Room was nice but we had a terrible interaction with the angry gardner. We were traveling with our dogs and we were letting them out to walk over to a back lot. One of our dogs peed in a strip of grass behind the hotel. He yelled at me and then starting cussing my husband and I. He was taking pictures and acting aggressive and rude. We packed up and left. We will never go back! Not pet friendly at all! Scary and rude!

It wasn’t awful but I don’t know why it has so many positive reviews. It was just okay. From the minute we got there the employee at the front desk was extremely short with us for no reason. Other employees were friendly but every time he was at the desk he was either on his phone looking like he didn’t want to be bothered or acting annoyed if he had to help you. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed through the night. You’d have to pull them back down over the mattress in the middle of the night. Tried to call down to the front desk three or four times to get more towels because they weren’t replaced when room service came but no one answered. We were told there were baby/toddler beds available but the employee seemed put out that we asked for one. “There wasn’t anything in the notes.” But then it was just a pack n play and it wouldn’t even stand up 😂 the breakfast was slightly below average. The temperature in the room was nice and the pillows were soft. The rooms seemed clean as well. The fridge and microwave were great. Overall, the hotel was about average and the customer service was subpar.

Lots of noise from the hallway and nearby rooms; people talking, doors slamming and things dropping starting around 0500. Other than that the room was clean and Domino's delivers. Previous reviewers correct regarding breakfast, only protein is boiled eggs. Lots of carb options!

This wonderful motel hosts AA meetings and are always so welcoming to everyone. My childrenand parents were able to attend and see me get my 3 year sobriety chip. I haven't stayed here in a room but would recommend it because of the service, location, cleanliness and other recommendations.

Romm was ok, a bit small compared to what I am used to in a two queen room. Staffing was ok not always at the desk though close by. Location and access on and out were good.

We got in late and left very early so we didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, so I really can't give great feedback, but the guy at check in was awesome, fast and knew what he was doing.

What a great Hotel. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and owner was. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable.

The receptionist was fast, friendly and helpful with local information. The room was clean. The bed was softer than we like but was not uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was very good.

This is a great hotel. Location is on the outskirts of town, so you can't really walk anywhere close, but thats a minor thing. Staff and rooms were excellent and I and my family received great treatment from the staff.

I ve really mixed feelings about our stay here. Good things: extremely friendly front desk staff, decent beds, pool was fun for the kids, good condition. The room was a bit small, but for the price it was fine. The biggest issue was that we found dried dog poop that was smeared on part of the bottom bed runner. It definitely wasn't from us, which makes me to belive that it was not washed before we arrived. It was absolutely digusting and flaking all over. We removed the bed runner and top layer of bedding from the bed and the rest seemed clean. We should've contacted the front desk, but our stay was so short and we didn't want to deal with the hassel. All parts of bedding should be washed after every guest, which easily would've prevented this issue. The other issue was with breakfast. They had one girl in charge of keeping everything stocked for the guests. Both mornings we came down and most of the food was gone. We had to go in the kitchen and ask for more to be brought out. Both times we went in the kitchen the girl was on her phone. We went down early and it wasn't that busy, so it was frustrating that the food was not stocked well. I heard multiple other guests comment in the cleanliness and lack of food being ready as well. I completely would've understood if she was working the whole time and it was just busy, but she would disappear into the kitchen for 10 mins at a time before coming back. Nothing had to be cooked so I'm sure she was just on her phone while people were waiting.

Great place, the pool is a little small and the hot tub wasn't really hot and I have a slight grudge against the elevator but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I didnt get his name but the person who helped out my parents and brother in May 26th was really rude and treated them very poorly, i get he was mad because there had been couple people ask for rooms. But that is his job! Plus to respond with respect which he had zero when my parents got there. It was really late at night and my parents were stressed out as it is, and he just made the stay in town more stressful. He shouldnt be working in customer service if he will be treating people the way he did. He needs to respect people more!

Room was clean, receptionists were polite and responsive, and the continental breakfast was good enough to get the day started. We had no issues. Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, large rooms with microwave/fridge, coffee. Hanging closet, several drawers and lots of electric outlets. Conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good but no microwave in the dinning area... so if you want oatmeal you have to take it to your room 😏. A good variety of other items from pancakes and waffles, yogurt, fruit, granola bars and cereal..3 different juices, coffee/teas muffins, bagels...etc. Pool and Hot Tub with a small workout area. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Wyndham Microtel while travelling for vacation recently, and we had an excellent experience. First, it was a sweltering hot day and the hotel had cold drinks and water on ice waiting in the lobby, along with snacks like granola bars and cookies. They even had some sugar-free options like SF Gatorade, which was extremely welcome after a seven hour motorcycle ride across Colorado. The staff was friendly and engaging, and they even recommended where we should park so our bikes would be visible from the room. The room itself was clean and orderly, comfy beds and all the hot water you could ask for in the tub/shower. Did I mention there was a TUB? We had stayed the previous night at a very upscale hotel in Estes Park, CO, and there was no tub in that room. Lastly, we forgot our overnight bag when we left. The hotel staff secured it while we made arrangements to have a local friend ship it back, and it arrived intact and with nothing missing. Above and beyond.

