What a fabulous hotel. It’s the perfect location located on fifth Avenue in beautiful downtown Naples. We spent three nights here in the club level building. It is first class all the way. Lea at the front desk was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was the best. We definitely will return

Has recently changed ownership/management and no longer has 5 star service. Facilities were same luxury as always. Upon check-in, they did not have the room we booked (king- gave us 2 doubles). Front desk could not problem solve. Said they were out of Kings and could put us on concierge level for 2.5 times the price. We weren't looking for an upgrade- just the room we booked. Day 2-upon returning from dinner, our keys did not work. Walked down to front desk, said "computer had checked us out"- we had booked a 3 night stay. New keys and back to the same old room. At our check out, the bill was incorrect. Had the wrong rate for the last 2 nights and charged us valet. The person at the front desk said she couldn't do anything about it. We insisted she talk to a manger or figure it out. After waiting, it was corrected. Common phrase from the front desk is" I can't do anything about it". This is not 5 star service. Sad that the hotel has gone downhill is such a short time. It can be corrected if management wants to.

We had an incredible time on our visit. The rooftop pool area with hot tub was exceptional, and much needed after a long day. Would recommend!

We're not pleased about daily resort fees of $30 that the new owners instituted. Our room was not in the best location. Apparently, it was right above the delivery access and were awakened each morning by trucks before 7 am. The staff is friendly and professional. The free local shuttle is a plus to visit the beach and restaurants. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed our time however the resort fee and deliveries will have us looking elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic room and service. Loved the convenient location. The pool was great but became noisy when a reception started.

I never got a confirmation of the reservation, and was charged a rate a bit higher than anticipated, without my consent. I was upgraded, but unclear whether I was charged for that upgrade. I would also note, I didn't sign a contract with the agreed upon rate I have been calling many times over with the managers insisting that I consented to this (I did not). I am not hopeful that we will come to an agreement, and am disappointed in the service.

The fact that this place is considered a 4stat hotel blows my mind. I've stayed in 2 star places that are nicer than this. From what I've heard, the place used to be great but has recently come under new ownership and his going down hill fast, so don't be fooled by all the old great reviews. From when we checked to when we left it was nothing but problems. No one offered to help with bags or show us to our rooms, no one gave us any information about the amenities. Our keys cards failed 3 times in 24hrs so we had to keep walking back and fourth to have them fixed. I paid for an extended check out time of 5pm, but was still called and harassed about not checking out at noon. Our room was not as pictured, not tub, and the power would flicker on and off every 30 minutes or so resetting the TV. There was 2 tiny water bottles in the room and that's it, no Qtips, no combs, basically you get what you'd expect from a 2 star place. The pool/hot tub they showed in the pictures is part of a club member place across the street that you don't get access to, and the pool at this one was just not that nice. I was drastically over charged, and the only reason it was corrected was because I caught it as I was leaving. When ever I asked staff a question the staff seemed clueless. We also used the spa while we were here, and that was awful, the saunas were out of order, and while everyone was friendly, they again overcharged us, claiming that all the prices posted around the hotel, and the prices online were outdated. I will note that my wife and I are not some yuppies with ridiculous standards, if this place was half the price and a 2 star hotel, it would've been acceptable, but with being a 4 star place anyone would expect a lot more. All these things that were missing made our whole experience disappointing. I recommend you stay pretty much anywhere else, because at this price it is horribly overrated.

Great location to walk around all the restaurants, shops and nearby beach. Clean room, bathroom, super comfy bed, and quiet . Hotel has great decor, with friendly staff. Price for one night adds up after all the taxes, parking and fees but thats the norm in Naples. We enjoyed the steam and sauna, very relaxing. Recommend offering a drink to guests upon arrival

This hotel was great at first, but what made it absolutely exceptional was the service. In particular, Victoria made our stay incredible. She works in the hotel bar and various places, when we would order dinner she would set it up by the pool and make it look like a 5 star restaurant. She was so kind to my parents, especially my father as we have had some serious health problems. One night, she even took time to talk to my dad about it and encourage him to keep fighting, something he always needs!! She was exceptionally, so impressed by her and the rest of the staff

