Seems like ok. But they need to provide better customer service. Plumbing is an issue. Water clogs. Hot water is not available many times.

Great ambious, food was on point and delicious and the extra ordinary staff with very good service. It's a very beautiful place and the birds were amazing. Looking forward to going back there coz like they say they sure are the best hotel in Nanyuki town

Generally okay. The rooms are standard. Most of the staff are polite. The manager is quite polite and engaging. However, some of the rooms have a few broken things, especially with the plumbing. Watch out that you don't lose or forget anything in the rooms. You're unlikely to recover it.

Rooms are great, the scenery is just to die for. If you love your piece of mind & waking up to the sounds of birds then here is a place for you. Breakfast was bland. There is room for improvement. Bar is well stocked & serve till late night. Friendly prices. I ordered food at night, was delicious and served really quickly.

A very nice place, can only recommend. The houses are comfortable and clean. Very convenient with terrace and parking in front of each house. Staff is very friendly and fast to solve issues. Nice bar and restaurant
