I ordered online and have placed orders before and there always seems to be something missing or wrong. This time, I requested the sandwich to be cut in half and it was not. I also requested Salt/Vin chips and got BBQ, which I hate. Last time I ordered and requested napkins, I got no straw or napkins. Fast is great, but fast and WRONG is not. For an $18 sandwich meal, I expect someone to actually pay attention to what I ordered and if you can't fulfill the order as it was originally ordered, then a text or call would be nice.

Ordered my food, timed my very short break based on when the notification came that the driver was on the way and would be here in 5 mins, driver didn't leave the store for another 13 minutes according to whoever answers the phones there... then the driver didnt show for an additional TWENTY minutes and the store was rude when i asked for an updared ETA. So poor communication, 30+ minutes is anything but "freaky fast" I wasted my break and don't get to eat for another few hours, (hope its not soggy and gross by then), and terrible customer service.

Everything is always fantastic especially since it's a giant chain sub shop. I'm not sure why they how they have low reviews. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always good. What more could you ask for?

I go here at least once a week and the service is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Even if everyone is really busy at lunch, someone will still holler out a welcome and that they will help out shortly. Modifications to sandwich is always done properly. Everyone is younger here but from what I have observed always working hard to get orders completed in a timely manner.

They forgot my pickle on a delivery order. When I called, they immediately offered to either give me credit (on a free side!) or bring me one. I know it's petty to have the driver make a second trip for a pickle, but that pickle was the reason I ordered originally. The fact that they sent one out really made my day. I was craving one so badly.

I don't know why there's bad reviews.. this was amazing. We ordered online and had ALOT of modifications to just about every one of our 5 sandwiches and everyone was made correctly. Customer service was amazing as well, very friendly. We will def order again before we go back to new york.

Not sure who the lady was that took care of my order I think she was the manager ..around 5:20pm 6-8-23. Anyway I made a couple order mistakes and she took care of it she was awesome!! Thank you for today
