I would recommend this hotel. It’s family friendly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Enjoyed the rooms for a girls trip since there is essentially a living room space with bar sink separate from a bedroom with double beds. The room has its own sink as well. So you have 3 sinks including the bathroom which is great when it’s a girls trip. The room has a sofa bed. I’m not a fan of wall to wall carpet since it tends to have so much traffic and gets dirty, turns dark and holds in so much debri. It doesn’t seem that the carpet is shampooed or cleaned often besides being vacuumed. Daily breakfast was great 7 am to 10 am. There’s an omelet station, regular or blueberry pancakes with side of bacon, sausage, cubed potatoes and homemade salsa. Daily happy hour from 5 pm to 7 pm with drink tickets offered when you check in. Homemade sangria, red or white wine, beer and frozen margaritas. The staff are friendly and keep the hotel clean and well maintained. Just walking distance to Napa downtown and river walk about 18 min. The hotel has a nice peaceful outdoor seating and eating area to enjoy the pond, swans and ducks. This is a big hotel.

Stayed here for one night on a girls trip through Napa. The hotel was very nice and rooms were super spacious - the only downside was double beds instead of queen beds. The breakfast was wonder and complimentary happy hour in the evening was great (get the house made Sangria). The location was very central to Napa valley, downtown Napa, as well as only an hour scenic drive to San Francisco. We were able to get a late check out from the hotel with no issues. Overall would definitely recommend staying in this hotel for your trip to Napa!

Quaint hotel which has rooms that open up to the outside. The courtyards are well done and a relaxing place to spend some time. The breakfast option is pretty good. The breakfast omelets were made to order anywhere quite delicious. Coffee is better than the standard hotel coffee as well. My only complaint is that the soundproofing could use some work. We were able to hear the footsteps of the room about us and could hear muffled conversation as well. Fortunately our neighbors were pretty quiet so this wasn't an issue but I could see how this might be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

other than good location, I got nothing to good to say about this hotel. It is old and smells. It is a motel quality place with a good location. The beds and pillows must be 20 years old. After I stayed one night, I cancelled the rest.

We were already impressed with the building upon arrival. Once we were inside, we were told our room was upgraded and we became excited. When we opened the door to our room, our jaws dropped. We have never stayed at a place this nice and not only was it beautiful, but every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly. We would like to return to Napa just to stay here again. Our kids had a blast at the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our bed was so comfortable and the suite was spotless. This stay blew us away and we could not feel more blessed and thankful. We have and will continue to recommend Embassy Suites Napa to all of our friends and family.

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. This room was very clean. We were surprised at how well maintain this hotel was. The staff was great, very attentive, great breakfast and housekeeping was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I cannot recommend coming here enough. We cam for Bottlerock, so the hotel was pretty full. The staff was incredible. Every person we encountered was friendly and showed us a great time. I absolutely loved the omelette station. This cooks were so incredible. The bartenders were our lifelines after a very long day. They were the cherry on top of a great experience. Our room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was great. I would definitely return.

This is a beautiful hotel, and the courtyard with it's water-wheel building/swans/flowers was just amazing! We only stayed a night because we were passing through to Yosemite, but I'm definitely staying here when we come back to enjoy Napa, only a short drive away! We got to partake in the "Happy Hour" and also the wonderful breakfast with ample food choices. Double thumbs up!

This was an outstanding stay at another great Hilton property found using Google Maps. The staff here demenstrated outstanding customer service skills. The room was very clean and quiet. The icing on the cake was Franz at the happy hour making drinks followed by the incredible breakfast cook making omelets to order. Strongly recommend this location.

I stayed here for a business trip with a large group. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was close to downtown Napa. I easily checked in and out using the app. The staff was friendly. They kept the large rooms very clean. The omelet bar was terrific. The best part of the whole stay was seeing the swan who lives in the large pond in the middle of the hotel. I'd come back just to watch her again. She is amazing!

I loved everything about my stay here. The bartenders were super friendly, complimentary wine during happy hour. The made to order omelet's were exactly what we needed before a long trip. I will stay here again.. even though its expensive! It's a very beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

Wonderful experience! We stayed a week and the hotel was clean, staff friendly, and their complimentary made to order breakfast was fantastic! Every evening they had a well stocked cheese and veggie platter to go along with their complimentary Happy Hour…But the views and the ducks/swan were the icing! Would highly recommend…

The staff at the Embassy suites by Hilton in Napa Valley were wonderful. The front desk staff, especially Deborah, went out of their way to make sure everything was wonderful last weekend. I was there to plan a wedding and she helped make sure that exit favors were passed out to guests upon check out. Also the breakfast is one of the top highlights of this property. However, I would say the property needs a face lift, including the rooms that are dated and had a mildew smell. This property could be really wonderful with its location with a little TLC, but the staff was the shining star!

Embassy suites by Hilton is the perfect place to stay in Napa. It is perfectly located. Near the heart of downtown. This hotel should be 4 star because that’s how it feels. I was pleasantly surprised the quality feel of this hotel. We stayed in the suites with patio fire pits. The room is newly renovated and luxurious. Everyone I ran into on the property smiled and was friendly. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The ponds are clean and there is even a swan. You feel very relaxed at this hotel. I’d recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Napa. I immediately felted pampered. It’s great that it has a small gym on site restaurant and bar. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were terrific. Such a positive experience

Very disappointed because my wife wrote an evaluation of our stay where she addressed a concern. This was in response to a survey sent to her. It could have easily been resolved with a brief note that it was being looked into. Instead we heard nothing. We stayed July 31 and August 1. A simple acknowledgment would have been satisfactory. When someone takes the time to complete a survey, it should be appreciated. Also, if you do stay, request a room that doesn’t overlook the freeway as it is very noisy. We generally love Embassy Suites but won’t return here.

“The hotel is close to the Walmart store and gas station, so you can buy stuff from there if you need something. The room we reserved is by the garden, so it’s nice to see when you open your small window. The room comes with complimentary wine 🍷, so that’s a nice touch. The sofa 🛋️ can turn into a bed, so that’s good if you have an extra person. The free breakfast is always nice when you stay; it also comes with complimentary drinks and snacks on the first night. The indoor pool is heated and opens until 11 pm (no lifeguard, bring your own safety vest). you have to download the hilton honors app for person less check in/check out and use the app also as key to open your room and others. other than that garden is a nice view and very relaxing when you drinking your coffee or reading your book. I gave it 4 stars because their vending machine for soda is broken, and it doesn’t accept credit cards 💳, so bring your own soda if you need some at night.”
