We always wanted to try the famous Chicago deep dish pizza and Giordano's did not disappoint! We tried a large veggie pizza and the portion size was enough for 5 of us. It takes almost 45 minutes to get the pizza ready, so we ordered before we reached and this helped us avoid any wait time. Regular garlic bread, cheesy garlic bread and marinara sauce were super amazing too! Service was quick and pleasant. There is parking out at the back of the restaurant! Loved the food here and can't wait to get back.

Good food, great service. This is my go-to place in Chicago. It was very crowded with a 45 min wait. I was able to place my order before being seated, so once seated, the food came out 15 to 20 minutes later. They have a bar as well. The restrooms were very clean.

In town for a meeting. I had a craving for in individual deep dish. It did not disappoint. That yummy cheese just oozed out of the slice. The server misunderstood me and thought I ordered a small so I got more than I bargained for lol. The restaurant is always very clean. The wait staff very friendly. The host was super. I was very pleased with my visit. It was my first time at this location in that cute downtown of Naperville. There is street parking, but behind the restaurant around the block there’s a big parking lot that was easy to access the restaurant from.

We had a group of 17 and I cannot say enough about how great the service and the food was. The manager Lori actually was our waitress. She gave us top notch and personal service. She had our entire group laughing and made us feel very welcome. The food arrived quickly and was delicious!! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Deep fried calamari with a deep fried banana pepper and lemon was amazing. Deep dish pizza was 7/10. It was flavourful but the base was not fresh, seems prepared and frozen.

It wasn't the best experience. We drove from Batavia to the Naperville location. Because it's been the best in the past. I know the service staff doesn't cook the food. However it's the reaction I got for complaining. My pizza had minimum sauce. I mean minimum! Even if I pressed down on a serving no sauce was visible. So more sauce was brought over to our table. A new pizza was not offered to us at any time, it was so DRY! Am I supposed to pay and redo the ingredients myself? Plus it was obvious that the pizza had over cooked! Maybe somebody was watching the game, and not the oven! To add insult to the injury the person bringing over the sauce was a manager! With reluctance she took the medium pizza off the bill. Stressing to me, how we could not take it home. I had already told her that I didn't want to reinvent the dough! So why did she feel like she needed to say that? We paid for our wings, calamari and drinks. We still left a 20% tip to our server. This guy should have been our advocate but he wasn't. I asked him to bring me the orange slice for my Blue Moon beer, he comes back with, "we are out of oranges." I didn't like my experience that day. What sucked is they were not crowded! However I believe the carry out orders were taking precedent that day!

Traditional Chicago style deep pan pizzas as well as other "Italian" dishes. The portions are generous and filling. However, I'm not a fan of the base. I had a thin crust pizza but it felt like I was eating off a large bread stick. It's often busy with a roaring collection service. It was nice, but I've had nicer.

Great service. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my wife and kids. Spacious and accommodating. Waitress Lynette was welcoming and manager at the time was very nice. Will be back!!!
