I have never had such bad customer service experience before! This morning, I intended to have a facial and arms treatment at this store. I saw the only staff was helping another customer, so I took a brochure and planned to sit in a chair inside to check the prices and decide if I needed any additional services. However, that staff member turned around and rudely asked me, 'What do you want?' I was taken aback because of her attitude, and it was clear that she was angry. I told her what the services I wanted and said I could wait on the side. She rolled her eyes and told me, 'Can't you see that I have a customer? Don't come in, I'm busy. What do you want?' I felt genuinely offended. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience ever in my life! I would tell all the people I know “never go to that store”

I’m DONE with this place! Today took the cake, I don’t know the ladies name but she was VERY rude. First of all, before we even got started she tried to reposition my head by grabbing it and trying to move it herself. I was resistant, I didn’t know what was going on. When I realized I made the adjustment. Then she barked tilt your head back more, I thought she sounded angry but I shrugged it off and tilted back more. I wanted wax and tinting for my brows. The process apparently changed from the last time but it was not explained. I felt something cold like lotion on my eyebrows, so I inquired if it was wax. Her reply was no, I waited a few seconds to see if the wax was next, it wasn’t. So I asked if that’s not wax what are you putting on my brows? She said tint, I tint first and then wax. I was like ok, then I pursed my lips (like kissing) and started clicking my tongue as she began to work on the other brow…All of a sudden I hear close your mouth, I didn’t respond because my mouth was not open and I didn’t think she was talking to me. Well guess what? She was! I said wait…what? She said close your mouth, your blowing air out of your mouth and your breathing on me close your mouth! I politely told her I’m not blowing air out of my mouth. She then turned to the other lady in the shop and said something in their language and kind of chuckled to herself. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve heard and seen her get into it with other ladies and I thought maybe I should go somewhere else. Well today it was me! I’m not going back and these ladies feel entitled to treat their customers like this, no brow job is worth being treated disrespectfully, being manhandled or talked about in a language you don’t understand. I would of respected her more if she’d of had the courage to say whatever it was in English! My brows look great but at what expense? We need to STOP empowering people like this! I’ve read some of the comments these ladies got it twisted, if we ALL go somewhere else with our dollars I’ll bet there customer service would be better! I started not to tip her however, she did do a great job on my brows. I just didn’t like her May attitude!

I love coming here, Rinku has been my eyebrow threader for couple years now. She is the best in Naperville town hands down!!! no mistakes no mess ups, or cuts. She is pleasant professional always greet you with a smile! I will travel from anywhere just to use her services. She is the best in Shubh Beauty 🤗🔥☝🏾

Giving one star as it does not accept the negative rating. I am never going back to this horrible place. The lady working there is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service and even basic manners. This isn’t the first time, I have been there before several times, every time I do find the lady’s behavior being very rude. I tend to ignore as the timings of this place goes well with my schedule ( that’s the only reason for going there). But I’m done this time, can’t even stand that rude lady. I went to salon today for getting my eyebrows thread, i was very politely explaining that lady how I liked to get my eyebrows done. Instead of listening to my requirements, that lady was laughing on my face and giving me expressions like I have too many requirements. This certainly rubbed me the wrong way, but I decided to ignore and maintained my calm. Then throughout the process when she was doing my eyebrows, the way she was speaking was extremely rude. Again I decided to ignore. Once service was done, i saw my eyebrows and noticed she did exact opposite of what I asked her to do, but then also I addressed it to her in a most polite way. Instead of addressing my issue, that lady started yelling at me. It was very uncomfortable for me. I am not a kind of person who create scene in public. She was yelling at me and wasn’t agreeing on the fact that she messed up with my eyebrows, just wanted to prove me wrong. Lastly, instead of listening to what I am trying to say she did wrong with my service, she yelled and said I’m done with you and asked me to pay and leave. It’s okay if she did something wrong with the service, but not accepting the fact and yelling on the customer to prove herself right is a very bad business ethics and unacceptable to me. I saw other reviews and most of them have similar issues, they find this lady horrible with no sense of manners. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN.

DONT GO.. One of the person who works there is VERY rude. I asked her for threading today. She said you have too much hair to clean I will wax and then thread. I said I have not done waxing and I am not comfortable to wax my eyebrows.. I said I am not comfortable many times. After hearing some shaming about extra hair near my eyebows repeatedly and because i was regular here, i reluctantly agreed. She never touched thread. After wax i asked her if she will thread now.. she said there is no hair to thread and if you need threading come in 2 weeks. SERIOUSLY !!!!

I love coming here I go to one lady rinku she does an amazing job. I adore her work from Brazilian waxing to my eyebrows and lashes. She is the best 😊.

The ladies here are very professional and do a wonderful job with brows whether you're getting them tinted with henna or getting threading, Both girls do an amazing job!

Great place, very clean and professional . Great job on my eyebrows, and always does an amazing job with bikini wax. I’ve been going here for 6 months each time great service
