This is my third time staying at the Hyatt House in Naples and unfortunately it will be my last. I booked a standard king room, the same as my first two stays (which were great). This third time is… not so great. The couches in the rooms have been removed and there is no sitting area, just an empty space. When I called the front desk to make sure I wasn’t crazy, they informed me that all the standard king rooms are like that. The room is also missing a nightstand lamp. I am here for a work trip, so I would have liked to come back to my room and sit on the couch and relax. That isn’t possible this time. The only place to sit is a solitary rolling chair, the bed, or one of the old footrests left over from where the couch used to be. I’m honestly flabbergasted at the choice to remove the couches and I have three more nights to spend in this hotel.

I was very displeased with this hotel. Upon check in, I thought everything would be okay but after spending an hour or 2 in the bedroom I realized we had made a big mistake coming to this property. I was in a king suite with a kitchenette and might I say it was far from pleasant. The bedroom was HOT. It’s as if the AC was not working at all. It was quite literally terrible. The living room area as well was very hot and humid. It was absolutely horrible. The restaurant downstairs was also awful. The waiter we had, had taken 3 of my family members orders and had left before the other 4 of us could even place out orders. Not only that, but when we brought it to the bar tenders attention, he had taken our orders at 7:57 pm and claimed that the kitchen would be closing in 3 minutes and he rushed to the back to make sure our order was being taken. we did not receive our order until 8:50 pm. Mind you, we only ordered nachos, a kids meal, and 2 burgers. All of that took almost an hour for them to supposedly make in the back. I will never be staying here again. This property and the management is an absolute joke. The rooms have no air conditioning and it’s hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. And the service is absolutely awful. There is no reason why I should’ve had to wait 2 hours for them to get me my food.

We recently stayed at this hotel for Christmas and had a very nice time. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and big. The dinner and lunch offered at the bar was delicious! Especially the salmon. The complimentary breakfast was good too with lots of choices. And the pool was heated! Which was nice as the temperature dropped very low during our stay. Thanks again Hyatt!

The hotel have a luxury’s beautiful looks, love the wooden looking floor, the room was clean amazing river view ….. however the restaurant was not so good. my daughter and I went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we waited for our food for more than 35 minutes and had a reservation. I also saw the food was overpriced and there was no bread given with the meals or nothing added to it. I really don’t like to complain or criticize places but I feel that since the pandemic everybody using an excuse not having enough staff but their still overpricing their food. I do however wanted to complement all the employee that was attending us at the restaurant there was super friendly and helpful….. I really appreciate you guys💕💕

I’ve stayed at The Hyatt House twice now and both times I have been disappointed. To start, in the bathroom the shower leaks outside and soaks the floor. Also, there is no ventilation and after a couple of minutes it becomes unbearable, and the door needs to be cracked open. There is no storage to put towels or other basic toiletries. The hotel itself has absolutely no insolation, and you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The pool doesn’t have enough seats for the amount of people that stay in the hotel, so we often found ourselves waking up early to run and get chairs or sitting on the floor. Another problem we ran into was that we wanted to walk to fifth avenue to get lunch/dinner but the hotel doesn’t offer any transportation. The location is nice because it’s close but not close enough to get all the chaos, however a twelve minute walk can feel to be thirty in the heat, and having a shuttle or golf carts to rent can solve that problem. The hotel is over a twenty minute walk to the beach, and the only form of “transportation” they offer is a business card of a guy that drives on tips, but doesn’t answer the phone! The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are the only reason I would come back to this hotel. The chef Jose Gonzalez makes incredible food, and the other waitress, waiters, and bartenders made our stay more enjoyable. They were extremely friendly, and timely on getting drinks/ food out, and helpful.

Great location adjacent with water and the famous Fifth avenue in <10 min walk. We were able to see dolphins (just dosal fins) in the morning from the bed. Some people complain about the noice from the private aircraft landing on the nearby airport, but it wasn’t an issue for us even during the high season in Naples. The staff at the bar was incredibly professional. The room was clean and the beds were plush. The only downside was there was no Kitchenette or microwave in the room (maybe just our room). Would recommend this hotel for visitors and vacationers alike.

We frequent this hotel. It's always enjoyable. 2023 was a rough stay. Supplies seemed low (towels and soaps) and there seemed to be a lot of no-seeums inside the halls and rooms. I am glad to see updates being made. It was time, and the finished sections looked good! Breakfasts were great, staff is always nice, we will return!

We had a great 3 days here. Loved everything about this hotel. The room was great and drinks and food were excellent. It was close to all the shops and restaurants in town. The only downside were airplanes flying overhead were noisy when were out by the pool.

Beautifully situated hotel on the water with a long dock, fire pit, outdoor games, pool, and Jacuzzi… the lobby is decorated beautifully in a nautical theme, full of turtle lamps, fish wall decoration, and jellyfish chandeliers… the rooms are spacious and up-to-date. The bed swear very comfortable. Just what you expect from Hyatt. The stuff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast buffet was fresh and yummy. The rooms definitely need a nightlight in the bathroom, a magnifying mirror and more hooks for clothes to hang though…

Beautiful place, the pool and hot tub are located on the view of the water. Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was our first vacation with our new born and the room was equipped with everything we needed. We came for two nights and ended up staying one more night. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

First time being here and had such a wonderful experience! All staff from the top, upper management on down were so accommodating and super friendly! I even witnessed the Assistant GM helping at the front desk and chatting with the guests...Talk about all hands on deck! Beautiful room, amenities and property grounds! Will definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful overall experience. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with nice river views. The boardwalk along the river is a nice place to have some drinks. They have boat rentals and excursions at the Hyatt property which we used and took a boat ride to keeywaiden. The food from the restaurant is pretty good, had snapper, grouper and burger. Improvements might include a nicer presentation in the bathroom and kitchen, both felt a little worn. Although $25 day parking is not too bad, they could have been transparent on the fee during booking (I booked direct)... didn't find out until I saw the the big sign at check in desk.

