Possibly one of the nicest Subways I've visited. Large, clean seating area, friendly staff and no problems with stock. Definitely worth a visit as they do not skimp on fillings or charge excessively high prices.

There was this sandwich maker this morning in Naples. She made the best steak and cheese sub I've ever had at subway and I've been eating at Subway for almost 40 years. She was so friendly, it blew my mind.

This location seemed new, but the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The food prep area was clean, well orginized, and well stocked. The service was quick without being sloppy and the bread was very fresh. Their is ample indoor seating as well as an option to dine outdoors. The entire facility is ADA compliant. There is plenty of free parking, a drive through and a traffic light controlled intersection to help you get headed in the correct direction. This Subway is also easy to see f TV on the road because of its great signage.

Dillan was super awesome taking my order with my family. He was very interactive and friendly. He makes one awesome sandwich. Good sense of humor and great communication skills. I mean he made my sandwich amazing. !!!! I will come back bc of the great service and employee. *Especially 12 min before close.

A few small issues but always correctly handled. Don't be stingy with the knapkins when a bearded fellow comes through the drive through....other then that not bad.

Plenty of parking , wheel chair accessible.. ordered a 6 inch meatball, asked for provolone cheese and mozzarella. I was told because of price increases I would have to pay double on the extra mozzarella. No thank you.....bathroom was dirty and no soap and toilet does not flush.

Why promote deals like buy two footlongs get one free if you aren’t going to even train your people to ring it up that way? I verified with the girl taking my order in the drive through that it would apply. Got to the window, was told my order was $$ my another girl and I said that doesn’t sound right, and the girl swiped my card said “No, that’s right,” and the girl who took my order came running over apologizing profusely. Nobody could refund it and ring it up right. The one girl, probably the shift lead, was very apologetic, but all in all, not one of my better experiences at this location.

I just went to this Naples subway and honestly being a 17 year old writing a review this experience was breathtaking and amazing JJ I believe his name was his service was the best I’ve ever had genuinely super nice and super respectful he even told me thank you I really appreciate this guy thank you so much for the service!!

This has got to be the worlds best run Subway sandwich shop. The team was friendly, helpful and consistently engaged in making the customer experience better. When they weren't helping customers, they were wiping down surfaces/touch points, restocking, and ensuring the restaurant was in tip top shape. If you are traveling through this part of the Utah on your trip to Dinosaur Land, be sure to swing by this Subway. Kudos to the crew, this has got to be the best ran Subway I've ever eaten at.

Their sign says that they close at 8 on Sundays, but they turned us away and said they were closed at 745.

I stop at this location a couple times a week and, for the most part, everything is great. (There was one time that maybe a new crew chief was less than pleasant) But other than that, nothing but good from the customer service to the quality of food. I’m a very picky eater and even the drive-thru is right on point. Thanks, guys. Keep up the good work. ✌️✌️

This isn't a bad place to eat, but sometimes the subs are hit and miss. The sandwiches can be made close, but not exactly the way you order them, up to really great. Just needs more consistency.

A nice subway but had no 5 dolla pizza so that's a shame..

Whoever was making sandwiches on March 27, 2023 is an absolute genius. He or she knows what’s up.

Nice staff. Food is as expected. Standard sandwiches.
