Never in my life have I been so disrespected. I got my semipermanent nail polish removed (in an archaic and careless manner) plus a pedicure. They have a nail station but for some reason chose not to use it and instead did my nails in the waxing room. Their equipment is dirty and old and not sufficient. The nail polish was old and they had a very small selection of colours. The treatment was very less that satisfactory but somehow I have been charged 45 euros for a regular mani-pedi. This is DOUBLE what I would pay in New York City (where I am from) and the prices in New York are 5 times what they are in Naples. This is an absolute disgrace. The fact that they think they can get away with giving me the worst mani-pedi of my life and then charging my a premium is insane. I will never come back again.

On holiday from Milan for the Christmas holidays I went to the salon in Piazza Amedeo. I can say that I was very satisfied. The staff is very kind and professionalism guaranteed. I will definitely return during my next trips to beautiful Naples. I highly recommend it to everyone.
