My family and I went to eat here earlier for lunch and were seated by the staff. Our waitress introduced herself, took our order for the drinks and food and that was about the last time we ever saw her. Never came back to ask how was the food, if we needed refills, napkins, etc. In other words, she did not do her job which is to provide service. Instead she was gossiping the entire time and clacking her nails. We brought it up with the owner and he acted like he went outside to speak to the waitress but nothing was said or done. The owner never addressed our issue nor did the waitress. Again, she just gave us the bill and that was it. In order to get anyone's attention, you had to physically raise your hand and say something. After the bill was paid, it was found out that the tip was included which was stated after the fact explaining the reason why the waitress did not care. When we brought up our concerns, the manager hid in the kitchen and sent another employee to speak to us. That employee stated it is a "team effort" at the restaurant which did not make sense either because none of the other waitresses helped us. Good thing they aren't playing for the super bowl otherwise it would be embarrassing. The issue was not the food but the service that was provided. They never showed any manners either. For a family establishment, they need do a better job with keeping the customers happy. Not worrying to make sure they get every penny when the service sucks. I came here for the first time today with my family. I ordered the Tagliatelle with beef and after waiting over 30 mins I can safely say it was one of the worst pasta dishes I’ve tasted. Not only did it have barely any flavor (missing salt) but it was cold and drowning in meat. I tried the lasagna of one of my cousins and it was also missing salt. My other cousin ordered pizza and it was the best out of the dishes. I would give the pizza a 6.4. Would not recommend this place if you want good authentic italian food.

if you're going to come here (which i do not suggest) and order a salad, expect an inedible amount of dressing. the whole plate was covered in it. gross. told our waiter and all he did was repeat what we said and take the plate away. no offer to remake it or take it off the bill — nothing. we were visited more times by flies than our waiter. other customers resorted to approaching the bar to order due to lack of service. paid $12 for a plate of dressing and i am not happy. the bruschetta was good in flavor, but needs less garlic (never thought i'd say that) and firmer bread. kids meal was $18 for a small plate of pasta and butter…insane. will not be coming back here!

Great food. Reasonable lunch pricing and great quality. Tables are set a bit tight if I wanted to look for anything to complain. But overall great experience and a pleasant positive surprise. We were hungry so we did not took pictures.

Great dinner. The food was great as well as the atmosphere and service. The bruschetta and caprese salad is amazing.

Had a beautiful dinner sitting outside at L’Olive. Felipe was a great, attentive server and the Octopus Appetizer and Pizza were truly amazing, I will be coming back for sure!

Not the best Italian food I've ever had; the service wasn't bad. No a/c inside the restaurant (or it wasn't on/working). I wouldn't visit again when I come back to Naples.

This meal cost over $100 and they served me chicken pieces instead of a chicken breast on my chicken fettuccini. Super greasy and no bread. Very Sad. Our server was lost for most our meal. Multiple customers left with out eating. They were the smart ones.

I wish I took a picture before I ate the amazing lobster pasta I ordered. It was delicious. Our server was amazing as well and on point with service. I do recommend this place while visiting Naples.

On fifth Ave in Naples, this is a place you can go and actually get seated on your reservation on time. Food was great, but from the reviews, I would stay away from fish and margherita pizza. Anna our server was new but very accommodating. The hostess sat us right away. All the menu items we had for a group of four was wonderfully tasting. Overall, I would go back because of the service, no wait, and the food. We waited at two other places and one of them was Thai Sushi Downtown and they could care less whether you got seated or not.

The food was great. Servers worked very hard and did a great job. One check for 19 people is impossible to manage. We came up short on our collection towards the bill, and I'm afraid that the servers suffered. Though tip was included, some of us pitched in more for the servers....or so we intended.

Let’s just start out with DO NOT GO HERE! place is a scam, this was my fettuccine Alfredo which came exactly how it looks in the picture absolutely nasty looks like they just microwaved it or it was someone’s left overs. Luckily they didn’t charge me for it, pizza was ok. Drinks super over priced. Do not recommend. If I could give a place zero stars I would to this restaurant!!!