What is going on here? For this caliber of hotel, I'm just baffled. The service at the pool is non existent. Bartenders just disappear randomly. No one helps with towels and the towels are about 20 years old. The rooms themselves are small especially for the nightly room rate. It's valet only which I don't love. There were no wine openers available anywhere. The elevators take FOREVER. No slippers with the robes. It's like a 3 star hotel that is trying to be fancy and charge high end rates. The walkability to downtown is lovely and the lobby is beautiful but goodness, service needs to step up to keep a 4 star feel

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at The Inn on Fifth to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell far short of our expectations, and I feel compelled to share our concerns. One of the major issues that significantly impacted our stay was the lack of information about an event taking place outside the hotel on both nights of our reservation. The noise and large crowds made it challenging to enjoy a quiet and romantic weekend, which was the primary reason for choosing your hotel. If we had been informed of the event in advance, we would have considered alternative dates or chosen a different location. Another major letdown was the couples massage that I had booked for us. It was only after we were on the massage table that we were informed there was no air conditioning. The lack of a/c made the experience unbearable, and I was on the verge of passing out due to overheating. We had to cancel the massage and return to our room so I could cool down with cold cloths on my head. This lack of communication about the broken air conditioning is absolutely unacceptable, and it disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. I selected The Inn on Fifth specifically for its reputation as a quiet and relaxing retreat, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but tranquil. The combination of external noise and the discomfort of the massage experience greatly detracted from the enjoyment of our weekend. In light of these issues, I must express my dissatisfaction with our stay, and regrettably, I will not be considering The Inn on Fifth for future visits. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve communication with guests and address issues promptly.

So happy with my entire experience. I am a local and my stay was a romantic one! The concierge staff (Mark) was a pleasure to work with before my stay, and was so attentive that he made my wishes come true (upgraded my room to the Royal King) at my check-in, it was specifically noted from him based on a few weeks prior conversation, how cool and totally personal experience! Front desk, room service, cleaning staff, valet and bellhop, pool/bar service were all exceptional, top-notch and very high class! Highly recommend a beautiful stay-cation from a fellow Florida to another. And walks up and down 5th were so memorable, down to the beach and up the entire strip! Don't forget Ocean Prime (make reservations in advance, totally worth your while!) What a memorable experience! Definitely coming back!

The room was spacious and very nice, the pool area was good enough, and the restaurants attached to the hotel (ocean prime/trullok's) were awesome. Location right on 5th Ave. Everything you would want is in direct walking distance. Would stay again, especially considering the location. Also, Gail, the pool bartender, was great. All in all, 4.5 star experience for me.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the balcony was amazing. This hotel is situated in the perfect location, as it is in walking distance of some of the most amazing restaurants and excellent places to shop. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. First class from the time you walk in. Front desk staff is always helpful and courteous, rooms were impeccable, pool was clean. The menu at the pool was light and fresh and drinks were delicious. I also enjoyed an 80 minute facial at the spa which never disapoints.

The Inn on Fifth is a great hotel. The entire team is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Rooms are large, very clean, and well designed. The pool and bar area is relaxing. Really, nothing to complain about. 5 stars all around.

Great spot in the middle of the action in Naples. I walked the beach every morning at sunrise and dined at so many different great places in the evening. After a good workout at a very nice gym we had lunch at the pool nearly every day. The staff was amazing in every aspect.

What a delightful experience. Location was paramount! Hotel itself was lovely, staff attentive and curteous. Would have loved later room service, however the restaurants attached and around made up for that!

The rooms were spacious and had a homey feeling. I loved that the pool area was quiet and had a small bar to get drinks. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, great location. The event coordinators are incredible to work with. We have had a couple of company events here & they have been extremely successful & smooth. Thanks Inn on Fifth team!

The Inn on Fifth is definitely a memorable experience. Highly recommended for solo, couples, and families. This luxury boutique hotels's attention to details and high quality service is simply 10/10. From your arrival to check in to your room, you are their # 1 priority. The pool areas are a must! And unwind at the spa or gym. The hotel is located in the perfect spot with plenty of surrounding shops & restaurants. Major plus, the concierge can assist with arrange local experiences so that you can fully enjoy Naples.

Main elevator was out and we had to walk through a smelly garage, around delivery trucks and then wait for the back of the hotel elevator. Luckily, we didn’t get run over by the trucks! We should of been notified but we were not. No excuse so they get a bad review and a small checkout credit was not enough.

