What a wonderful place to stay. The moment i walked in and how the staff greeted me was really sweet. The service was by far the friendliest I've ever encountered at a hotel. Every sigle person was cheerful, kind, and helpful. The pool🌊 area is fantastic and so mesmerizing. Breakfast was fantastic and too yummy😋. The whole hotel was immaculate. I would stay here every single time I visit Naples. Thank you everyone for a great experience🥰🥰.

This hotel has the BEST guest services and amazing amenities to make your stay a great one! Henry and all other guest services agents made sure we always had what we needed - beach chairs, cold waters, bike rentals, etc. to make our girls trip special and unforgettable. He even surprised my mom with some sweet treats for her birthday ready for us in the hotel room after a day out at the beach! It honestly made her day. Everyone treated us so well and made our time a special one. Check out Shulas restaurant that’s connected to the hotel for a nice night of dining as well. Would HIGHLY recommend Hilton Naples for your next getaway!

We loved our stay at the Hilton Naples. The location is great and very central to the main beaches and attractions in the area. Parking is provided and convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. We had a king bed and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Shula’s is located in their hotel and you can opt to have breakfast provided. The food at Shula’s was absolutely top notch. Our breakfast was great every day and we ate there one night for dinner and were completely blown away. We ate at a lot of fancy restaurants but the dinner from Shula’s was one of the best of our trip. They provide a shuttle to and from the beach as well which makes things very easy. Highly recommend and will be back!

Stayed at the Hilton for our vacation and after getting engaged. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, with a particular shout out to Henry at the front desk who provided wonderful amenities after finding out about our engagement! Additional perks of the hotel include free shuttle service to Clam Pass beach and a great restaurant in the lobby (Shula’s). Hotel location is also a great mid point between downtown Naples and the Vanderbilt beach area. Would definitely recommend!

A++ Staff / Service at the Hilton Naples - Our stay was much more enjoyable and pleasant! Hotel provides you with complimentary beach chairs stocked with a towel and cold waters. The complimentary Shuttle Van to the beach was fantastic, especially on the weekend with limited parking. Pool area was comfortable and has a nice Italian / European feel. EVERYONE goes above and beyond - from S. at Concierge, to the check-in / check-out staff, and even the cleaning / housekeeping staff was SUPERB! Location is also great as it's so close to the beach and our ride to downtown / 5th Ave. Naples was under 10 minutes. The Shula's restaurant breakfast was tasty and very reasonable pricing. We also stayed at the Hilton Marco Island on this trip - there was NO comparison of quality of service (and friendliness) and value for money. There are NO huge resort fees or parking fees here either! Hilton Naples even provides complimentary high-end coffee / hot chocolate - a self service machine is available to guests all day / night. MANY THANKS to all for being caring and sincere... we had such a relaxing stay!! We'll be back...

Very good not great. We stayed in room 416 and with some cosmetic/refurb fixes could be great. See photos for mold, rust, cosmetic issues in that room that should be addressed. Excellent location. Shuttle to clam pass is good however the boardwalk in is very long. Service is fantastic as always. Pool is small but is nice if you don't want to venture to the beach. There's also a small hot tub. Covered parking is available for free! Excellent comfy beds and clean room/facilities.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. We were assigned a room that had an unpleasant and persistent odor. Consequently, my companion and I were compelled to request a room change at midnight. I appreciate your team’s prompt response in relocating us to another room. The second room we were given was free from any odor concerns, which was a relief. However, I was disappointment once again with the cleanliness standards in this room. It did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel of your reputation. The cleanliness of the accommodations is an aspect that I believe should be upheld without question.

From the moment I walked it, I was greeted and welcomed by all the wonderful staff! Jonah did an excellent job at informing me of all the hotel’s amazing amenities! One amenity was a shuttle service that took you to the beach which was driven by Perry! Perry was a real delight, informing me on the surrounding area. Henry at the front desk in the mornings was very kind, and Robert was also a hoot! The property was clean, fresh, and essential to my trip to Naples! Thank you so much.

Overall a great property! The only feedback I have is to have the front desk help customers when they need something. I needed to find a spot for an early morning zoom meeting and the front desk gentleman said he was sorry there was no options. A gentleman employee who worked out at the pool saw me trying to find a solution and helped me find a suitable spot for my meeting. His level of service needs to be mimicked by the front desk team.

We stayed at the Hilton Naples during Hurricane Ian. The Hilton team was incredible throughout this terrible event. They kept everyone fed and safe while dealing with their own personal challenges. And they did it will a smile. Diane at the front desk was always a delight and Gary keep the food flowing. We are all indebted to you…thank you very much.

Stay here over the Labor Day weekend, love this place. Room was clean, nice pool, fast elevator. Love the beach chair complimentary. Nick, the front desk staff, was great and funny. Would stay again.

Love this place! Michelle made this experience even more enjoyable, she was amazingly accommodating and understanding! Travelers are hard to deal with and they demand a lot, and it’s hard to find someone that is like Michelle. I hate asking for things because me, myself, also worked in hospitality, but she made me feel at home when I called about some issues. Thank you Michelle! Your hard work does not go unaccounted for! -smith

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. From the time I walked through the door the service was nothing less than perfect! The staff was absolutely amazing. Anytime I'm in Naples this will definitely be my first choice. Special thanks to Bee for the farewell customer service!

