Absolutely awful. Avoid this location at all costs. They sabotaged my order and put pickled jalapeños in my two-year-old son’s beans out of spite. What sort of awful, sick person does that?!? The kitchen is horrible. Literally every item in our order was inedible. Chicken burned on the outside and uncooked within, rice burned, fries undercooked, buns wet, the list goes on. Despicable.

You can see Chili's restaurant within every 10-30miles in Naperville. Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a combo which consists of enchilada chicken soup, baked chicken with broccoli on the side. Not sure if the broccoli is meant to be undercooked because it seemed slightly bland. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, but the wings were served slightly cold. A good place to go and hangout with your friends. The ambience is decent and food was served quick as well. Since the wings and broccoli wasn't upto the mark hence given a 3 star. Apart from that, good place to go out in the evenings on the weekdays as well.

I went here after my good experiences at other Chilli's locations such as Georgia and California.. It was my birthday and I took my family and friends for celebrating it. First the place was little dingy and shady.. there was almost no crowd... May be we were late... The servers didn't come out as friendly as they were more worried to clean up and close the place. We hurriedly ordered and it took a lot of time for food to arrive. The food quality was ok. We couldn't finish the food. The to go boxes we packed and forgot inside. We all were outside clicking pictures but none of the waitress had courtesy to come out and hand over the to go boxes. They cleaned the table took the tip and just trashed the boxes... Very bad experience on my birthday... Never going there....

We recently dined at this location. It was a Friday night, and although it was busy, we were able to easily find parking and had less than a 5 min wait for a table. Our server was fantastic. Food was yummy, as always, and pretty prompt. I love how at Chili's you can review/pay your check from the tablet at the table. This particular visit, it was just myself and 3 kids. For roughly the same amount of money at fast food/quick service restaurants, we can dine at Chili's and I don't have to juggle waiting in line, carrying our order, making sure we have everything else we need for our meal on top of managing my kids. It has become our new go-to spot.

My daughter and I love to enjoy Chili's for lunch from time to time. It's always a pleasure experience to eat there. I wish after all these years that they would at least try adding new items to their menu. It's mostly been the same foods for many years now.

The place by itself has a good look, i think the distribution could be better but it wasn't too bad. My food took about 15 minutes to be ready, the servers were fast and kind. The food was good, but just that, "Good". I asked for a burger, it was good but i think they should ask you how cooked you want the meat because i had my burger at about 3/4 and personally, i like the meat well done. But like i said, the food just stays at good

Enjoyed a nice dinner here after work. The food was great during our visit and the servers were friendly.

Very clean, staff is very friendly and the food was quick and fresh. We love Chili’s and will for sure be back again!

My regular spot to eat at if I'm doing errands with my parents or friends! Staff are friendly and approachable. My go-to menu item is their steak fajitas w/ corn tortillas - delicious every time I order it. The condiments that come with it on a separate plate is just enough! Their alcohol menu gets updated here and there, which I appreciate some sort of "change." Would recommend to anyone that enjoys Tex-Mex style food!

Went there with my wife and daughter. Alexis was a FANTASTIC waitress. She was super fast and efficient. I haven't had a waitress like her in a long time. My wife said she was fantastic also. I can keep bragging about her all day. The food was great also.

Me, the wife and the minions had an awesome lunch while Halloween shopping for costumes at 2 local stores in the area!! I tried the macaroni and baked potato soup and it didn't disappoint and they shared the chicken finger platter which is enough for 2 or 3 depending on how small the minion!! And the service was great, granted they had a very limited staff that afternoon!!

We ordered three different fajita skillets. The fajitas were good. I would order them again. Not so sure about the burgers. I also ordered a burger to-go when we were done eating. It was supposed to be well done but was pink on the inside. Didn't notice until we were gone & they were already closed.

I love the kid Mac n cheese and molten lava cake.. I'm so addicted to the cake..chocolate cake oozing with lava chocolate center covered with ice cream,caramel and a hard chocolate shell which is my friends favorite part..and it's served warm..how can you go wrong? The managers are friendly and know us since we visit often..Barbie is the best bartender..very friendly and helpful...the corn on the cob is great..and I can get it without all the sauce and seasoning on it..

The friendliest staff we came across recently with the young servers smiling all the time - this is not something you see normally: what a great asset these young women are to this chain!!!! We selected some items from the Monday - Friday menu and yes, is a great value for money: the soup and quesadillas plus the beans, corn, steak and chips for me asking to be brought according to my specification. Not a problem as I was re-assured here - I wish they multiplied these servers and give their great attitude to all the servers we came across around the world. That is another good reason to return to this place.

We went to this Chilis at about 7:30 PM with 15 people. Despite having 16 teenagers walking in late at night, We were greeted nicely and given great service. Our server Vanessa was very nice and served us even as we needed a lot. Impressive!

Terrible customer service, wait staff seemed like they wanted to avoid helping the guests. When ask to speak with the manager I think that was the fastest I seen the waitress move. The manager seemed like he really didn’t care, he disappeared just like the wait staff and mind you there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 5 or 6 tables with guests. In my 27 years of customer service. This was by far the worst I have seen . No sense of urgency, I don’t even think they have any type of process. I can tell you this the food was good though to bad you might have to wonder if your order makes it to the person making the food. I get that there might be a fumble here and there but tonight, I was very disappointed.

coming there wasn't many people we were seated right away the server was nice and told us the waiter would be there shortly which he was. He took our order for drinks and brought them quickly there was no rush. we ordered chicken sandwiches I tried the Buffalo it was okay there was certain parts that where dry. I had the avocado bacon chicken sandwich the portion was huge as you can see but it wasn't that great in terms of taste I didn't taste any avocado all though it was there it was bland. with every bite the meat was falling from the bread it was also a bit soggy this is what I was working with. My daughters burger was a greese bomb I took a bite and a grease bubble came out and got my shirt dirty as well as the table. the patty wasn't great my sons sliders were tough. my biggest remark was the fruit flies we were constantly swaddling them away they where also some in the women's washroom and not to mention my sons fruit had white stuff on it. over all not excited about this place. the service was okay..

They were busy, so we had a 30-minute wait, but the server was nice. It took a bit for all our food to come, but the company was the best and we understood.
