The food was amazing. Great flavor and fresh. The only downside was that we were LURED in to do the three course for $19.99 which includes one salad, one main and a dessert. Unfortunately when they brought the main course we asked about the salad and they said because we did not said any about a salad they would charge a full menu price for what we ordered. We made clear that we wanted the three course and the waiter said that it was too late for that but he could ask the owner who promptly denied our request. So one was again the food was great but be careful with the way they try to lure you in and take your money.

Came in with my family and everything was perfect, from the service all the way down to the food! We are hard to please but we were very impressed and satisfied with all our meals. Calamari was great along with the chicken parmigiana. The desserts were also delicious. If you’re hungry on 5th ave come here for a fulfilling meal

5th street was super busy on a Thursday night and for all the places that told us no availability, we were able to get a table at Roma. I am very grateful for the availability because we had such a nice dinner here. Shelby was our waitress and gave us warning that the kitchen would be backed up. We ordered drinks in the meantime along with the focaccia appetizer. Shelby made me a nice refreshing virgin cocktail and the focaccia appetizer was the perfect amount for us four to share while waiting for our main courses. It was a perfect dish! The mushroom risotto was creamy and well seasoned. I appreciated the plentiful mushrooms! It was also very filling so I had leftovers. My husband really enjoyed the ossobuco as well. My dad ordered the caesar salad with salmon (to be tender and not overcooked) and Shelby communicated this well to the chef because it came out just right. To top off the attentive, friendly service by Shelby and yummy dinner, I had a decaf cappuccino. Shelby said she makes a good one and she was absolutely right! It was the best I've had in so so long. It also came with a little almond anise cookie that paired well. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner and we are not easy to please. If she is working, I hope you get Shelby as your waitress!

We like this restaurant. Unpretentious, food is good and the service was always friendly. There are not many restaurants we like on 5th Ave South after the Mangrove Cafe closed, but this is definitely our favorite, even when compared to the most expensive ones. I like most the chicken parmigiana and my wife likes the salmon.

Great service but more importantly EXCELLENT food. My little ones loved it too. The owner was very kind to my kiddos too. He came over to welcome us and then when my kids went to tell him they loved the food, he requested a picture. All around great experience. We will be back.

The food was delicious! Everyone agreed that the item we each ordered was better than the same thing we've had at other places. The restaurant was quiet with plenty of space between customers. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. It was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. We definitely recommend.

We had our party yesterday at Roma’s and I can’t thank them enough. Lidia did a wonderful job decorating the place for us as a surprise. Edmond the owner/ chef prepared delicious food for us. We had such a great time. The staff was really nice and very professional. Thank you for such an awesome evening.

Price: $$ Food: Our food was freshly prepared as ordered with good quality ingredients. The meatball appetizer and the pasta with salmon were excellent. The pizza and chicken salad got second place and third place respectively. Ambience: They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, but it is limited outside. The inside is modern and nicely decorated, but if the doors are open, it can get stuffy. Service: Great at this lunchtime visit. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Bottom Line: Roma Italian Bistro & Pizzeria offers its guests quality food in an atmosphere that feels quaint for 5th. Get a seat outside if possible and if you’re particular about your pizza, you might be more pleased with the pasta.

We went next door with a party of 16 on December 2, 2023 and were welcomed by a run greeter so we went next door to Roma and the greeter and staff could not have been more accommodating. We will keep coming back just because the staff was so kind and helpful. Food was great too!

Sandra was a fantastic waitress. She was knowledgeable and set our expectations that it would be a wait for the food because they were busy. The food was amazing. Chicken Parm, salads, pizza and homemade bread. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect meal. The drinks and service were excellent. I cannot give 10 stars or I would have. The food was better than great. I wish they had a place this good in Boston. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of our favorite restaurant!! Staff is just amazing and the food is always consistent and just great. Hard to find a good chicken parmigiana that is always fantastic!! And they always remember us and that is alone is why we go here! It’s kinda the way they treat the locals. 😊😊

We ordered a cuatro fomarggio pizza and it did not have Gorgonzola at all. Then my wife ordered a chocolate lava cake and it was literally a piece of cake bought at restaurant depot that was ok at best. Service was good.

I would qualify this restaurant as an Italian restaurant with Italian chef but he forgot the lesson from his Italian mom. We started with a platter with very nice sausages but with frozen cheese. We have tried to use them as ice cups in our water, they were impossible to eat. The main was ok despite the Caesar salade even Cesare Cardini the founder of the salade had less ingredients but we were missing the egg lemon juice and Worcestersauce. The service was perfect and saved our evening. I hope the chef will follow their example.

So Good!!!! I wanted italian food. Authentic italian, I haven't had access to since NYC little Italy trip. I've been searching for THIS TASTE!! MY babies are picky eaters, and they ate everything ❤. The staff was friendly, music calm, beautiful spot. I am so happy the waitress came out to greet us while passing, 😉 smart. They are the real deal I can't wait to get back down to Naples to eat there again!!!

Good food, had the burrata salad with salmon. Took a little longer than expected for 4 before the lunch rush on a Saturday. Attentive staff.
