I lived here for almost 2 years and I regret it. Very unprofessional Manager and a lot issues which they don't want to fix it until the law enforcement is involved. The halls are very dirty and is very noisy. The people who work here doesn't live here and I understand why, If somebody lives above you- you're very unlucky because you can hear how they walk and how they talk , We had a lot of issues with the apartment and the manager treat the tenants with no respect. They're so nice until you sign the contract after that they will wipe off their feet on you. Think 10 times if you want to stay here .

DO NOT RENT HERE!…. Unless you want cockroaches, unexpected bills, a dangerous neighborhood and your child traumatized. My son (under 10 at the time) and I lived at The Ponds for a few years. I give one star because there were some nice neighbors we met. Otherwise, zero stars. BAD Experience!!! When we first moved into one of our units, it had cockroaches (see attached pic). Then the wall started leaking in our dining room severely and our carpet was soaked. THEN, the ceiling in my bedroom started leaking and pouring and fully collapsed…carpeting soaked for days (See pic). I then had to fight with the higher up for them to replace the moldy carpet! Second, they used to be good about cleaning the hallways until the end of our stay….the hallways and entryways were filthy. Attached are pics of the garbage that we all had to tip toe over. I was embarrassed to have people over because it was so disgusting. Next, the crime here is insane. If you like the show “Cops,” you will enjoy the drama here. Cops every weekend. Drug raids, stabbing, robberies…. My son and I heard the neighbors above us drunk fighting almost every weekend. Then we heard the man rapping the woman, where I then immediately called the cops who got there before they ended up killing each other. Then I had to be afraid to see the guy who still lived there afterwords. My son is currently seeing a therapist for the trauma he endured. Lastly, before I moved out, I made a point to clean my apartment so it was spotless so I wouldn’t be charged the cleaning fee. It looked nicer then when I first moved in. I took video and pics for proof in case that pulled any funny business, which they did… They charged me 300 dollars for things that THEY messed up when they were repairing leaks and taking out the old fridge out. Damage THEY did on top of a cleaning fee!! I WAS LIVID. They tried to take a lil money off but I was refusing to pay for their damage!! I finally just ended up settling with collections and paying so my credit wouldn’t be screwed. Attached are pictures of my clean apartment after I scrubbed it for hours. I hope you take this all into consideration before signing here. Especially if you have children.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had living in a community. 1- We moved in a 2n floor and the worst nightmare is having to hear the steps of people above us all they long, all night long. Reported this multiple time but the building infrastructure is horrible and unsustainable. 2- Neighbors are very noisy and garbage are placed in front door with bad odors and you can’t tell them anything because that can cause a problem you don’t want To get involved. 3- People here have dogs that are allowed, Pitbull, bulldogs, ect. My dog almost got killed by one in the property. They don’t inspect dogs. 4- Management will never do anything to solve the problem. We have an issue with one of the A/C not working and hasn’t been solved. Like I said. Worst experience ever. Please DONT MOVE IN HERE.

Terrible service. Everything started very well, we were met by the manager, showed the apartment. After that, we began to fill out applications, paid $ 140, and agreed to meet on Saturday at 12 noon (we agreed on a time in advance). Arriving at the appointed time, the office was closed and no one met us. Emails are not answered. As a result, we had to rent an apartment elsewhere. I'm sorry for wasted time and money. Is this the way to treat customers?

Mold in my apartment that was reported 3 x to office with no actions. Absolute horrible place to live. Unsafe- stealing packages, breaking in homes, gun shots, drug deals, people falling through stairs, no lights in parking lot, etc. Dirty- mold in apartment, mold in hall, halls smell.

Very bad experience, buildings are very old, apartment was not clean when I moved in, heaters in the apparent are not efficient and it’s very hard to control them (you may feel the hot air coming out of it 1 day after turning them on) and the same if you want to even slightly change the temperature, air conditioner are very noisy and its frames were broken, high bills compared to my usage (they divide the total amount of utilities’ bills for all the apartments over the number of the apartments in the building and this will be the amount you pay, so I used to pay the usage for other residents) and when I traveled and no one was in the apartment I paid high bill amount as well, management is greedy and charges for $100 per maintenance request, the move out statement is ridiculous (they’ve charged me of the things I’ve already mentioned in the move in inspection report) and they’ve charged me $400 for painting the apartments and $250 for carpet cleaning however I left the apartment very clean (they put pictures from the wall filler in the move out statement claiming that these are stains on the wall), very unprofessional maintenance team and the management has been changed 3 times in 16 months and there was no handover so the reply to any of my concerns was “we are new manganese and we don’t know anything regarding your discussions with the previous management”.

My tour guide was extremely thorough, was very helpful for any fees, and was very bubbly. The tour was very clean and well planned.

Kendra was so helpful and extraordinarily nice. The apartments themselves were very spacious and vibrant!
