took my blood and saliva sample and the time it was sent off to the lab, they have no records where sample could have gone. That the only thing they can actually do is offer me a new test. I thought it was disturbing that you can actually lose someone’s specimen and don’t have to account for it.

I went to the office the day before, found out I had COVID, but had another medical condition that might require antibiotics. The clinician called hours after my visit, stating that he was sending me a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy the next day to have it delivered, as I was quarantining, but my pharmacist could not find the prescription. I called CityMD only to find out that my doctors incorrectly stated that I took my prescription in the clinic, which I could not have since they didn’t even have it in their clinic. I was told by the manager on duty that my only option was to exit quarantine and come back to the clinic to determine if I really need the antibiotics. After waiting two hours, and being rudely laughed at by the manager on duty. I was fortunately taken care of by a physician assistant who not only provided excellent and thorough care, but did her best to give me Azothromicin in clinic (but as we found out, the clinic had none). Since the visit took so long, the only available pharmacy was nearly a mile away and closing in twenty minutes, so I had to take a cab, potentially infecting more people due to the gross negligence of the clinic. As amazing and thorough as the physician assistant I had was, it unfortunately could not compensate for the reckless and rude treatment I faced at the clinic.

The WORST experience I had ever had at a citymd. After waiting for two hours to be seen, the doctor did not listen to my concerns. When I asked him for a doctors note for work he laughed in my face and said he couldn’t do it. I have never felt so disrespected as a patient my life. Thank god I did not have to pay for this visit or I would’ve disputed it with my bank for this poor service that I received. I will never step foot in there again.

The people who work at this urgent care are loving, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I walked in with blood pressure at 54/40 and a severe sinus infection, and when I left my b.p. was normal and I had a prescription for antibiotics that allowed me to sing at my son's wedding five days later. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people in it. I am very grateful!!!

The provider I saw, whose name I didn't even get because he was in and out within two minutes, should be under scrutiny for his blatant disregard of the continued seriousness of contracting COVID. After being swabbed for both COVID (rapid) and the flu, he told me my results were negative and that I just have a sinus infection. I then requested a COVID PCR test since it is common medical knowledge that the rapid tests do not show up positive for all of the new variants to which he essentially scoffed at me mumbling something about, "Well..(that shouldn't matter) if you're vaccinated." He then, with no gloves, took the swab and put it maybe halfway into each nostril for a few seconds before sending me on my way. As an immunocompromised person, it is providers like him who make me weary of medical professionals. COVID is *still* a mass-disabling event and will continue to be with providers like this who are so flippant.
