I would like to point out that the doctors at the facility are very professional and competent. But the education of the staff and security guards is really questionable. We came recently to be able to carry out a dressing. We were told that we could not park in the property's car park as the spaces were booked. Let's not insist even if I would have liked some clarification. I'm looking for a place outside the clinic, near the external balcony on the slope. Like all other cars I park between two cars; the guard comes to me saying I couldn't park there. I'll try again above. I park again between two cars, and another guard orders me to leave the place I found and go to the parking lot. Structure that charges 4 euros an hour; absurd in my opinion.

On 5/24/2023 I underwent a gastroscopy under sedation by Dr. G. Caravelli at the Villa del Pino clinic. I had never been to this facility and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and elegance of the premises, by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I was accompanied to the room by a very sweet nurse for a very short wait and immediately transferred to the gastro room. I was terrified, but Dr. Caravelli's sweetness, professionalism and kindness immediately made me relax. I only remember the intravenous sedation and that I woke up after 10 minutes peacefully and without any pain. All my fears that had made me postpone this exam for years had vanished and I recommend everyone to have this exam under sedation at the Villa del Pino clinic with Dr. CARAVELLI highly professional doctor, attentive to the patient's needs, always available and kind, and whom I will never stop thanking. We phoned here for help when my husband fell and we was advised to go to private clinic for a scan. We phoned and no-one spoke English. We drove here but they do no do X-rays (although from website it appears they do) and the women on reception could not give us any advice on where we could get help.

This morning my husband and I went to Villa del Pino for hand surgery. We thank Dr. CARUSO first and foremost for his availability and high professionalism. We received a warm welcome. The clinic is very functional, with qualified and organized staff. A panorama that gives you serenity. Francesca, a nurse on the 3rd floor, looked after us with dedication, kindness and giving credit to her role. I highly recommend it.

I was operated on in this clinic for a prosthesis removal and what can I say... Super helpful staff always ready for all the patients' needs, the clinic is not only super clean but also wonderful, many of the rooms have a sea view, it feels like being in a hotel rather than a hospital. A dear greeting to Mrs. Luisa Miranda who was present with great care during these days that I was there with them. I highly recommend this clinic.

Clinic purely disinterested in the patient's conditions, but only and exclusively in money. I had a rhinoseptoplasty, and as long as I was in the post-op/temporary room the nurses were very helpful (I think it was the second floor). After that, when they moved me to the third floor in the room where I would spend the night; I felt very bad due to the pain of the operation, and I was also visibly sick; but in the morning, the only interest of the nurse (she was dark curly haired and with light eyes) was to throw me out of the room because my hospital stay was expiring (which I clearly renewed because I couldn't even stand up for more than 20 seconds) even before caring about how I was. Abrupt, listless and rude ways, given how much the overnight stay costs, they should be much more respectful! . This nurse came in clapping her hands saying “oh why are we here to sleep here???!!!?!?” Truly indecent. I don't give one star just because the boss was a wonderful person. The structure is objectively beautiful, but the bathroom was dirty and full of hair, furthermore my boyfriend was initially given dirty sheets (which they obviously changed)

I was operated in this clinic, for a breast augmentation by Doctor Aveta, an excellent surgeon, a perfectionist, well an artist, but beyond that also a friendly, helpful doctor with great empathic listening skills. I was immediately welcomed into the clinic with kindness and professionalism. All staff acted attentively during our stay. I was also particularly impressed by the anesthetist (whose name unfortunately is unknown to me), a very courteous and jovial doctor, what everyone needs before undergoing an operation. Furthermore, to ensure that I fed myself efficiently, following my request due to a specific diet that I follow, they made themselves super helpful and even got me some fruit that wasn't on the menu.
