My
family
and
I
went
to
eat
here
earlier
for
lunch
and
were
seated
by
the
staff.
Our
waitress
introduced
herself,
took
our
order
for
the
drinks
and
food
and
that
was
about
the
last
time
we
ever
saw
her.
Never
came
back
to
ask
how
was
the
food,
if
we
needed
refills,
napkins,
etc.
In
other
words,
she
did
not
do
her
job
which
is
to
provide
service.
Instead
she
was
gossiping
the
entire
time
and
clacking
her
nails.
We
brought
it
up
with
the
owner
and
he
acted
like
he
went
outside
to
speak
to
the
waitress
but
nothing
was
said
or
done.
The
owner
never
addressed
our
issue
nor
did
the
waitress.
Again,
she
just
gave
us
the
bill
and
that
was
it.
In
order
to
get
anyone's
attention,
you
had
to
physically
raise
your
hand
and
say
something.
After
the
bill
was
paid,
it
was
found
out
that
the
tip
was
included
which
was
stated
after
the
fact
explaining
the
reason
why
the
waitress
did
not
care.
When
we
brought
up
our
concerns,
the
manager
hid
in
the
kitchen
and
sent
another
employee
to
speak
to
us.
That
employee
stated
it
is
a
"team
effort"
at
the
restaurant
which
did
not
make
sense
either
because
none
of
the
other
waitresses
helped
us.
Good
thing
they
aren't
playing
for
the
super
bowl
otherwise
it
would
be
embarrassing.
The
issue
was
not
the
food
but
the
service
that
was
provided.
They
never
showed
any
manners
either.
For
a
family
establishment,
they
need
do
a
better
job
with
keeping
the
customers
happy.
Not
worrying
to
make
sure
they
get
every
penny
when
the
service
sucks.

I
