I would love to know who is writing all these 5 star reviews. I felt like I traveled back in 1887 staying here. Grungy and dated. I should have rode a horse and buggy here. Very dirty, wear your shoes in the room. I was excited to take a shower but then found 2 razors that weren’t mine. I think they just put lip stick on a pig for new guest. It’s worth paying a little more to stay some place a bit more nice. Time to get on my horse and giddy on up back to current time 2023.

To begin with, I paid for the canal view and a deluxe room and from my window I only see other rooms. The hotel is undergoing renovations and no one has warned me of this and they keep the same price. I came here to give the day to my boyfriend for his birthday and we found an old, boring, dirty hotel full of dust and construction in the middle of the hall I will never return. The awful bed. The shower fills with water. The noise of the air does not let you sleep and the elevator does not work. It is bad experience. The only good thing was the girl who greeted us at the entrance and obviously has a position with beautiful views. But nothing else total disappointment

If you want a better place to stay that’s not as expensive as the ritz this is a good choice. The room has a mini split AC that works great, a comfortable bed and a mini kitchen, larger fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a harbor view with a good swim up pool and bar. Awesome Waffle House quality breakfast restaurant. We’re enjoying the getaway

Good location, and the breakfast restaurant attached to the building has very good food and service. Two other decent restaurants nearby, but if you''re healthy and reasonably fit, you can walk into town for more options. Also, there's a free shuttle (you tip the driver) from the Cove's lot to most downtown areas and Tin City. The rooms are individually owned condos managed by the onsite staff. As a result, you'll get some variation in decor and amenities -- some better, some worse. For instance, we traveled with friends. Their room had a safe for valuables and ours didn't. Overall, however, the basic layout is the same: bedroom with sliders and view of the marina; kitchenette with stove top, microwave, small fridge, and sink; small but serviceable bathroom. Good for families with small children. There are deluxe rooms with large balconies but we didn't see them. I'd stay there again.

I was very impressed with this Hotel. The room was beautiful (321) with a great view to the bay. The room had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and wine cooler. Everything was nice and clean. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Very close to 5th street where you can walk the entire strip. The front desk personnel was friendly and informative. The last think left to remodel was the elevator as it was pretty old looking. Other than that, everything was great and I even proposed to my fiance on the balcony. It was beautiful. Will definitely consider staying there again.

We were spontaneous and decided to visit Naples last minute. We went to lunch at the Boathouse next door and decided to walk into the Cove Inn to see if they had any available rooms. From the beginning it was such a nice experience. Staff are so friendly, facility is super clean and they’re redoing the lobby. Once you walk out back, you have the view of the docks, cool boats and there’s a fun pool and tiki bar! Highly recommend the Bloody Mary bar at The Dock which is also walking distance. They have free bike rentals and 7 min ride to the beach. Such a pleasent experience and couldn’t recommend more. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at The Cove Inn! The room was very updated and clean. The Chickee Bar was super fun! The pool was perfectly refreshing, and the view from our room and balcony was beautiful!! We loved the location which was close to the beach and downtown! We can’t wait to return!

This cozy inn is amazing. Very close proximity to beaches and downtown Naples. We keep coming back every time my husband and I want a Naples escape. Love the Chikee Hut on site for a drink and views are incredible. Rooms are very nice and cozy. This is a definite gem for those who want a budget friendly getaway. The views are just incredible.

Frederick at the front desk was cordial and made the last minute reservation go smoothly. The diner /cafe inside had tasty food and a home style feel. The pool was kept clean and my son had a great time there. The rooms had everything we needed. The only thing that was not great was the loud A/C but that’s how those units work so o can’t complain too much.

Very disappointed stay after a 3 year wait great pictures on website but not what you get, reception floor up hotel dated. We booked a bayside room but ended up in a Barbie and Ken themed room with a view of a tree and the pool not what we booked or expected as a couple in our 50s and 60s. Great room for a child of twelve who loved Barbie, not for a grown up couple. The internet was very intermittent and we could not make WhatsApp calls to the UK vital when you are travelling as we are, this was our 8th hotel this trip and the only one where we couldn’t make WhatsApp calls. The staff seemed to think it was funny when we asked about the room, we also had breakfast in the coffee shop on site when we said we would just share a breakfast the lady brought it on 2 plates but charged use $1.50 for doing it even though we didn’t ask her to very strange. On leaving the hotel I asked for a receipt for the stay when asked if I had enjoyed the stay I said it hadn’t been what we expected the lady said so you won’t be back then very rude

Lovely hotel. My favorite place to be was on the balcony. So peaceful. We were upgraded because they were under construction (repairing after a hurricane). We had a good time.

