After a year of wanting to come to this place to be disappointed. The look in this place is super cool and the atmosphere is nice. But my first time coming here for a birthday turned into a BIG GIANT FLOP! Our “waitress” Im using that word lightly as she only spoke to us at most 5 times in over 2 hours.half of which was just her bringing the food. That brings me to the Biggest disappointment of the night my dinner. I ordered a full rack of St.Louis ribs(she mentioned it would be 40 min for our food) After an hour we finally received our dinner. My ribs were hot on the outside but when I bit into it COLD. Even my side dish, cold on the side and hot in the middle. After waiting 10 min to have her ask how the food was she took my food and left so I preceded to wait another 12 min for my re-heated food. The saving grace is my parties food was good. Idk when or if I will be returning but super disappointed in my dining experience.

If you like extreme quality food read this review.... When we go to a new restaurant we order A couple appetizers , Salad or soup or both and entrees. So that's why our bill was over a 100 each. But very very worth it. I would say that this is the best restaurant in Naples period. My wife spent 5 minutes eating one of the bacon wrapped dates. The octopus was amazing. The Cuban salad was delicious And fresh. The Various sauces that Are with each dish are incredible. The scallops my wife ordered was beautifully displayed and even more tasty. The Rib eye steak that I had was the best I've ever had at a restaurant Literally cut it with a fork. The service was great and very personable. Everyone should know about this place. Amazing!

Welcoming upscale BBQ restaurant. The waitress was very attentive and made sure she understood our request before submitting our order, she provided exceptional customer service. The food was very good, seasoned appropriately and very generous on the portions. I’m not a salt person at all and the collard greens where pretty good. I was able to taste the sugar so I would suggest a little light when adding it to the collard greens. The briskets were tender and cooked just perfect. We did enjoy a few other items off the menu and they were seasoned and tasted pretty good! Overall I would give this restaurant a 4 out of 5.

So I think I just had the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life. Wow! Everything was fantastic, from the sandwich to the salad to the fries. The fish dip was very tasty. All of the flavors were amazing, even without the different BBQ sauces. The chicken was amazingly soft and fresh. We went at @ 1pm on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy at all, but that could be because the weather was nice and everyone was at the beach. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

We had an amazing time. All 6 of us couldn’t stop complementing the food. Each of us got something different and we all loved it soo much. It was bday dinner and we really didn’t talk much to each other’s as we were so consumed by deliciousness of our food. Staff including Monika at the bar (who is the owner ) was the friendliest and most welcoming as could be. All together the most friendly, welcoming, pleasant place from the moment you walk through the door. Not to mention the epic food! Can’t wait to come back !

Good brisket, good short ribs. Macaroni had kick and so did the coleslaw! Awesome fries, sweet potato and corn bread. Even the Copperpoint beer was a good selection. As can be expected the smoked chicken breast were a little dry, maybe they should try smoked thighs like I make at home, much juicier. Chicken breasts are hard to keep moist, much less smoked breasts.

Great food. Scallops and pork belly entree was amazing. Fun drink menu. Service was lax after the orders were placed. Dessert was another story - pie was served on a bed of balsamic vinegar (!!) instead of chocolate molasses. Waitress was just unconcerned. Despite finally understanding the issue (mistake in the kitchen prep - understandable), she left it on our bill and there no managerial acknowledgment. Diner at next table said something was significantly sour in her entree as well…

How do I even describe this place? The flavors of the food are very well thought out. I've had the brisket sandwich and the kangaroo carpaccio, both were excellent! Desserts are awesome, too. What drew me in during my 5-night visit was the craft cocktail menu. What brought me back was Monika's friendlessness. I sat at the bar both nights and felt instantly at home. If I lived in Naples, I'd be here many times a month.

10 stars review!!! Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! The portions were generous and excellent food quality. I especially enjoyed the customer service, Monika is so nice and took great care of us. I noticed a lot of locals and repeat customers. That says a lot! I can’t wait to return for our next BBQ adventure.

Was our first time at Fuse and we could not of enjoyed it more then we did. The menu is diverse with so many great options, and the food was terrific. Great cocktail menu, expansive wine list and the tuna was as good as I have ever had. Friendly staff, just a great overall experience. Looking forward to going back again soon!

We just finished up another amazing meal. We’ve eaten here multiple times & always try to bring out of town guests. Their food is always fresh & delicious. They also have all of their gluten free items marked on the menu. Love their bbq & their collard greens are to die for. Their newest item on the menu is the burnt ends & the boneless short ribs.

