Staff was great!! Very professional and concerned for the patients comfort and safety. Doctor took time in explaining before and after the procedure. Doctor, anesthesiologist and staff were awsome. I would recommend this facility fully.

I am so glad I was able to go there. Every single person that helped me was so sweet. I really like Dr Gundlapalli. She is so kind and I like that she takes the time to explain everything in detail so you aren’t left with any questions. Will always go back to her.

This was my second time using Dr. Gonzolo Pandolfi and his staff at Midwest Endoscopy Center. Except for having to to have procedure done in the first place it was a great experience. Everyone works together very well & is respectful of your time. Both times, post procedure I experienced no discomfort or issues. They communicate well & followed up to confirm that I was ok and to make sure that I didn't have any questions. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Yep, I’ve reached the age where I’m writing a review for a colonoscopy. It’s a hurdle we all go over eventually and my time had come this week. Was it a spa day? Well, no. But the professionalism and kindness exhibited by the entire staff at Midwest Endoscopy made an intimidating situation so much better. Dr. Jain and the staff I worked with were just what I needed on a day filled with anxiety. Humor mixed with compassion is my sweet spot and they delivered. When your day comes, and it will, I would recommend them. (I would also recommend investing in a bidet but that’s a whole other conversation to be had!) And not to brag, but I’m 49 and I have the colon of a 30 year old 💀

The actual service received at this facility with this doctor and operational staff was superb. The office policies, however, bordered on laughably absurd: When I made my appointment for three months in the future, the screener on the phone asked me about my CURRENT covid status. When I asked her what my status today had to do with three months from then, she said the questions were just office policy. I found out later that it was worse than that: My wife was denied the ability to make an appointment for her procedure three months in the future because she had tested positive for covid five days prior. Furthermore she was told that the screener could not even make her an appointment until two months AFTER her diagnosis...thus increasing her wait for service to FIVE months. The "office policy" is hopelessly outdated and doesn't even attempt to follow current CDC recommendations.

The staff is friendly, prompt with the check in. But, I had got a false positive on my pregnancy test, and than a negative. They couldn't do the procedure till I got labwork. So I didn't eat from sat till Friday evening. Other than that, there was a very kind, patient indian woman that I give so much props for. Thank you for all the nurses and doctors

I've had my routine colonoscopy procedure done here and the experience has been really great right from the day you schedule thru the day the procedure was performed. The staff at this facility are very friendly and they know what they're doing. Dr. Jain and his staff are highly professional. I'd definitely recommend to everyone

I've never been compelled to write a review for medical treatment I've received, until now. Had an upper endoscopy & colonoscopy here yesterday with Dr. Kastin and his team. I was blown away at the professionalism, kindness, skill, and compassion shown by the entire team. From the nurse who prepped me (she was a younger girl with blonde hair and a nose ring) to the anesthesiologist (I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's names, I wish I did) to the team who worked with Dr. Kastin to do the procedure, I never imagined getting this procedure done could be such a positive experience. Thank you to everyone for making the process completely painless and comfortable from the minute I came in to the moment I left the building! I will recommend this place to everyone.

I had my second attempt and a colonoscopy yesterday. My first attempt, we could not complete because there was a blockage, so a second attempt, yesterday had to be done. This came with a stricter 48 hour fast which wound up being 63 hours. I went into this one feeling pretty good and thought this one would be a piece of cake. I went in and wound up having an issue during the procedure which was a back up of bile that had to have me immediately being woken up in the middle of the procedure. I was told there was an issue and would have to proceed without being under anesthesia. I agreed and we completed the procedure. There was an incredible amount of pain and discomfort. I had one nurse literally draped over me pushing my stomach in to help the doctor guide the hose and one Nurse had the only job of holding my hand and telling me "everything is going to be ok" Everyone was visibly concerned and genuinely compassionate. I just have to say it was traumatic and from the anesthesiologist, the nurses and the doctor, they went so far beyond to just be kind, compassionate and helpful. It made a all but painful situation better by just caring, by being human. They knew I was upset and visibly afraid and made me feel like I could not been in better hands. I do not remember their names but they truly know their jobs and when a pretty routine procedure went not as planned they knew how to react and make their patient top priority. I just felt compelled to say this. You were appreciated and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are awesome!

This was my first experience at this facility. I had a routine colonoscopy, and from the time of booking until the follow up call the day after the procedure the staff, and Dr. Kastin were extremely professional, and caring. I would highly recommend Midwest Endoscopy Center.

Dr. Gundlapalli is the best. I get a colonoscopy every five years from her and it always goes smoothly. She and her staff are top notch. I’ll always go there. I’ll be back in five years. Thanks Dr. Gundlapalli for taking such great care of me.

We would like to thank Dr. Pandolfi for his compassion. Not only is he a great Dr., he is an amazing man. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and competent. I was able to take care of all paperwork at home prior to the procedure and didn't need to do anything else when I got to the office. The doctor explained my results shortly after recovering from anesthesia. Will use them again next time.

The staff is great and made me feel right at home from the very start. All of my questions were answered and they really put me at east prior to the procedure. Top notch and I would recommend this facility to any and everyone!

DrJain and staff were very professional and attentive to me as their patient. Even though I am sure they examine numerous patients in a day; while I was in facility I did not feel unintended if an urgent need arose. Much appreciated with high marks!

This was my first visit to the Midwest Endoscopy Center in Naperville. I had a routine preventative medicine procedure. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out the door every staff member was incredibly professional, courteous, KIND, and explained everything that so I fully understood what was happening every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable and not nervous and things went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. G and her staff, in my opinion they simply cannot be beat!!!

While the procedures and staff are good the billing policy is horrendous and prioritizes profits over patients. Asking patients to pay entire remaining deductible upfront is not acceptable. Just bill insurance like everyone else and don’t spring payments on people in need of care. How many patients take on additional credit card debt so that the facility can get paid sooner? Will be going to another provider who doesn’t require upfront payment next time.

It was my third time doing endoscopy procedure at this center. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. Dr. Kastin performed the procedure. He is very kind, considerate and skilled. Strongly recommend this center and Dr. Kastin to family members and friends.

This is my second colonoscopy at Midwest Endoscopy and Dr. Pandolfi is the best! From the moment I arrived, I knew that I was in good hands. The entire staff worked like a well oiled machine and I was back home within a couple of hours. Everyone says the "prep" is the worst part BUT this procedure saves lives every day! Don't wait....get your colonoscopy today! It's the best nap ever!

Such a great experience at Midwest Endoscopy Center with Dr. Pandolfi and team! From check-in through prep, procedure and recovery, I couldn't ask for better service. Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean and offered privacy and comfort. Even though I hope I don't have to go back for 10 years, I would highly recommend this center to anyone!

I was made to wait for more than an hour, but I would rather have something done well, rather than quickly. I was treated well and all of my questions were answered at every stage.

She was awesome. Dr Grant the anesthesiologist was extremely patient and I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Dr Mettu is outstanding. He was friendly, patient and took the time to answer my questions and I never felt that he was rushing me out the door. He really took the time to make sure that I understood the procedure and next steps. Lastly, Pearl was my nurse after the procedure and she was also very friendly and kind. I would strongly recommend Midwest Endoscopy and especially Dr Mettu.
