The food is really good. The prices for what you get are just out of touch. Meaning at $14 for a double burger, a few tots and drink I can’t afford this every day. Maybe once a week at best. Be prepared to wait. I have been three times since they opened and it’s not fast by any means. Not deadly slow but not fast. The first time I went I waited to get waited on for 5 minutes with no order taken and no one in line. So I left. Other times are much better. This location looks like there is no way in but the gate on the left by the chicken place is how you get in. Personally I think they should remove the door. Also they need an open sign in the window. With the windows so dark it always looks closed. Quality of the food is wonderful. The quantity of tots is not.

2023/06/30 - Food is very good, but the pricing for fries is too high? A large fry is $4 and about the standard amount. Five Guys regular is dame price but double the amount. Carolina burnt ends is very good.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the chance. I started with the crispy Brussel sprouts, and they were amazing. The right parts charred edges combined with the crunchy center. Loved the flavor that was created with the merger of the two textures. The next side I tried was the tater tots, and even though they were crunchy, it felt like they melted in my mouth. They were even better than the Brussel sprouts. Finally, the BBQ Bacon Brisket Double Cheeseburger. The burger was good, the Brisket was amazing, the bacon was crispy, and the added grilled onions added another layer to the overall flavor of the burger.

I want to give it more stars, I really do, but I can’t justify it based on my experiences there. While the staff is working hard and are very polite, the quality is not consistent. I’ve been there a number of times with family and friends and even on my own just because I wanted a fresh burger. Most recently, I went and had ordered three burgers and some fries. The first two came out in about 12 minutes. One burger was super fresh, well made, and delicious. The fries were quite literally cold, they had to have been leftovers or sitting out for a while. The third burger took over 35 minutes to come out because someone ordered a very large amount and they had to rush and put all hands on deck to get it out for the customer. If you plan on eating at home, I suggest doing the order online or something instead of going in and placing it in person, which makes it a lot harder for everyone else waiting in line or dining in.

This place has so much potential to be a delicious place to come eat. I come here frequently, the food is always good for the most part. The service is hit or miss, some of the younger employees definitely don’t have good work ethic. This restaurant also needs heat lamps or something i watched this burger sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes with the cold air blasting on it, that’s totally not acceptable food needs to land on the table hot and enjoyable. I love this place! But lets do better!

All 4 Burgers were DRY. I ordered the Avocado Ranch Burger. I requested no ranch. The dry burger was drenched in ranch dressing. We also ordered 3 Double Bacon Burgers. My 20yr sons all said they wouldn't order from Smash Burger again. The fries are thin and greasy. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts bc we had 3 orders of fries. The sprouts were mushy and greasy. I couldn't eat them. I can not recommend this restaurant. Disappointing.

Food quality needs to be improved and chefs should follow simple instructions from customers, I wanted NO BACON on my sandwich and it was clearly printed on the chef’s instructions receipt as well, but nevertheless they put bacon on it!!!

Tried to order a peanut butter shake, was told they don't make shakes anymore. Ordered smash fries and burgers. After we sat down and got our burgers, I noticed them making shakes with the shake machine. And after waiting about ten minutes for our smash fries, and seeing a bunch of other fry orders going out, I asked if our fries were coming. I was told "oh yeah I was gonna ask you if you just want regular fries because we're out of smash ingredients." It would have been nice to know that information when I paid for the smash fries, before waiting and having to ask about it, myself.
