Staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean but smaller than other Hampton Inns. Breakfast was hot and fresh. No inside pool and parking is limited but hotel is in a great area surrounded by tons of cute restaurants. Thirty minutes from the airport.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations during our stay; as a result, we had no hot water in our shower. Other than that, the stay was fine and the staff were helpful.

When we made a reservation there were no notes about construction. They put us in a room right next to it. This started at 8am Sat Dec 23. They could at least give the workers that day off. And why would you put guests in a room right next to it.

Comfy bed. Good housekeeping. Helpful staff. The room was relatively small. The luggage cart was half the size of normal ones, but wouldn't fit through the door of our room.

Overall a very comfortable experience and it was great to have a hot breakfast the mornings I was here. The staff was very friendly. My room was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. My only reason for not giving five stars was because there is some construction renovation being done and it was not communicated when I made my reservation. I probably still would have stayed here but I do appreciate communication. I would also recommend that the parking lot be repaired. There were a few pot holes that could potentially cause damage to low riding cars.

The room floor was sticky, and the shower curtain was stinky. The tower had hair. This hotel's cleaning was not good.

Staff members went above and beyond their duties very pleasant and polite. The buffet breakfast had many options to choose from.

If you want even mediocre customer service don't come to this property. Here is what happened. The front desk had the time to come up and slide a bill under my door (see photo). But when I called to ask if they could bring up toothpaste, they said, "We don't have the time." Then I said, "I'm confused. How did you then have time just a few minutes ago to bring up the biil?" Is money more important than your customers? NO ANSWER, just repeated like a parrot "you have to come down for the toothpaste we are just too busy. Actions speak louder than words, don't they? And to top it off when I came down to get the toothpaste do you think the front desk was super busy? No way they were texting on their iPhone.

The room smelled bad. A wrapper wadded up on the night stand. There was an incredible amount of dust on the bathroom shelf. No shampoo or conditioner. Just not a pleasant place or stay.

Well located Hampton Inn in the Chicagoland area, with a bunch of restaurants close by within walking distance. The Hampton has an outdoor pool through summer, an indoor gym (6am - Midnight) located near the front desk/elevators, small food shop and 24/7 coffee. Breakfast is 6-9am. The rooms will provide you a nice place to stay, albeit they are a little tired. The beds are comfortable, the fridge is a little noisy (I turned mine off), bathroom is clean, and there are plenty of plug sockets in the room too. An inconvenience was the chair height at the desk, it was fine for an hour or 2, but if you plan to work most of the day you'd be best positioned to find alternative options to the desk/chair combo. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd put 3.5* if I could, but didn't feel it warranted a 3* headline Google review.

I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, modern, well appointed room at this hotel. The outside looked dated, painted an odd combination of royal blue and white? I thought it would be old inside. My room was clean and modern with a super comfy bed! Staff was kind and efficient and breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again! The best is the walls weren't thin. I didn't hear anybody and I assume nobody heard me!

Room with an oder, thin walls, staff "checked out". Go with the Fairfield next door. We checked out early and went over there. Watch, I'll get a cut and paste response to go to the website or call an 800 number...

Clean rooms and friendly people. Had to move room a few times due to varying unforeseen issues, and staff was very accommodating. Best Hampton Inn breakfast yet. Will definitely stay the again.

Decent place to stay for a reasonable price. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. No issues with cleanliness and basic free breakfast available. During one of my stays, the room next to me had a dog that was barking constantly. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault but annoying you could hear it clearly all evening.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. The room and the bathroom in the room were clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were good with hot options and was well serviced. I really liked the paper cutlery being used. I used the elliptical and the exercise bike in the fitness center and they worked well. The lobby had coffee, tea and hot water available at all times which was very convenient. Interaction with Mr Neel at front desk were all very friendly. The only thing I felt that could be improved was that the room entry door had too much hallway noise getting in because of not having sealed around its edges. But overall the quality of accommodation was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

This Hampton is conveniently located nearby shops, restaurants, and local business. It is also near the highway, but far enough to escape the noise. The adjacent roadways are fairly quiet in the evenings, and seemingly mostly business traffic. Rooms are standard size and amenities, with flat-screen TVs, sofa, work desk and small bathroom. Electronic touchless key available. Limited adjacent parking, but ADA and Diamond also available. The fitness room is smaller, but has good featured equipment options, (albeit one piece of equipment looked to be out of service during my stay.) This hotel is a good value option vs. adjacent quality hotels with higher nightly rates (at which I've also stayed). I've also utilized the EV charging station nearby at the next door Embassy facility.

This place was way above my expectations. Would’ve loved a sauna or hot tub, but was extremely nice.

If you want to stay where you will feel truly comfortable, this is the place. The Staff here is really amazing and always friendly. I stay here regularly so it's not just a lucky visit! Five Stars to the Staff.

This hotel is super close to a bunch of great food spots like Fogo and ta Italian spot. Wendy’s and other chains are also in walking distance. Barbra and Julia were so personable and that’s something that you just can’t pay for in the hospitality business. 5 star stay here.

Price has sky rocketed. Used to be $95 now up to $177 plus $20 a day taxes. Free Breakfast is great. The ladies are very acomadating.. The front desk help went out of their way. Found a couple of umbrellas for us to borrow at a funeral.

We had a terrible experience this past weekend. Hotel staff was rude anytime we asked for something. We stayed 4 total days. Our room was not clean upon arrival, had ants everywhere, they refused to come take out our trash, change sheets, or bring us towels. The shower didn’t work and tub did not hold water (we have twin littles so this was a big thing). We do understand staff shortages during this time but being rude to us after we were being overly nice about everything had to be the worst part. I don’t ever leave reviews but this had to be stated.

Rooms are lovely, breakfast is included for everyone and you can make your own fresh waffles as well of plenty more. There's a small qym and a swimming room. There's an ice machine on each floor and a guest laundry room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kettle, microwave, AC and fridge in rooms.

Great staff, nice rooms, convenient. But I and one other guest had our catalytic converters stolen from our cars while staying here. No cameras or anything to deter vandals. Bummer, but not the hotel's fault.

Nice little hotel outside the city close to Lexus where it was quiet! Staff were decent but only one lady jumped to help clean up a spill at breakfast that I observed! Rooms were clean and tidy and no signs of any bed bugs which you find often at hotels! Would stay there again!

Staff was friendly and fantastic. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with so many options and staff was diligent in keeping things stocked and clean. They provided us with a pack and play and have us a discount since we were in town attending a funeral. I would definately stay there again. Located next to the highway. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Booked this hotel same day after a horrible experience at another hotel and this place looked pretty good and had a good last minute price considering the holiday weekend. Front desk gentleman was helpful and polite and while the hotel is older I was really surprised how well taken care of this hotel is. While the room wasn’t the newest it was well kept and spotless. The biggest downside was the small cheap TV but otherwise I was impressed. Morning staff was also nice and breakfast was pretty good. They were also cleaning in the morning. Overall I was pretty impressed and must say I am sad to hear that this property is up for sale and I am not sure how much longer this will be a Hampton Inn for but in the meantime I must say I recommend this Hampton Inn. 4 stars!
