MOLD OR DIRT IN MY ICE WATER AND MOLD ON MY DONUT. So nasty. Noticed multiple flies in window of the dunkin as well. And the employees were so rude and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE.

Consistently poor service at counter. Negative attitude and perhaps communication problem. Manager hovers over new employees threatening one regular customer," be nice or she won't put salt" in his bag. The customer appeared calm and pleasant. Did not understand manager 's treatment or her training skills or lack thereof. High turnover and manager's behavoir leads to consistent bad service. Perhaps the worst of any Dunkins.

I decided To go as my 1st time and I shall say the hash Browns were soggy they looked good but was rushed out the fryer or oven, the bacon was so greasy I understand its bacon but I worked in fast food someone put it in without draining properly the sandwich had no taste i ordered a Sausage egg and cheese croissant the iced latte was good but the refreshers has no taste it taste like watered down strawberry drink

The food was regular. It's just the service...the people did not look like they wanted to be there. No smiles. They even got my order wrong because the one who took my order didn't listen to me. Had to be redone. It's conveniently close to where we were staying but, we didn't go again for that reason.

Came by the drive thru & coffe was served cold. I also didn't like that the guy took my card somewhere I could not see to charge me.

After working a 14 hour shift I decided to get a coffee prior to driving home since my commute is over a hour, I sat at the drive through for a good 10 minutes and decided to go in, right away the staff was rude, not sure if it was because they were closing in 25 minutes but they definitely weren't friendly. I've never seen someone roll their eyes and mumble curse words under their breath to a customer before. Usually, there is good service at Dunkin in general, but this time, it wasn't the case.

One of the best Dunkin’s I’ve been to. We had a group order of 6 people and everything was fresh and hot. If you’re in the mood for Dunkin this is an amazing one 👍🏻.

Food was ok. But waited forever in drive thru line, and then waited forever again for the food to come out. Honestly it was embarrassing. Why don't the staff ask you to pull ahead and then run the food to your car? I understand it gets busy but they have to get it together in there.. Do not go here! Drive out of your way for somewhere else!
