😠 Front desk person was horrible. I waited 50 minutes before I got into vein mapping. Waited another 20 after mapping for assistant to tell me I’m ok and dr. won’t be seeing me. Front desk person was more interested in socializing with co-workers than patients sitting in the office. People often mention legs, office,

The experience was good. I liked all the people that I was in contact with. The young man who did my ultra sound mapping made the session enjoyable. A 👍🏻Up to him. Ashley LeDonne was also very helpful. I’m now waiting for a call from the office letting me know what my out of pocket cost will be. After I get that I can schedule my first appointment for the vein therapy. Dr. Kern gave me a good overview of what to expect.👍🏻

Everyone at the Naperville office is very kind, courteous, and professional to say the least. Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, as well as upholding a very clean environment. Each individual in this group is extremely knowledgeable in their field. I'm very pleased that I made the decision to come here for my treatment.

I was going here when it was Vein Clinics of America pre-pandemic. The last time was in 2021 then the practice was bought by USA Vein Clinics. After my last follow up appt in 2021, I never heard back from anyone. I tried sending an email on 3/17/23 and it failed so I called the number on their website. I was told no one in the office will speak to you and you have to make an appointment. That didn't sit well with me so I'm going to presume my legs are still ok and call it good.

can't reach them, trying to contact the billing office in Naperville. I see a charge that I did not approve. endless calls, no results.

Dr. Kevin Kern does a thorough and precise job. I’ve never felt so at ease and confident for a procedure before. I would recommend to anyone struggling with varicose veins.

All of the staff were helpful. Every step of the process was explained in detail. I felt comfortable and look forward to going back soon for my first treatment.

Staff badgered me daily prior to my appointment and then when I arrived couldn't care less that I was there! I waited 35 minutes to get in then an hour to be seen. I knew my insurance wasn't the best but when it came back with no benefit and it was all out of pocket, she wouldn't even tell me a price range that I requested multiple times and she treated me like I was broke though I was planning to pay for it anyways! I would never go back here again

My experience was exceptional. From the staff at the front desk to the Practice Manager to the Physician Assistant to the Provider. And the procedures were amazingly tolerable, painless and less than 20 minutes each time. I had 2 legs with varicose, though only one was really noticeable. I am so pleased with the decision to have this done and on both legs. It’s been only 4 months since my first procedure and my legs look so great. I’ve been wearing sundresses, skirts and shorts every day and even went swimming at a public pool and felt so proud of my legs (and body too!) I’ve always been in good shape so to have ugly legs because of an inherited disease, I was not going to let that ruin my self esteem. The best money I’ve ever spent and with Care Credit you can make payments with no interest for up to 18 months. Thank you VCA in Naperville for making my legs beautiful again! Melissa Clark

An incredibly capable team! Dr Boutros is more than competent, and thorough in her explanations and procedures. It has only been 5 days since my deep vein treatment, and I feel so much lighter and pain free!

The people that worked on my veins are kind and very professional. When I experienced my first ablation surgery, I felt most relaxed. The doctor is great at letting you know what he will be doing and making sure you are comfortable. Same with the technicians. Had an overall great experience there. If you need your veins checked, highly recommend Veins clinic.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received at Vein Clinics of America in Naperville. From the administrative staff, schedulers, nurses and ultrasound technicians to Dr. Boutros. Everything has been exceptional. Even with insurance glitches and hiccups, the team worked together in keeping me informed. The ultrasound techs are experts at what they do and during the procedure Dr. Boutros communicated the entire time where necessary, she is amazing. Not to mention I never thought I would experience the health benefits so quickly after getting my varicose veins done.

The worst company ever! I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so here. The actual service from the doctor who used to be there (Dr Kevin Kern) was excellent, I would give him 10 stars but the company itself is terrible, which is why Dr Kern left. I have been trying to talk to a live being for the last 3 months regarding my bill. They have charged my credit card without my permission and never sent me an accurate bill. I have called several times and spoken with different people in the billing department who each tell me there is a "glitch" in their system. Each time they tell me they will send me a revised bill and call me back...yet NO ONE EVER CALLS and I have yet to receive a revised bill. They continue to charge my credit card without my permission. Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not under any circumstances use this company, they will take your money and never tell you what it is for. I have no problem paying for the services I received but I deserve to see a bill of the charges before you charge my credit card without my permission. Maybe this review will actually get someone to return my phone call.
