My husband and I came across this resort just 5 days prior. The sense of smallness and attention to detail won us over. Great location, spacious rooms, awesome customer service and very hospitable. Greeted with Champagne and departed with tips on next visit. Bar tender / waitress great!!! Check in and check out awesome (Mary). Mike shuttle service. I would definitely return.

We visited to eat at the London Club and loved the hotel. Very luxurious and tastefully decorated. The valet parking was polite, friendly, and efficient.

The property was amazing. The staff there are fantastic and truly make your stay pleasurable. They are also there to make your stay in the area so convenient. Bike rentals, shuttle service and all your beach items (umbrellas, towels and coolers) easily accessible. Would recommend to visit!

Hotel looks beautiful but when I booked, I got an email that my husband would have to authorize our stay if he didn’t check in with me. I thought this was a joke. The woman called me and even had the nerve to ask me: are you coming with your husband or are you coming with friends? Lol what? I canceled over the phone. Still haven’t received a cancellation confirmation via email. Such a shame it looks like a beautiful hotel but service is the most important component to an enjoyable stay. I could see this was already off to a bad start…

Got a block at the bellasera for my wedding. Everyone had an excellent time. The rooms are super comfortable and great for bigger groups. The shuttles are very accommodating, and the food options and pool are amazing!

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location! We were in town for a long weekend and were lucky enough to choose this resort. Conveniently located within walking distance to 5th Ave, close to the beaches, Tin City and even a quick trip down to Marco. The hotel and grounds are spotless, the staff is helpful and the Claw Bar Restaurant and speakeasy style London Club are great. Can't wait to go back!

Really nice hotel / condo set-up. Have stayed a number of times in different rooms - many of which are pretty dated and need some TLC. Pool area is very nice, location cannot be beat, and customer service is wonderful.

Literally cannot say enough good about this resort! Naples is my new found 'happy place' and this resort is within two blocks of all the live happenings on Fifth Avenue! Not a regular hotel, the accommodations are 'condo style'. I had an amazing suite style condo on the second floor in the first building. I thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee in the lobby, then venturing to the nearby sights to see - pool time in the afternoon was always most relaxing. I loved the on-site 'Claw Bar'! Bartender Brian catered to me several evenings & was very hospitable with his friendly personality and mastering of Gin & Tonics to my liking! It was a fantastic week in beautiful Naples at this resort and I look forward to many returns, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you all!

I highly recommend the Bellasera Hotel! The check-in experience was awesome. We were greeted with glasses of champagne and our child got to pick out a toy. The hotel grounds including the pool were very clean and well-kept. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and all appliances were updated. Parking is easy and the location is great. We have no complaints and would definitely stay there again!

What a lovely, charming place. My Husband I have stayed here twice now and what a nice place. The rooms are like little apartments and very well appointed. If you wanted to stay all week and cook in one night you certainly could, as the kitchen was all furnished. Really nice and will stay again, if ever back to Naples. Thank you!

This place is CLEAN. It's a very nice apartment hotel, with fantastic restaurant and service, but what really sets it apart is how incredibly clean the rooms, hallways and common areas are.. absolutely fantastic!

the wifi has been terrible for a couple of weeks and then just stopped fully connecting. everytime i contacted the staff about the issue they said that the wifi was working fine. I could not do any work or try to watch any tv.

The hotel was like an apartment. I felt like I was home. The apartment had everything that I needed. Definitely recommend.

This condo style resort exceeded our expectations. Not only are the rooms very accommodating, the restaurants are exceptional and the location is perfect. We’re big on customer service and Gabriella at the front desk was so personable and accommodating!!

The location is amazing with easy access to shops and restaurants. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment—-spacious and very clean!! The Claw Bar restaurant and service at the pool were outstanding, as was the food. I highly recommend this place!

This was a surprise stay for my Birthday from my boyfriend. Our weekend started off with him breaking his foot on the way out the door of the house! When we arrived the Staff was not only accommodating, but they truly went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! I have always loved the Decor and ambience here, and the amazing Aroma when you enter the Lobby is just amazing! Gabby at the Front Desk, Andy outside at Bell Services , Chris by the Pool & Dining, and Field outside at Bell Services Went over and above, they are truly an Asset to this Resort! Bellasera highly recommended, we will be back!

Beautiful resort...the rooms are more than adequate and most all if not all of them have a screened room outside. The pool are is gorgeous with all the cabanas and trees...gives off a very tropical vibe. Plus...a short walk for shopping and going to the beach. 10 out of 10. Loved it!!!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite at the Bellasera Resort. The suite was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Located very close to the downtown restaurants and Galleries. One of the best features we enjoyed was the complementary shuttles to the beach and surrounding areas as parking can be tough to find. They also had available for guest, umbrellas, chairs, cooler for the beach. The staff was always so helpful and friendly. We will be back

This was my all-time favorite hotel stay. It had the high class feel of the Ritz-Carlton, but all interactions with staff at every level made me feel like I was staying at my best friend's house. The rooms are unparalleled. The amenities were phenomenal from the pool to the fitness room to the shuttle to the complimentary beach equipment. The Claw Bar is a spectacular find, and the London Club provided a swanky, fun date night while our kids enjoyed a movie night in the room. I cannot wait to return to this resort in the very near future!

My family and I had a great stay here. It greatly exceeded my expectations for the resort. It had all the amenities you can need. It had an awesome bar with friendly staff. It also has a restaurant with delicious food. I haven’t even mentioned the awesome jazz bar with excellent service. The place was so clean and they met all of our needs. We will recommend this place to everyone. My family and I are definitely coming back!

Everything was wonderful, the staff is especially exceptional! We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo, that was completely well stocked. The pool area was beautiful, water was nice & warm. Pool service was a nice added touch! Bell service was exceptional as well! It is within walking distance to 5th Avenue & Tin City. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it but a wonderful service to have nice beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & free shuttle to the beach!