Rooms have great views and good wifi. But trash and sink were still full from previous guest when I arrived. Probably just an oversite. Sheets and towels are rough. Layout of shower is odd, and not all soaps are stocked/working. Conference area is nice and service excellent. Breakfast is solid for options and quality of a breakfast buffet. Lunches for conference were also very good.

Nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Right next to the bay giving you some great views. My boys enjoyed the ping pong table as well. Free breakfast. Parking is $25.

Hotel is located right on the water. Our room featured a water view, full kitchen, furnished and cleaned. Great location, walking distance to downtown Naples. Staff were courteous and professional. It was a beautiful time well spent there. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

I actually did not stay in the hotel but I attended a 3 days conference over there. The hotel ground is beautiful, clean and well maintain! But I just had to write a review for one their chef. Chef "Jose" is one of THE BEST cook ever. Everything we ate was well seasonned and delicious! He is an amazing asset to this hotel!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I love the Hyatt House and the beautiful views. The pool looks over water and is very relaxing. The staff is so helpful every time and the breakfast is always fresh with a great assortment. No matter where you are the staff is friendly and helpful with a smile. This is the experience we all hope for.

Love this hotel! I love took 1 star off because it costs $25 a day to park! We stayed in a very nice 1 bedroom unit with living room and kitchen. Bathroom had large shower with great water pressure. Handrails in shower were great and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel on the wall were appreciated! There was a nice table and stool in the bathroom to spread out too. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove - no oven. We had a pretty view of the river below. We stayed in Room 272 - it was close to the elevator (but not noisy at all) which was right near the exit door to the garage. It's on the second floor where we could park very easily and get to our room directly. We could also go down to the first floor and out to the gorgeous pool and hot tub right on the water. The pool was very large, warm and easy to get in and out of. We were offered drinks while in the pool just like we were in an island resort! We didn't have supper there but we enjoyed Happy Hour which was 4-6 I think. We had some great conch fritters and cuban pulled pork!

This place was clean, quiet, and had nice amenities but extremely over priced for what I got out of it. It was the only hotel with availability within a 2 hour drive of where I had to be due to the storm I'm sure but over $250 for a basic room looking at the front door/parking lot/street on the bottom floor is excessive. Staff was friendly and the restaurant in house was convenient but expensive as well. $60+ for a fish sandwich, vegetables, and fries without drinks. Overall good experience but their rates should be in the mid $100's for the street side rooms in my opinion.

The building is very nice and pool area is relaxing but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. We changed rooms due to the sofa being noticeably stained all over but the 2nd room had similar stains but at least less than the first, and this is with limited lighting as the rooms and hall ways are dimly lit. Lounge in the lobby is very expensive for what it is but I guess it somewhat evens out with the free breakfast. Service was average, overall.

I cannot understand the great reviews. The hotel rooms are so gross. My kids put on clean socks right before bed and no joke by morning the bottoms were black. The carpet is in dire need of a deep clean or replacement. Also, I am a dog lover, but there was an overwhelming number of dogs there during our stay. My husband is allergic and it was clear that dogs are allowed in every room. There were dogs constantly barking at or growling at my small children in the hallways and we saw a dog pee in the elevator. There seem to be no limits to what type of dog (size, breed, number, etc) as we saw multiple large dogs including pit bulls inside the hotel hallways. Not a pleasant experience as a mom with 3 small children.

I came here for a wedding on the marina!! I enjoyed being outdoors. The bride came in on a boat!! We had some difficulty hearing the nuptials at times since its busy with aircraft actiity overhead. The highlight for me was seeing the marine life! Such a beautiful thing 😍. My surprise came where the room was not up to date and things were in need of repair. The ballroom was set up very nicely and the service good though. Overall, it was a nice location.

Hyatt has been our sanctuary during and after Ian. Unfortunately, we have needed an extended stay and can't find anything more affordable however, if we had to be stuck anywhere this is the place! We are here with our daughter and the staff has been extraordinarily supportive, generous and kind. Even without power and water they made sure we had food. The Chef is an absolute genius making us his mom's soup, finding treats for our daughter, and once power restored ribs to return for. The night time manager had a party last night with live music to fill our souls and is always ready with a hug. Love and Matilda are always ready with a kind word and to play with our daughter. Asahi, the do everything beautiful man from Jamaica has been a Godsend. The night front desk always available to talk and laugh. Hyatt, we can't thank you enough for your kindness during this tragedy.

I have stayed in a few different places in Naples. This is definitely one of my favorites. It is a great location. Very close to restaurants, beaches and of course Fifth Ave. The service at the pool was top notch. My family and I enjoyed the food and drinks. We will be back to enjoy the wonderful amenities.

Room was nice and clean! Hotel is beautiful. It was right off the water, such a beautiful view. The pool was great! Friendly staff. Especially the executive Chef - he was awesome. It was a great location too. We were so close to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was yummy. Would definitely stay there again.