This place is nuts (in a great way)! I saw Fuse after grabbing a cuban sandwich from Van Vans (good sandwich btw). I went in the next day with not very high expectations. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be the understatement of the year. The atmosphere was super cool. Laidback vibe with cool lighting and a hip feel. I sat down and ordered from the bar. I didn’t get my servers name but she was super nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted (looked at the website) and ordered the pork belly & pimento sandwich with a side of pepperoni mac n’ cheese (yeah you read that right). TL;DR: Best meal I’ve had in Naples hands down! The pork belly was like butter and contrasted so nicely with the crispiness of the fried onions and jalapeños. The flavor was all there and blended nicely. The pepperoni mac was also delicious and bursting with flavor. If I had to nitpick (and it would be nitpicking) would be dicing the pepperoni smaller and spreading it throughout. At the end of the day though this place is knock your socks off. 5 stars all the way!!!

Decided to try Fuse last night and had a great experience. When we arrived, the hostess advised that they’re only taking customers that have a reservation but bar seating is available. We grabbed 2 seats at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by the bartender, Monica. She is amazing and very attentive! For the appetizer, we ordered the bbq bao buns. Delicious!! For the entree, my husband ordered the pork chop which he enjoyed and I ordered the boneless short ribs with a side of the mac and cheese. I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese but my husband thought it was good. The short ribs were delicious! There were a ton of things on the menu that sounded great so we’ll definitely be back!

Saw all the positive reviews and as a big smoked meat fan wanted to try. I had the platter which included 4 meats and 2 small sides for $58. Each meat was ~1/3 pound totaling around 1.33 pounds of meat. For $58 with 2 small sides that is super pricey. I believe I saw on old posts that this platter used to cost low $40’s which IMO is where it should be priced. My wife had the octopus app as her main which she said was good. I was very surprised they wouldn't allow any substitutions or even having a part of the dish on the side which I found odd in today’s world with people’s dietary restrictions . Our waiter was ok. Not the friendliest but fine. Prices for this restaurant are definitely on the higher side and located in a strip mall where you don’t get that scenery either.

Food was very good, definitely the best BBQ I've had in this town. Can't wait to go back & try their other food.

So delicious. We had the short ribs. It melted in our mouths. The Cuban salad was refreshing. The stuffed dates were too sweet but the flavors worked well together. Service was attentive and courteous.

Definitely worth a visit! Not the fastest but everything is delicious. Very tender meat with awesome flavor and the bbq sauces are great. Share or take some home with you because I highly recommend saving room for the southern curiosity dessert, which isn’t super sweet but it is very well balanced. YUM!

Stopped by for the first time today with a friend. Had an excellent lunch, started off with 2 brisket tacos( their daily special) and those were packed with flavor, fresh onions, guac, and tender juicy brisket. We then split a BBQ platter and everything on there was absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of the pork ribs, they were to die for. Sides were fine, nothing to write home about. Atmosphere is great, very quiet and not like your typical loud and noisy BBQ place. Very good place for lunch, business or casual. Highly recommend.

I went to Fuse for Father's day with my dad and his wife. We had tried a ton of different foods including the octopus appetizer, which is phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and delivered all of our food as quickly as they could. I had a wonderful time!

Amazing family run bar, with absolutely astounding food. It’s awesome warm blend of cultures and cuisine reflects the rich heritage of the owners, and the sheer care with which the food and service is delivered speaks volumes about their passion. Taking a seat at the bar is like coming home to family, and I can only envy the locals who get to do this on a daily basis. Very sophisticated BBQ restaurant. Interesting. Yet, I would rather have my BBQ not so fancy and more relax. The plates coming out were “aaaahhh” and “woooww”. And I am most than sure that they tasted like that. My chicken was extraordinary enchanting to my palate. I kept craving it for days, seriously. The artichoke appetizer was creamy and tingly tasty. The could be more generous with the toasts, which were amazing. Expensive. Very. But worth the try.

What an amazing experience. The food was incredible. The service was great too...treat yourself to a culinary journey with the scallops and pork belly...or the slow cooked beef short ribs. The presentation of the dishes needs definitely work. Great job and thanks for a great meal!

Known for their burnt ends on Wednesday & Thursdays only, "if" you go and they're out, definitely try the tuna. My gosh best in Naples including 5th, Venetian Village or Mercado. This husband and wife team know how to run a restaurant. See Monica at the bar.

Alli and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to our family. We have a toddler and though I wouldn't necessarily call this a kid friendly spot, they definitely made us feel comfortable. The food was amazing! Try the dino-bone and duck confit, delicious! And the mocktails were on point. Thanks for a wonder evening out.

BBQ best I ever had. Will definitely come back. Chef is extremely talented to be able to smoke the meat with perfection. If I could speak to him/her personally I would tell him to lose the pepperoni in the Mac and cheese. We have enough smoked meats, plus the pepperoni causes the Mac and cheese to coagulate. Make a traditional creamy cheddar Mac and your guests will love you for it. Also the slaw was bland. Unfortunately what happens is you wowed us with the salads and entrees but the sides, although we’re very fresh lacked yumminess. Great food, great place.