Went for early lunch Host a little gruff. Not to friendly. Order 2 glasses of Montepulciano. Ok. Perfect for lunch. Ordered calamari. Lightly battered and cooked just right. My wife and I split the Black Truffle Mushroom pizza. Ordered without mushrooms, but came with regular mushrooms and had to pick around them. Server was ok. Did what she had to do to get us the food. Never asked us for refills of anything or dessert.

Marina made the absolute BEST drinks for us. We were indecisive but described what we were looking for, and each round she perfectly executed each description to a T. My personal favorites included: white sangria, blood orange margarita and the key lime pie margarita. Service was 11/10, the food looked absolutely incredible, and I will be coming back. Amazing experience, could not recommend L’olivo Ristorante more!!!! (And ask for Marina she is the BEST!!!!!!!)

Absolutely wonderful Al fresco dinner. The staff was great! The nightly special was wonderful! Best tiramisu we’ve ever had! My husband was so excited to find a delicious Alfredo on Fifth Ave! We will recommend this restaurant!

Food was very good and tasty. Entered the restaurant because of the outside HAPPY HOUR hour sign . When we sat, we were given the dinner menu, in which prices were more expensive. We asked for the happy hour menu and were given the special Lunch menu. This didn’t have drinks 🍺 with happy hour prices. We had to ask one more time, go outside talk to the host and look again for the happy hour sign. Is very deceiving and we didn’t like that. I think they should give from the beginning all the options. Please improve that . Thank you

It was great experience, we were party of 16 people and we walked in, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us very quickly. They were very nice and organized. The food came in very fast and delicious. We ordered many different dishes, all of them were excellent. Definitely, will go back.

Downtown restaurant with outside seating though get prepared for three different types of music that compete which each other and can be a bit annoying as you can't talk to each other. Might be a one off though but it was really disturbing. Grouper sandwich was ok, could have done with some extra spices. Salad was fresh, tasted good. Drinks were ok but in General I found it a bit expensive for what it is, but it might be Naples Standard

Not great. My wife enjoyed her martinis. Her risotto was good too. The margherita pizza was terrible. It was not a traditional margherita pizza. It was a cheese pizza with tomato slices. It tasted worse than frozen pizza. And what kind of chef serves the bottom slice of the tomato on a pizza? Just awful! The meatballs were rubbery and tasted like Chef Boyardee. Just not good.

A hit every time! My favorite seafood dish(Caciucco) never misses- had a birthday get together here for my wife and we all enjoyed the fabulous drinks and friendly servers. Everyone there was willing to assist us for our smallest requests. And they easily took care of our Gluten Free requests for my daughter which was very nice- and the gluten free pizza was delicious!

We were walking on fifth and we’re looking for an Italian restaurant to have dinner and this restaurant looked really nice from the outside so we decided to try it out and it was one of the best Italian restaurant we’ve ever been to first the staff were really welcoming and friendly second the pasta was homemade very flavorful very tasty definitely recommended

Excellent! We enjoyed their Early Dining Menu - 3 courses for $22.99 and Happy Hour - $5 wines. Their pasta is homemade and oh so delicious and man oh man, their homemade tiramisu is just heavenly!

We were party of 6 Food was very tasty and delicious! Love their homemade pastas servers were very friendly and welcoming our server made us feel comfortable like we eating at home excellent service food was outstanding felt like we were eating in little Italy I hade the best homemade pasta amazing atmosphere and company their wine was fresh and very amazing out creamburle was absolutely delicious we finished the night on the bar with an amazing bartender she was really open to make us try the best cocktails and drinks 10/10 definitely coming back we recommend this place !

This restaurant was all over the place when we came. The waiters were running everywhere, the kitchen got hammered by a big table. They were constantly apologizing for the waiting times which was fine I guess. I actually timed how long it would take them to refill my completely finished water- 8 minute and 38 seconds. Yikes. The food was a little better though. Meatballs ($16) were limited to just 3 but were very juicy with a great tomato and pesto sauce. Seafood pasta ($30) was skimpy on the amount of seafood, and the amount of pasta and we were left hungry after finishing. It was fresh and the sauce was again good. When the check arrived, she charged us an extra $10 for two drinks, even after when she asked us if we wanted a second drink we strictly said no. (We only got one drink). Our waitress didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Btw if the restaurant is reading this, please fix your menu!!! There are 15 different fonts and sizes of text on the paper, and so many punctuation, capitalization, and spelling mistakes! Not a good look at all.
