Husband, daughter and I were in Naples and just happened to stop in. The staff was immediately attentive as soon as we walked in. I have been looking for a specific watch, which they had there. Tried on a few items, and loved everything they had there. We ended up buying the watch! They went out of their way in every aspect. Maryann and her staff is BEYOND terrific. She is TOP NOTCH!!! They cleaned my jewelry, talked to us about lots of fun subjects.. gave us refreshments and just made our visit so pleasurable… and I absolutely love love love my watch!! They’re amazing !! We had the best experience buying a Chopard watch from Provident with the help of Maryann. Place is beautiful, and the customer service was even more fantastic. They took the time to explain how the watch worked, packaged it up beautifully, and even shared a glass of champagne with me and my best friend. We were visiting family in Naples and my husband and I met Maryann when we stopped into Provident Jewelry. The whole experience of buying a charm necklace was so pleasant. I ordered a replacement bracelet I bought at Provident two years ago because I Iost it. I immediately contacted my original sales queen, Monica, who was able to get it for me in a couple of days! I was also offered a very fair deal given my circumstances. Monica always provides the best client care. She's a delight. My bracelet which is one of 3 diamond bangles I had bought is gorgeous! Their selections are very elegant and great quality.

My son happened upon this store in our visit to Naples, FL and made a purchase. After seeing what he had bought, I wanted one too, but didn’t have time to go back. I checked out their website and saw their extensive collection of jewelry and was impressed, so I sent an inquiry and got a quick response back the next morning. Maryann was extremely helpful and tried to find the earrings I was looking for and also presented me with other options. She kept me posted on her search and was able to find it. I ended up not buying that one, but one they already had in the store. I appreciated the time she took to look for it.
