I ordered 3 veggie tacos with sides however half my order was missing. The tacos that they did make had 1 piece of bell pepper and Lettuce. What the actual heck! When I took the order back and asked to remake the attitude of the employees was absolutely ridiculous. Never once apologized. Told me they were out of veggies and that they are very busy. Took the food and threw it in the garbage and rolled their eyes at me. Worst service and absolutely unprofessional behavior.

Just rude from the start, so…. We’ll be sticking to other locations. We got 8 bowls/ burritos from someone else’s order, in 2 bags marked with my name , so the delivery driver was not to blame. I thought it was a little funny at first so I called to ask about the problem. When I called the store to ask about our order what I should do about the extra 8 meals, they immediately took an attitude and told me “refund or come in and get it. We’re busy” so I just asked for a refund, and she repeated the options again, so I asked for a refund again, to which she told me I was wrong and she was looking at my bag. Offered to send a picture of the two I had too, but there was 0% chance she was gonna de-escalate so I just hung up, win some ya lose some lol.

Went in on 7-18-23 @ around 03:05 PM. This location was once known for its quality, being downtown Naples and all. Those days are long over though. Nothing now but a bunch of ghetto gen z kids that all deserve the “not my fu*k^*g job” award. Stood at the beginning of the queue in a completely empty restaurant. 10 minutes before anyone attended me. I was made to wait that long all for a poorly wrapped, double tortilla, veggie burrito, where half the toppings fell out during its assembly and folding. No napkins or utensil, trash bins full to the brim. The bathroom a mess. Employees more interested in laughing and joking with one another than actually working, typical of this generation. I just don’t understand, I was LITERALLY the only person in the restaurant. Disgusting. I feel stolen from after paying for my meal.

Never knew eating at chipotle would be risky. I got a piece of wood in my burrito and almost chocked to death. I just want you to know that this is a major problem you got on your hands.

Im not one to complain normally but this chipotle experience is unforgettable... I placed an order online as I usually do and normally have a perfectly fine experience. This time I placed my order and my burrito as well the burrito bowl order I placed was noticeably cold, as if it was made much earlier then 15 minutes before my pick up time. More over, my burrito was made incorrectly and not enjoyable (having rips on the side and only being held together by the tin foil). To top it all of as my friend was finishing his burrito bowl and he noticed a hair in the bottom of bowl on one of the beans. UNACCEPTABLE. I called to complain and get a refund and I got placed on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. After calling back I got in touch with another manager on duty and he let me know I could get a refund or my order made over. I will 100% be following back up to make sure I receive my refund. I hold chipotle to a much higher standard than this based on my previous experiences.

There was so much food on the floor and tables that I could have made enough burritos to feed myself for a week. Maybe something happened when I went but, I don't think I have ever been to a place where I had 3 employees staring at me for 5 minutes before someone that was sweeping stopped to come over and help me while the rest of everyone continued to stand there like cactus waiting for rain. After he got everything for me, he went back to cleaning up and he was the only person there doing a good job and he didnt do anything special but everyone else was so bad, him just taking my order made him great. After the food was made, no one was at the register, and the same thing happened where I was looking at people who fell asleep standing up. After 2 minutes of waiting, I said "hey take my payment, I want to get going," she ignored me. Same thing with another person standing there pretending I wasn't real. Finally, I just took my food, put down some money, and left. This might be the first time I am writing about a bad experience at a restaurant, but it will also be the last time I EVER go to Chipotle ever again. Honestly, the corperate side of this clown show should shut this down just to save them the embarrassing ties of being even associated with this place.

i’m not one to complain and write negative reviews or even reviews at all but the trash cans were overflowing and gross, there was food all over the floor, the tables were covered in spilled food, i stood in line (i was the only one in line) while the person taking my order spent 5 minutes putting gloves on and looking around before she even looked at me to take my order it was so bizarre 💀 anyways it was rlly dirty in there and i felt grossed out even drinking from their fountain drinks. i do not recommend this place ! just go to the one in mercato lol it’s much better

This chipotle has to be the worst run restaurant in Florida. The Carne Asada I had last week was an unedible because of the amount of grizzle and fat chopped up in the meat. I showed it to the manager before throwing it into the garbage. It should be no surprise. All you need to do is look around. The place is disgusting. All the tables have food all over them. There’s garbage everywhere, and the prep stations would be shut down by the health department in one second if they walked in. I wish I could say this was a one off, but I’ve tried this chipotle two or three times over the last couple of years and it’s always been the same. This restaurant needs an intervention by corporate immediately.

Bad customer service. Asked for salt, was told they can’t give out salt because it would jeopardize the health of their employees because the salt came out of the kitchen. Makes me wonder where the food comes from ???

This location and all the staff are extremely accommodating and went above and beyond. Mr. Payero helped me swiftly and made my overall experience a pleasant one. Pay them more.

Avoid Sunday night. Yikes. Slow. Had to refold my burrito. Chips were stale. Normally, this is the better location. **Update - lately this location has been a hot mess. No chips. Dried out rice. Messed up orders. Dirty tables (probably due to being busy/understaffed).

I was blown away by the ambiance and attention to detail that this restaurant offers. If you live in the Naples Florida area you must go to enjoy a great meal prepared by the most experienced Chipotle style Mexican food. If you haven't been here you should be ashamed of yourself. Go to this restaurant and eat you will not be disappointed.

By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff is unbelievably incompetent. Who hires these people? Missing items, attention to detail is lacking. Had to wait 40 minutes for a pick up order while I watched 10+ customers get their food in front of me. You have 3 people working and one of your employees walks out the door to go vape in the parking lot. Hilarious. Meanwhile I have to ask 3 times for my pickup order to get started and then upon receiving my order they forget the chips. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

This place is usually good but when I got home I realized I received an almost full bag of half raw chips and half of it was crumbled up pieces. Some chips were wet and soggy as well. Also my bowl came completely open and not closed at all luckily it didn’t spill over. Quality control is definitely needed

Its Chipolte, what can you say. The food is always consistent; however, they need to better train the staff on how to properly present the food instead of just stuffing it all into the bowl.

Easily the best Chipotle in SW FL. The mobile orders are always right and on time, the staff is great, the line moves fast, and it's very clean. Chipotle needs more managers like this store has.

Unfortunately they don't valve there walk in customers more then there online customers. They posted a sign stating no Guacamole and are serving Guacamole 10ft away from me to online orders. They lost a customer for that.

If you want your food delivered and have it resemble nothing like your online order I highly recommend ordering from the Chipotle in Naples Plaza. What an “incredible” experience. Three bowls, two steak and one chicken. Romain lettuce? Nope, not on a single one. Two bags of chips? Nope, just one. Want to call the store to speak with someone? You can’t. Every time I order they mess it up. I recommend you stop hiring kindergarteners - give the public a fighting chance at enjoying their meal. They deserve it. After all, $50 for three bowls is way beyond the 10% inflation the current dithering senile president has gifted us with. I don’t want an apology. I don’t want a free meal. I don’t want coupons. I want food to turn up how I order it.

Delicious food and friendly staff. The price is ok for that kind of food. The "how to order" could be a little bit better explained on the shields over the counter. I liked that you could see exactly what the calories are for each and every item.