Didn't utilize rooms. Just had a meal at the little diner which was spectacular! Truly a Naples gem...

we stayed 8 nights at Cove Inn Bay and can only highly recommend this hotel. We had a top floor corner room with intercostal view, which was fantastic. They have a Tikki Bar for Hotel- & Harbour-Guest only as well as a perfect coffee shop with fine omelets, hash browns etc. Speedy service. The location in the old town of Naples is ideal and also 5th Ave ist just a few blocks. We'll be back. Happy 2023 and alle the best - Daniela

The Cove Inn is a wonderful place for your get away. The Cove is very clean with a knowledgeable staff. The view from our room was amazing. Waking up to the sunshine rise was great. The Cove is right on the water. I highly recommend the Cove Inn the family will enjoy themselves.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and is under construction. You will not be notified of this. The room had new flooring and was repainted, but there is nowhere near the beds to plug in a phone charger. No USB either. The air conditioner is so loud, you can’t hear the TV over the AC and that’s a fact. The room was very clean, had a very nice kitchenette with a microwave and large refrigerator, but for the price…not really worth it. I did give 5 stars for the location as the harbor is very nice and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Overall 3.5 stars

Super beautiful hotel, the Bote House Restaurant, Chikee Bar, the marina, a delicious breakfast… Very friendly staff and super clean and updated rooms. We just loved our short stay

Air conditioner, rattling, and very noisy. No hot water to speak of in the shower. Had to call a service manager to the room and he got the water to be gently warm. Are usually have a good experience here at the Cove and however, this was not a good one. Also, one of the lights don’t work in the room and there is no place to plug-in for a charger for a phone or any other kind of plug I get there was a hurricane last year but how many excuses can you live with?

Great place to stay in Naples. We booked on short notice, got a room with views on the marina. Room was nice, had everything it needed. Complimentary parking, very nice front desk staff, quite calm when we where there. "Downtown" Naples is walkable, as well as the Beach. As pretty much everywhere in Naples - nice neighborhood too.

The hotel, staff, pool, and bar were all top of the line. We had a really, really nice relaxing stay. The location is incredible too, 10 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach. My only con: the walls are quite thin. It didn’t bother us because we were up early and had quiet neighbors. Planes fly overhead quite frequently too. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room, it may be risky for you. Overall, a great stay and a great location. Cheers to the staff.

I’m always in Naples for work and finally was able to stay here. My room was on the bayside and had no problem with that. Had a lovely view of the marina and awesome boats. Room was clean, felt airy, fresh and comfortable. The TV connection was so so but that didn’t matter to me. Forced me to disconnect 😊 Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend !

Service, accomodations, view, kitchette in rooms, fabulous walk-in shower in handicapped room. Great nearby eateries. Price is decent, too! Love Old Naples!

I work here remodeling units for owners. It's a very nice hotel with lots of charm a lot different than those other chain-like motels that you find typical everywhere else convenient to everything in downtown Naples

The hotel is in the best location. The staff service is excellent. Room is very comfortable. Great views. Theyvare remodeling but the work did not bother in our stay. I will book again definetly.

Nice clean room with good comfort. Standard amenities and great breakfast at the Cove In Café. The Tiki bar at the Marina was also a great addition to the stay. The only negatives were the in wall air condition until that was very noisy and some people using the Tiki bar seating at 3am to have a chat.

We stayed in Room 244 it was beautiful, Frederick at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and got our holiday off to a great start, unfortunately our holiday was about to change due to Hurricane Ian, who forced us to move out the day after. We returned when the Hurricane had passed and the whole first floor had been flooded out. The Cove Inn closed until they can get it back to normal. This was no fault of the Cove Inn and we will return as soon as we can.

We were made very welcome y the two receptionists, we had a lovely room overlooking the Marina, which was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian interrupted our stay and we decided to leave earlier than planned, but everyone was very supportive and we will return next year! Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic deals on staying here if you’re looking for a perfect location in downtown Naples. We walked to and from the pier for sunset it was so close. Rooms are nice for this older condominium. Went to the Dock restaurant for dinner! Delicious! And the breakfast in the hotel at the Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe is classic and wonderful! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating!
