Paid a hotel prie for a hostel. Though marketed as a hotel, and charges full prices, but in reality it's a hostel called Ostello Bello that has private rooms in a different floor. Woudln't have stayed there if I knew before. Rooms are super simple, and very noisy. Music was played on the 3rd floor and was heard very well in our room on the 5th floor. All in all it was a bad experience.

Be wary of booking here - these are hotel rooms attached to a hostel. It can get pretty loud at night with DJs and parties happening on the terrace. Has a great rooftop with a view.

If I wanted to stay at a youth party hostel, then I would have booked one. In reality, we paid for what was advertised as a “3-star family-friendly hotel” called Neapolitan Trips Hotel. What we got was an old, run down building where the original hotel entrance has been boarded up and closed, so I have to assume that the hostel called Ostello Bello have taken the rooms over. What would have once been a nice hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant now looks like an empty shell of what it was, likely closing during COVID. The rooftop terrace is empty and closes by 8pm, so the partying occurs directly above the hotel windows. No, there was no “pillow menu” or “restaurant” “rooftop bar” or “room service” on site as advertised. The mattress is hard. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. You book a hotel to sleep and relax after a day seeing the sights of a city. This was not what we got. What we got, after a full day of travelling by train, where we were looking forward to enjoying our quiet hotel room after a long day, was blaring music from the 3rd floor until late into the night for 2 nights in a row. What’s disgusting is that this “hotel” still calls itself one and misrepresents itself on Expedia and I’m sure on other booking sites, too lazy to update their own listings to reflect what it really is. The reception, lobby, elevators, stairways are filthy. The bed head in the room is worn and flaming. The floors are dirty, even after a cleaner came in, I had dust on my feet that went onto the bed sheets. The hostel needs to update its listing to accurately reflect what they are providing. We were not the only travellers unhappy with what we ended up with.

All the review you read about this place are all pre covid, there is no bar services or breakfast at all, for ninty euro you only get the room.which are very small but clean, good size and well equipped bathroom the TV is smaller then my laptop ,the bed is comfortable the AC works well, the location is good. Be aware that the main entrance door is nice and heavy duty ,people slams it coming back from the outside and wake you up in the middle of the night. My opinion ,in Napoli u can get better BB for less money ,with breakfast included. Arturo Sermon

Amazing location for the accomodation Clean room but it has that air of a student dorm - which is not necessarily bad, but you'd expect something else. Francesco is a nice host, he told us about what can we try in Naples to eat/see.

It's a nice place where to stay in Napoli. Big rooms and cleaned. The location is very central and convenient, you don't need a car, you can walk easily everywhere. On top of that, Francesco and Maria are just wonderful, so friendly and helpful! :)) If I go back to Napoli, I'm definitely going back to visit them and stay at NeapolitanTrips. Grazie Teresa

At first they gave us wrong room, but we solved this problem with very nice staff and got the right one the next day. Breakfast was good, although they didnt offer much different choices. Location is perfect, as it is located in centre of historical part of the city and offers nice starting point for exploring the city. We didnt even have to take taxi, metro or bus to visit the most important places.

Hello, I can really recommend this Hostel. Rooms are clean, shower is hot, the relax-area is very big and cozy! You get a free drink at the Hostel-Bar when you check-in, therefore the waiting isn't too boring. Francesco can give you detailed Informations about must-see-Places, Museums and Restaurantes you should visit in Napoli, he really takes time for the People. The Price is okay, I booked a little late. Greeting, Michael

Great place! The privates were absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Francesco at the front desk has tons of info on the best places to eat, activities, and even where to find the laundry nearby.

The hostel is GREAT!! The staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. When you arrive they give you a welcome drink :) You have free water and biscuits all the time, and in the kitchen they offer you a lot of ingredients, vegetables, fruits for free! The billiard also is free, as well as the foostball. The terrace is the most beautiful place and the atmosphere is very sociable and helps a lot to meet people. I will definitely come back! Obrigada

Great experience for a backpacker, the staff are exceptionally welcoming and nice, Francesco and Augustina stand out the most, they have really made the stay memorable by their hospitality and good vibes. If you're staying here, make sure you ask Francesco for all the recommendations on where to eat and what to see, he's great at that and knows what he's talking about! Place was very clean, thank you to the cleaners who were also very nice and happy people, fun to interact with! And the interior was high quality too. All together - superb stay.

I made a reservation through booking.com; I didn’t stay here per se, nonetheless my experience with them was really frustrating- given the pandemic situation, the whole country (almost the entire world) went on a lockdown but they simply refused to give me a refund! How am I responsible if a pandemic broke out? Offering to reschedule isn’t a solution either- who knows how many months it is going to be before it is safe to travel without the danger of health/life risk looming over our head. I wrote to them multiple times but they haven’t refunded. I hope at least a public review will implore them to re-analyze the case.

Great hostel, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The common area is great, rooms are clean and spacious (we had a private room). Showers, toilets and other bathroom facilities were ideal and clean, and enough of them. Hairdryers in the bathrooms was an added bonus I hadn't expected. Very glad we picked this place to stay in Naples!

We stayed on the hotel side of this wonderful place, it is truly amazing. The location is ideal for buzzing around the city and the actual hotel is spotlessly clean. What really makes it are the fantastic staff who are so helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and they gavels great tips and recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