Beautiful property including a very nice outdoor pool. The rooms are standard but well appointed. What makes this a five star review is the service. This is most important. Henry at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Layla in the restaurant bar was marvelous and attentive. I will definitely return because of outstanding service like this

Mother/daughter stay. Everything was lovely. Accomodating staff. And then we went to the pool. The pool area is small and walled in. It was not inviting as I would expect from a Hilton. It was accessed through the garage. The hot tub, while working, had a rail down and wrapped in a tarp. The pool area felt closed in. We found it quite unpleasant. We enjoyed the location, the room and the service. However, it would have been nice to have comfortable pool time.

My last minute accomodations needs were well met, with outstanding customer service. The hotel and facilities are fantastic. The only thing I could suggest is later pool hours and actual balconies or screened doors that open, in the rooms. Shula's Steakhouse is also great and the stay overall was pleasurable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and clean, everybody is very friendly and mindful, breakfast is delicious. Especially Henry from the reception took care of us and we once again want to say "thank you" for this outstanding service.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, helpful & welcoming! We felt like we were at home! Their recommendations were perfect! The room was comfortable. The entire property was super clean! We were only minutes from the beach, restaurants & attractions! This is where we'll be each time we return to Naples!

Best Hilton on the gulf coast! I felt welcomed by the entire Hilton staff. Tommy and Jenna made my experience light and fun. Tommy helped me at the pool and we had a great conversation. Jenna found my lost items and held onto them for me in the morning. If you want a friendly, relaxing, and easy going vacation, come here. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute drive to the clam pass beach, which you will save $10 when riding with Hilton compared to parking there yourself. You can buy a reasonable breakfast with the food and beverage credit at Shula’s.

I feel that I stayed at a completely different hotel than the people who rated this place highly. I choose this hotel because I’m a Hilton Honors member and for the great reviews others provided. It is possible that I stayed at a lesser quality part of the hotel. Subpar room: The TV was a large size and the table space for working and eating were good. The bathroom was worn and old. Trim was rusted and there was significant damage due to past guest abuse. Ceiling really needed to be repainted. Hilariously under insulated sound proofing: I know the hotel can’t control noise and I could have easily called the front desk to resolve this. However, the sound insulation is non existent. You could hear conversations in other rooms and loud bass felt as if it was in your room. This would not be ideal if you are staying here for work. Small lobby: They aren’t equipped to handle meetings and guests at the same time. If there’s an event and you’re checking in, you may have a challenge. The check in desk has very little space to stand in line if there’s an event going on. You will walk into the lobby and be about 3 to 4 feet from a meeting check in table. They put up a makeshift fence to segregate the area. It just doesn’t work. Take the stairs: One of the two elevators was out. I know that this is outside of their control, but this is something you should factor in if you need to be somewhere on time. Waiting time in the morning and evenings were up to 7-10 minutes. Inconvenient location: The hotel wasn’t really close to anything meaningful. Naples is already crowded and congested and there nothing the hotel can do about location. Just factor this in if you’re considering this hotel. Staff were friendly: When I interacted with staff, they were friendly and accommodating. The valets appeared to be responsive out front. Be mindful of events: There was a wedding when I stayed here and it definitely impacts your stay. The hotel sectioned off a part of the pool which can be an issue if you have kids. As stated previously, if there’s an event, you will be impacted.

This hotel is fabulous!! The service was by far the nicest employees I have ever encountered at a hotel. Not one person was ever anything but happy, friendly, and helpful. The pool area is amazing. Breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. This hotel is older but it has charm and beauty. Is it the most up to date modern hotel, no but it’s beauty is amazing and the cleanliness is top notch. We Will be back and this is the best hotel in Naples!

Beautiful hotel. Loved having Shula's Steakhouse on the property. The room was clean and comfy. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Very nice location. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Naples, FL.

While the hotel appears clean and nice, I had multiple shopping bags of purchased goods taken from my room. I would not recommend. When I spoke to the manager about this, she was not helpful and would not offer any resolution. She even suggested housekeeping thought we had checked out already so that’s why they removed the shopping bags, I pointed out that all of our suitcases and toiletries were still in the room so we were obviously still occupying the room. My brother and his wife who stayed in another room had their privacy door hanger up bc they were smart and opted out of housekeeping, had a housekeeper walk in on them while they were in the room - even tho their privacy sign was on the door.

Exceptional experience and top-notch service at the Hilton Naples! The Hilton Naples was very clean and well kept. Shula's Restaurant (located within the hotel) served great food. The staff was amazing! Bella, Bithia, Diane and Robert were phenomenal. We are looking forward to our next trip to Naples/Hilton Naples. It was like pressing the EASY button. Thank you, Hilton Naples!!

I definitely would not recommend this hotel. We had initially booked the hotel for 2 nights and then about two weeks before our trip we extended the stay by two more nights. We were able to keep the same room, but they insisted it had to be under a different reservation. Originally, our nightly rate for the first two nights was about $200. Since we were keeping the same room, and since the person who helped us extend our stay didn't mention a change in rate, we assumed that would be the same rate for the two extra days of our stay. Boy, were we wrong. The additional two nights were charged at nearly $700/night. And to be honest, the room we were in shouldn't have cost more than $180/night. There wasn't anything wrong, per se, but it certainly wasn't nice. To make matters worse, after our first night, we realized there wasn't even a fitted sheet on our bed! The front desk wasn't helpful at all. Some quick tips if you stay here, make sure the agent you speak with tells you your nightly rate. If you like to stay in a nice hotel room, don't let the nightly rate of $700 fool you, you will be very disappointed.