The rooms were a tad smaller but really clean (I mean REALLY CLEAN!), looked like they were brand new rooms. The beds were comfortable, was a little pricy but given the location and simular prices of other hotels in the locality, this hotel is an obvious choice. The only not so great thing about the hotel was the average breakfast, otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel! The elevators weren't working when we checked in and they had a tray of free snacks and drinks as a way of making up for the inconvenience. I appreciate the extra mile they go to in serving the customers, that was a nice gesture. They also had a pool and a hot tub, but we didn't get a chance to try them out. One of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels ever, would definitely recommend this Microtel

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. No problems of any sort, except the elevator had a major issue and was not working. They needed a specialist to replace all the pistons. It happens

Stayed here along our route. Clean quiet hotel, nice pool and spa. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and quick to get us checked in.

I stayed here two nights. I had a different room each night as I had checked out then came back. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is what you would expect which is fine. The only issue was the “gentleman” that checked me in both nights, he couldn’t have been less interested in his job. The 2nd night I was there he was on his phone when I was checking in. I said hello and he just kept texting, I said hello again and he said just a minute while he finished whatever he was doing. All in all I would stay here again, especially for the price.

This is the only place to stay in while in the Basin. All my relatives stay there EVERYTIME they come to visit and can't say enough good. Dave and his staff are friendly and run a great hotel. Their rooms are a bargain for what you get. Based on reviews of people I have recommended this hotel to, there isn't a nicer place to stay in town and it won't break the bank. They really should raise their rates based on the quality, but appreciate that they are reasonable still!

My rating's based on the expectations from a 2 star hotel. The complementary breakfast saves any favoring for this place. The waffles were good and they offered pre-packaged hard boiled eggs. The beds were decent. Everything else was small, the TVs were small, the pool is tiny, I guess the hot tub is normal sized, not very warm. Another bonus is the pool is open till 11pm. The fitness room is tiny: free weights up to 30 lbs, an elliptical, treadmill, and bike. It did have a water cooler in their which is nice.

Our car broke down near the hotel while on a family vacation and they were able to find us a room last minute with early check in. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. We enjoyed our stay while our car was being fixed.

Very clean facility, the prices were good ($120 or so per night). Very comfortable room. I recommend this place. I stopped here to visit Dinosaur NM, which is very close. There were a number of other interesting sites nearby and the desk clerk was very helpful about directions and other info.

Nice place. Room was clean. The service at the front desk was very efficient and pleasant. We had several family members stay in other rooms and we all went down to the lobby where there was a nice table that we could all play games at which was really great! The continental breakfast was good.

The room was so gross. There were what I can only describe as body fluids all over the couch. The floor had crusty brown stuff. We stayed the night and moved hotels in the morning.

I think the establishment is quite new. The room is quite small and there's not much space for moving around but it gets the job done. Room was clean and looked upbeat. It was comfortable.

Accidently left some clothes in the hotel closet. Didn't realize till I got home, 325 miles away. Called manager and my clothes arrived at my house a few days later. Just like everything else at this hotel, everyone is really on the ball keeping things running smooth and efficiently and doing anything possible to make your stay enjoyable. I'm totally a fan of this hotel!

Quiet little hotel right on the edge of town, surrounded by farmland and across the street from a super yummy restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although there is a decent bit of noise coming from the hallway. Didn't use the pool, but it appeared to be really tiny and not appealing. Huge bonus: The hot water stayed hot through my long showers! Points for that!

This hotel is appears and feels brand new. The rooms are nice and clean, and the indoor pool & hot tub were an excellent treat after a long day on the road. It's only 15 minutes from Dinosaur National Monument and a couple minutes outside Vernal.

Its a decent sized room. Was busier than the other hotels around. Beds were a little hard and our room wasn't vacuumed when we arrived. Room service didn't come to our room the second day so we asked them to please come and pick up our trash since they were full and vacuum our room and they only took our trash. Because of covid the pool is limited to 60 minutes at a time and only 12 people allowed in the pool/gym area at a time.