We stayed in the Club Suites across the street from the main hotel. Our room overlooked 5th and hands down it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. However, there was construction going on in the hotel and the rugs were covered with paper and cardboard. Additionally, the housekeeping people were always in the hallway - which was small. All day - I am not sure if this is where they meet to do their work but it was a dodge game every day. The concierge was a sweetie and got us a reservation on 3rd with little notice which was amazing. The snacks and means offered to the Club suites was an added bonus. Disappointing was the fact that the hot tubs didn't work - both in the suite building and the pool area. The pool area is run down and needs a major face lift and isn't big enough. Other reviews have noted how rude the staff at the front desk is. We experienced that 50% of the time. We asked for a gelato recommendation to one of the guys on the deck at night and it was if we asked him to wash our car. He was literally disgusted. We couldn't stop laughing it was so funny. The hidden gem of this report is the valet staff. All of these guys are nice, friendly and so helpful. They should be running the front desk! This hotel is right in the middle of all the action if you want a place that is central and super nice.

I understand the beaches being closed due to the hurricane, but if that’s the case make sure your hotel pool is maintained! Pool closed. No reason, just closed due to health reasons. Trying to relax in the heat and they close their pool due to insufficient maintenance. Unreal.

Love this place. The pool is a great spot with good but slowish service. The hotel is right in the heart of everything.

Beautiful Hotel. Gorgeous. The staff was vicious and malicious. Just hateful. Never again.

I am writing this review to let people know that they should really reconsider staying at this hotel. I had a reservation scheduled for 27 September through the 29th. Those were the main days of the hurricane that came through Naples Florida. My flight got canceled and when I called the hotel to cancel, they informed me that out of my $1000 bill with them they were reimbursing me only $235 .. this was not me canceling at the last minute because I didn’t feel like coming, this was a canceled flight to Fort Myers, and me calling them to cancel my hotel, and they still will not give my money back. So I would never in 1 million years give a company like this more business. They should be ashamed , terrible business ethics… Too many other fantastic hotels to stay at!!

Spent two nights here this weekend for our anniversary. Great location and the actual facilities are nice. Honestly, I have stayed at Hyatt's that are just as nice for half the price. No room service after 8pm on Saturday. Some of the furniture in the room was scuffed up, spa services were mediocre at best, sauna was not working, staff offered no help with bags and it seemed like they did not care at all. At check out, when asked about our stay, I responded "it was ok". You would think they would ask about that since the rooms are $550 per night, but nope.

My wife and mother-in-law parked in the valet parking of the hotel for the St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 19, 2022. We had our 15-month old daughter with us. We asked whether my wife and her mother could use the restrooms on our way out to view the parade and the lobby attendants graciously agreed, even though we weren't guests at the hotel. After spending an hour or two shopping and watching the parade, we directed ourselves back through the hotel lobby to return to our car. Our baby daughter was getting hungry and fussy and we knew she needed Momma's milk to calm her down and put her to sleep. My wife decided to feed her in a secluded corner of the lobby before putting her to sleep and going back to our car. At this time, the President & CEO of the Inn on Fifth, Philip McCabe, came and demanded that we leave the premises immediately, despite that his lobby attendants had been very polite and accommodating to us. This escalated into him calling us bad and abusive parents and getting very aggressive and hostile. We've never experienced any kind of abuse like this at the hands of a hotel owner. Why were we "abusive" parents? Because we wanted to feed our daughter? This is 2022, the debate over breastfeeding in public is over (and by the way, we were hidden away where no one could see us and my wife was covering herself while breastfeeding). Philip McCabe may be a good businessman but his attitude towards his fellow human beings is reminiscent of Hitler or Putin. I want to stress that the lobby attendants were very understanding of our situation and I do not want this review to reflect negatively at all on them. In my opinion the good people of the hotel should stage a revolt and oust their undeserving leader and put someone in charge with more sympathy towards his/her fellow humans.

Modern, clean, lovely professional staff. Right in the heart of Naples - stroll out to 5th Ave and walk both directions for shopping, amazing food. Great nightlife, people watching…. Always lots happening - rooftop pool was beautiful with bar and food service. Loved our stay!
