Waited about 5 or more minutes to get helped... onlynone otherperson waiting. Came on national donut day, got my free donut with my chai late which btw was only filled a 3rd of the way. Didnt even see it until I got home (which I didnt sip yet because I didnt want to burn myself)... my free donut was stale and hard. I mean, what the actual hell??? Stale donut on national donut day and not a full drink. Sooo, obviously they're ripping me off, wasting my time And not giving me a full cup which I paid full price for. Need to get better workers for real. P.s. it looks like I drank the drink in my picture, but it was moving around in the car, plus I wouldnt lie about something so stupidly petty.

Very disappointing location. The frosting on the donuts was melting off. The muffin was stale, and this location charges $1 for a cup of water on top of a $20 cost for their donuts. The poor attitude of the manager rounded out this awful experience.

FANTASTIC LOCATION OF DUNKIN' DONUTS!!! WE ORIGINALLY CAME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING BASKIN-ROBBINS. BUT BECAUSE ME AND MY FAMILY LIVE IN CANADA AND WE VISITED USA FOR TEMPORARILY TIME, I ASKED MY DAD IF I CAN GET A QUENCHER FROM DUNKIN' DONUTS, AND HE AGREED!! I ORDERED I THINK, STRAWBERRY DRAGONFRUIT QUENCHER!! IT WAS SOO GOOD!! OVERALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF DUNKIN' DONUTS, SINCE I GOT MY ORDER PRETTY FAST, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD

Disappointing. Second time today being overcharged and staff not wanting to print a receipt and give exact change. Today, I purchased a box of munchkins and was overcharged, when I questioned it, they gave me the incorrect change. I then asked for a receipt and argued the incorrect change and was dismissed and handed a few more coins and asked to move up. I then walked in to ask for my change and was asked to show a receipt which was never given to me. It was a nightmare and I never got my money back.

Have gone down hill over the last year. This strawberry monster energy is about $6 and they never fill it bc they can't figure out to put the ice in first, then the monster, THEN the syrup.

How dare you to sell a very , very old probably expired donut to a 7 year old??? Me and my kid entered this store for the chocolate donuts my kid has asked me. The store staff was rude. I asked for 6 donuts. We chose 3 chocolate donuts and 3 glazed. All of those 3 were expired, but still, the lady sold them. The store itself is dirty, but because my child asked me for a DD chocolate, I said to go and get my kid some. They sold us old donuts!!! And me and my kid had some old donuts and of course the kid threw up because of the old bad taste it had. Get yourself a favor and don’t get sick (or your kid) at this store.

This dunkin' is horrible!!! Not the food, but the owners!! They are notorious for treating their workers unfairly, are always rude, and make fun of their customers!! Do not go to this dunkin.

Ordered a small Caramel Macchiato without ice. Got about 1/3 cup of drink. Understandable for a business though
